I like the blockiness of this suit, even though it doesn't seem to be too mobile. The grey color scheme works really well with this model.

Thank you, guys. I guess taking those English AP classes paid off! :-D I didn't want to assume I'd win so I'm not finished with the avatar quite yet.

Ahem...I think I have a stronger constitution than that, Exobuilder. |-/ But thanks for including me in your comic! I enjoyed it! Oh my gosh, I had to bust out laughing on the toilet scene. :-D SQUEEZE! X-D Funny and creative, thanks for the entertainment!

I do have to give you some credit, SlyOwl. The use of random pieces that can be used in a different way other than what they were intended really helped me; like using wizard hats for pouring water and such. I really do admire your creativity and superb detailing. However, I can't give you all the credit though, because the use of snakes for gizzards was really inspired by whoever did the Beowulf MOC. Now THAT had some intense gore.

Welcome to EB! Do you have an SW MOCs you could show?
-
:-D I suppose I never realized I did! Oh well. I know I'm not insane; I just like to have fun.
-
Oh my...this is astonishing. The backup plan and planned construction for it if the turrets get destroyed is very clever. I really like how you did the ladders to the upper decks. I would have never thought of stacking that type of piece. I'm liking the plans for your decks too. It makes sense because each deck is getting smaller as you go up. The walkways with the gate grills and under greebles is a very nice looking detail. Just wondering, but about how many crew members do you think you'll need? And beyond that, how many total soldiers could you add beyond that?

Thanks, Brickmaster. At first I was trying to build an obscene, godlike hammer, but that's just too typical. I sat there among my scattered piles of LEGOs, looked in one of the bins, and saw the shark. "Hmm...this is a cool looking piece, but I've practically never used you. Oh well, time to shine, my pet." I'll think I'll try this strategy with my next MOC, because I have no clue what to build.

Hinckley's been consistent. There's nothing strange. It's all about grammer.
-
I get what you mean Hinckely. :-D PSPguy didn't use a comma to seperate a vocative, so therefore it implies that he is talking to me instead of Sinner. I know a thing or two about grammer. ;-)

Welcome! You've got some really nice soldier decals!
-
Yes, that is a base to judge on, but if you have read other people's posts, you can cleary see that they voted on different reasons. i.e. "Gore and your friends list"

Okay, those are the same words you used in our PM. I intrpret that as this...The fig cannot be placed on a piece outside of the 8x8. Even though one foot is out of the 8x8, he is attached WITHIN the 8x8. There may be pieces sticking out of the 8x8, but none of those pieces are attahced to the minifig. And besides, let's just get over this silly detail and be a bit mature. Our voters shouldn't be discouraged because of silly technacalities, but by the quality, creativity, and humor of the entry. That is ALL.

EB Pirates! - Episode 1, Green Hair and the Yellow Thief
MicVash replied to El Bucanero's topic in Pirate MOCs
Funny comic! :-D The commercial break was ingenious! I don't think MicVash needs one of those though. X-D Poor Green Hair... 8-| I really like the Hairy Shark scene! I laughed when I saw the soldier swimming for his dear life! -
He may be sticking out but that's PERFECTLY FINE, since the piece he is attached to is within the 8x8.
-
We've all ready established that my entry is PERFECTLY LEGAL! By overlapping parts, you meant that I couldn't have a part out that a minifig would be attached to! All pieces that the minifig is directly attached to are within the 8x8! That's why I made that screenshot of our PM!

Thank you, Hinckley.

Well, apparently SOME people don't give the best of help. (Yes...I now stalk you PSPguy.) Here's the link to the template you need.

I don't get what you mean.

Yes, I am a space fan, in the sense that I love to build Mecha! *sweet* I would love to bear the space tag proudly because I believe it represents not just space, but classic building. It's terrible that for aliens we get strange jelly things instead of real minifigs. And it's just not my cup of tea that we have minifigs with unreal, anime faces piloting cheap looking, way too easy to build mechs. Please, may I have a space tag? :-$

For your sake, I hope you didn't.

I AM NOT A JAR JAR!!! Jar Jars, according to Mike Rayhawk, are "As you'd expect from a painting with this much detail, it's peppered with in-jokes for the nerderati; I'll point out the two in specific. In the left corner are the zombie-like Dimmies, enemies of construction quality and good taste, who breed in swarms and make intermittent dull-witted attacks on brick civilization. In the right corner are the filtheriffic Jaw-Jaws, eaters of sewage, maniacally determined to defile everything that is good and true. The two are the chief villains of the BrikWars universe, and both are less-than-subtle references to the lowest depths to which LEGO had historically sunk (prior to the Galidor theme, after which any further satirization is moot). " That's it PSPguy! *sing* At first I had no enemies on EB, but now......oh yes...you've made yourself one. Fiend!

Not the girls I've dated. ;-) :-D But oh...my...gee 8-

Yay, entries are finished! Let's rumble! >:-)

I was wondering when you would finish this little project. ;-) You wouldn't have gotten that name from my comments on your Beetle "APC" ? Did you? (Zoids and the Cannon Tortoise.) You took some nice action shots, this mech doesn't look like a beast of burden but a predator! Before I got to the last pic of sinner I saw him in the background of the other pic and thought, "Huh?!?! Wait a second... Oh, okay." The central cannon is my favorite part of this mech. The "grill" made of the robo finger things is a nice touch too.
