I'd suggest speed for that one

Agility I think

In the UK they have had to cut 7s of material, mainly blood splashes for it to get the 12A rating. Give or take the same as your PG-13 rating. I know very little of the books but the trailer has really impressed me, had no idea what a big deal the books were. The premise reminds me a little of the Running Man but I look forward to seeing it in a couple of weeks.

The Avengers at a guess, but its a stretch that a lego fig will come with the dvd/bluray. Be very cool though
-
Well the baby blue Robin unitard is new
-
Must be holding on to the spiderman set for around the films release, makes sense though Megabloks must not be happy about that lol Hopefully the microsite fleshes out quickly
-
I may be wrong but doesn't look like the helmet is pressed down right

I perhaps should have been more specific, but I never want to mini mod, basically if it isn't about the sets you'll appear like the shopkeeper in Mr Benn and tell us to stop. Sets don't have spoilers so I didn't think I was saying you should be responsible. The only thread in the whole of Eurobricks that should have spoilers tags when talking about a Lego theme is the Ninjago one as it is a complete multimedia experience and not just about the sets. I find it so strange how they roll out the preorder here for double VIP and free shipping and I don't have to pay for it for a couple weeks and the US where the line will make all its money and the box office is so far getting the rough end. Two days to go for you...... Keep searching for the microsite as I really want to see the spiderman fig
-
You are right and tbh all movie talk and the like will get shifted by the regulator/moderator if it springs up here. The sets reveal pretty much absolutely nothing and I wonder if maybe the Avengers may get a couple of sets in the next Marvel wave for spoilers that couldn't be revealed and major plot points, then again maybe not. Keep on looking at the Quinjet and Heli carrier and so much money needs to drop off them before I'll consider it, hoping the Spideman set gets a reveal soon and hopefully it appears next month too.

Not a huge spoiler as the set already shows Hawkeye driving the pick up and Iron Man flying after in pursuit with Loki in the back. Loki is either using mind control on Hawkeye or telekinetic powers on the steering wheel and Hawkeye just happened to be in the truck at the time. Your choice? The set description on Lego already states that they are fleeing SHIELD HQ.

Beautifully designed figs, but alas I'll never own them unless the Iron man(or a similar design) makes a second(or future) wave of sets. Can't see the Captain America one being used again though, he has already been short changed in the Avengers sets
-
Yeah I stopped short at just Captain America, Loki cosmic cube and wolverine. The bigger sets have magnificent figs but the sets themselves dont appeal so my avengers will only be half full for a while till prices fall
-
Perhaps should have been clearer where I was from Did assume The US would have them on too, minifigures and now Marvel preorders where will the UK's luck end Edit: Interesting to note that the figure on the winged vehicle in the Captain America set is a general and the other one is a foot soldier

Sets are available for preorder from Lego See here No Spiderman set though!
-
Funhouse images only surfaced when Lego had it up for preorder. The spiderman set will be available in April too I bet. 6th April for the other sets now according to Play.com(UK Website). Depending on Spidermans contents determines whether I plump for the Quinjet or not. It seems an awful long wait from April till next year fro a fresh wave of Superheroes lego, though that may be to let the LoTR "BED IN" so to speak. If I am honest my wallet could do without TDKR sets this year
-
I think it's important to view it as the DC & Marvel Universe waves that they will get released in. DC had the six sets in January, Marvel have six sets in April/May made up of four Avengers sets and two comic canon sets. The spiderman set will be exclusive to whatever store and the longer it goes on the more likely we see TDKR "inspired" or liveried sets come the next winter/January wave for DC. But it's fair to say Lego will expand in some way next year with hopefully a little less Batman a little more everyone else. Same goes for Marvel, but their lineup is already more varied due to the sets being released. Avengers got released as part of the Marvel wave and I think any TDKR sets will likely now get released as part of the next DC wave.
-
For those in the UK, Forbidden Planet have the new Marvel sets for preorder and an estimated release of 29th April. See here Some money off the RRP in some cases, £3 or so off the Quinjet. Not great and maybe delivery negates it, but price instore usually the same.

I'd like something like this as it's the sort of figure that may not necessarily make a set, like the celebration Luke & Hans. Dark Knight Batman, Mime Joker(Batman 1989), white tuxedo penguin? I keep thinking about Green Lantern though as the press release/book description talks about him, Wonder Woman & Superman. Hopefully not a reference to the ultrabuild
-
In the Lego Batman Visual Dictionary? I think that will be solely for Batman sets plus the Superman/Power Armour Lex set. The set will at the very least be a DC character and more likely than not Batman or one of his enemies. Marvel universe will likely get it's own book in a couple of years providing the theme continues Got to love the employee security in the mexican factory

Just back in from watching this with the kids and can't help but feel it is far more miss than hit. The actor playing John Carter was awful, no two ways about it and I can't help but feel if a better actor had been found the movie would be so much better. You simply can't believe in him, a pity in fact that two of the finest actors in the film are CGI rendered in Thomas Haden Church and Samantha Morton. The plotline shifts around two much and a little like the Lord of The Rings films I want to read the original novel now to get a proper detail of the maps of mars and the religion and theories behind the movie so in that regard it has done its job. What the film does show how inspired George Lucas was by the book, the similarities at times are striking. The special effects are brilliant, I did however only see it in 2D.

This is pure conspiracy theorising but what if Lego has left out a feature on the "Alien Foot soldiers" like a head/hairpiece or headdress, so as to make them unidentifiable to comic book aficionados. It's just I see the Avengers action figures beginning to get released and so far it is only the heroes available and the Quinjet playsets, no alien foot soldier figs, no Loki either to be fair. They look a litle unfinished to me....

Seriously only the 3rd reply!? Good review of the DC flagship set(at least in terms of pricepoint). I have all the sets in the wave and I have very mixed feelings on it overall. I think it's overpriced and looks empty without the batmobile set and an exclusive Robin figure may not have gone amiss with this set either, classic yellow, but I'm sure that'll come. The 5 minifigs are all great but perhaps better villains could have been chosen, but they will hopefully appear next wave. Bane has and always will be a weak character and I'm struggling to see how Nolan will flesh him out but I'm guessing thats why he is here. Away from the negative it is a set that lends itself well to modding and adding a lazy susan turntable for the Batmobile which fits perfectly through the double doors and a launch pad mount can also be added for the Batwing. When everything is added the whole things looks so much more complete. Hope the review gets the traffic it deserves

Stumbled across this on my lunch hour, far too lazy to put up all the images in post. Nice new pics of the Avengers and Wolverine sets Enjoy The Iron man helmet looks similar in bulk and size to the Batman cowl here, very nice imo

Walking the line here...... but reading that the game has Batman with Superman,Robin,Wonder woman and Green Lantern alongside and I've just been into Game in Glasgow and they say there is to be a pre order bonus for the game. Hoping this may be the "missing" green lantern minifigure since all the other characters have turned up in the sets. Can but hope.....

How glad am I now of the glider/jetpack that comes with the Catwoman set. That thing looks like it would plummet worse than the Ninjago scimitar glider polybag from last year Thankyou for the clearer image. I hope they remake Arkham but with more pieces and perhaps the joker in a straight jacket.
