    MOC EMD GP35

Yes I am happy with the nose, it went to different stages the last couple of years but this version works nice, however internally the next one will be a little different so hopefully i got a little more room for things like the parking brake (at least i think it is) in the short hood. For the railing I think I am trying some hoses, see how it works.
  10. I like the color scheme, nice and bright! Great smoke stack, so many parts I don't know the existence of still..
  11. I like the hippel! One of my favorites along with the 2400 series, looks great as a consist this way!

    MOC EMD GP35

Thanks people for the kind words! To answer some questions; Those are 1x2 hinge bricks, the slopes are upside down attached to yhe body with brackets. Parts 7828/7829, I was content with the wedgeplates but this looks nice and clean! Did not care about the rest of the set! Yes, and what a bad idea that was, it looked so cool!

I like the old locomotives more then the newer ones especially with the high short hood! I didn't mind that WRE has emd locomotives with alco trucks because i am not happy with my attempts for blomberg trucks for now.

Thanks! Believe me, it took (too many) sleepless nights and periods of uncontrollable crying and laughing, not to mention a ferrari for those new modified tiles..
  16. Hello, my name is RJ and I am new here. I wanted to show you my MOC of Wheeling & Lake Erie #2662, an EMD gp35. Missing are the handrails, I haven't found a substitute for cutting lego hoses yet. Please be easy on me, it'my first one. Hope you like it! Warm regards RJ
