    Maybe a win (if there is such a thing) should offer a single reward for the whole team to share, so people are more likely to split out to have a better part of the reward in the case of victory.

    Technically Peter Jackson's version is a wyvern. Not that it matters, because we've seen dragons with a variety of intelligence in Heroica, from feral great dragons to intelligent hatchlings. I believe traditionally Wyverns are animals, while dragons have some form of intelligence. Basically there is so much inconsistency that it doesn't matter.

    Calamity maneuvers 10 gold in the girl's hands and signals for her to get the man a mead, while she continues: "Oh he's the best. He accepts everyone under his fold and rewards people with riches and power and everything they dream of for basically doing nothing. Also, who here all would qualify as a sad Wolfmonger?"

    "Great. So I was just wondering if you could tell me anything about these machines or whatever that have been assaulting people around here. I mean, that's messed up, right? What are you having to drink? Oh, and by the way, have you heard the word of our saviour the great Lord Z?" Calamity adds finally, using her new powers from the drink to convert.

    Guts shrugs at Lane, and answers the woman. "Seems like a fairly useless one, as far as gifts go. Knowing someone's name. Now. What I wonder if you just have a keen sense of observation and heard us call each other by the names or you have an actual gift." ""What happened to the eye?" Guts, adds, suspiciously. He remembered the last time he met a person with a similair eye with great detail.

    Calamity pouts: "I might be willing to buy a gentleman another drink or two, in exchange for some... conversation, maybe, what do you say?" She turns to the woman. "Hiya, I'm Calamity, did you draw the short straw to keep this funny little man under control?"

    "Why do you know my name?" Guts smirks. "Also, are all bartenders in this place prone to ripping you off? The total should have come to 134, not 148."

    Calamity pays, and heads up to the angry redhead upstairs. "What has gotten your knickers in a twist? And why isn't it one of these girls?"

    Guts leaves 150 on the counter, and sits down to drink his beverages, and tries to eavesdrop on Lane's conversation while he does so.

    Calamity thanks the waitress, and slides down the stairs, where she gets the attention of the bartender. "Heya, Can I have a Miracolada, please. Also, are you girls all named after precious gems?"

    "In that case, I'll have a Mead, Ambrosia, Mulled Wine, and a dozen bottles of Rum to go."

    Guts approaches the bartender, and asks for a menu or any specialties.

    Calamity hands her staff over to the ogre, and adds cheerfully: "One scratch, and you're pulp. Thanks!" Inside, she walks up to the waitress: "Could you get me a drink? What do you recommend?"

    Calamity sees a pink puff of smoke, and grabs the enveloppe that just appeared. "A lottery? Don't mind if I do." She says, as she signs up. ~~~~ Guts smirks as he receives his invitation to the lottery. He'd not had much luck, but he signs up anyway.

    "That... could have gone better. Good thing you're here, Dyric." Guts shakes his head as he gets up. It could only get better from here on out, right? Loot: Guts - Mask Dyric - Opal, Mead, 80 gold Matthias - Handbag, Mead, 80 gold Guts swaps out his Grimmeau's Clothespin for the Orange Mask of Z, tying it around his hat as a band.
