  1. The town guard shrugged, and said: "It's up to you, you lead the investigation. But yes, my suggestion would be to go there and to the slave market as you said earlier, I don't care about the order of those two."
  2. "Hmmm Very well then. Lawrence Boomingham, you shall be the Champion of Pseudos, I will gift you with his fervor. Wherever you go, you will free innocents from cruelty, you will oppose the chains of oppresion, and you will guard from evil. You will do this, and when asked, you will tell that you are the Herald of Pseudos, and that Pseudos will once again be great." The ghost utters some unintelligible words, and Boomingham feels his power go up by 4 from Pseudos' Blessing. The dead high priest continues to speak. "This place is now just a fraction of what it once was, but this room is inherently connected to Pseudos' will. As His influence grows stronger, this room will show this. In time, people will travel here and rebuild the Temple. For now, you and your companions may use this place as a base of operations. You will not be disturbed at night." With that, the ghost vanishes, and the party notices a slight chance in the black statue that is left standing. The party hears sounds coming from above, they instinctly reach for their weapons, but it is Roman, one of Purple's colleagues, that comes down. "Huh, weird place, you still up? The sun is just coming up. Anyway, Purple and Zoe reported to me, they tracked the lead to the Blacksmith's District, a particular establishment called the Grey Tower. They found boxes marked as coming from Eubric, and they didn't come from the Armoury. They were delivered to this place. They are now trying to find out where the boxes came from. I should join them." Does the party want to ask Roman something? The sun is getting up, so they do not have the oppertunity to rest today.
  3. The Human Scot! Coming from another plane of existance (I assume that's what Scotland is), The Human Scot has the power of plaid, and the doubt of others wether or not he wears underpants! (The answer is no.) His only known weakness is the terrifying force that is commonly known as: warm, fuzzy and nice feelings. Scots don't naturally have them, and the fact that they even exist, instills great fear.
  4. Wasn't that just the artifact's doing? I personally think she is some kind of roguish or ranger type.
  5. Guts opened the doors to the hall. A heap of a man walked in, had it really been only one night? He was getting too old for this. Of course, there was the issue of the giant sack of gold slowing him down. He would need to do something about that. A trip to the marketplace was appropiate, he felt. On the walk to his usual table, Guts shouted out to no one in particular, hoping someone would hear him: "Bring me a bottle of wine. It's an emergency." When no one seemed to be responding and Guts did not see anyone at the bar, Guts leaned over and grabbed two bottles himself, he knew where Scheherazade stored the stuff. Guts reached his table, and dropped the book he had been carrying. Right. To Byblos, but first a drink.
  6. Kulkulkan, De facto leader and spokesperson of the Orcs in Eubric, first appeared in Quest 34. The Feathered Serpent" Shaman/Witch Doctor. Jacq Altraite, advanced class trainer of Heroica, first appeared in the Training Room. "The Copper Fox." Mime. Hestia Bonaparte, unknown position in the Bonaparte fleet, Wife of the Bonaparte leader, first appeared in quest 15. "The Falconer." Unknown class role. Oracle Semiramis, Oracle in the hovel district, first appeared in the test quest/lottery." The Sand Queen." Prophet. Åsa Nifelheimr, Leader of the Eubric Norn, first appeared in quest 44. "The Valkyrie." Battle Mage. Cain Tiamateus, Leader of the Veterans, Heroica (?), first appeared in the Lottery. "The Dragonlord." Dragoon.
  7. Guts grinned, knowing he had done the right thing, again. "I'll not join you to the Ziegfrieds. We can congratulate each other for a job well done. I will bring the book to Byblos, as was declared." With that, Guts simply wandered off, and it was not before too long, that he was gone in the crowd, and none of the heroes could see him anymore.
  8. I send him a PM, but he has not responded yet.
  9. I would like to come as well, It's about 90% certain I have the possibility, the only problem I have right now is travel.
  10. "Sure. But keep in mind so far only half of her prophecies has come true. And also know you are not the only one that knows elvish."
  11. I kind of agree? Of course I'd let Skrall get away much easier with breaking down doors than for example Rufindel. Also, a character that knows everything is not fun. A character that THINKS it knows everything is incredibly fun. Just a tip.
  12. "I say the Oracle. Although I hope not, there's a distinct possibility we may need the Ziegfrieds to bring our colleagues back, so one trip would be more efficient."
  13. "That's quite alright, Skuld." Guts laughs. "The fact that you immediately thought about your mother, and then your promised reward shows the kindness in your heart. Spend it wisely." To the party, Guts explained: "I'd be happy to give out the gold, to those of you who want it."
  14. He choose to do it, though.
  15. Yes. They are gone. Just because they rolled special damage in combat they have lost all progress of possibly more than a year.
  16. Guts dropped a pouch containing 100 gold into Skuld's hands. Guts winked, and said: "Your share of the loot. Take care. We still have some business to take care of."
  17. Welcome back to Heroica, Avael the black sheep.
  18. "I meant allowing Shaun to live there as repayment. Besides, we uncovered demons right under his house, pretty sure that's more important."
  19. "I had a feeling it was your house. And nice to see you again too, Kul. Shaun's a harmless kid that lives in your basement. You haven't had a problem from him so far, so I suggest you allow him to stay. That invaluable treasure? Yeah, that was mine. Consider it the start of paying that back to me." Guts turns to the others: "For those that don't know, this is the Dragonlord, one of the six veterans of Heroica. I am not sure what he does exactly, except writing out lotteries."
  20. 40 gold from the marketplace.
  21. Guts has a lot of money for potions... We'll see who gives up first.
  22. "Hmm. See you around. We should bring Skuld home."
  23. "While I have an eternity, you don't. I suggest you decide, if you want to receive His blessings."
