I'm sure Lego wouldn't spend more money to make a subpar quality product...
-
I think this was mentioned a couple months ago, but how about Lego Phineas and Ferb? It's a cartoon on the Disney Channel that my brother and sister watch (me too sometimes ) It's a really surprisingly witty and funny show that some adults even like, and Disney is seeking to make it the next Spongebob (A Lego license could help that...) If I ever get a Perry the Platypus Lego figure, I will die a happy man...

That looks nice! It would probably be more useful if it had a Imperial battle pack instead of a Rebel one, as the Wampa and Echo Base sets are already more Rebel-oriented as it is... Nice find!

This looks like a great set! It's really such a shame that the City line is mainly focused on Fire and Police, as these type sets were really awesome!

I really like the Halo and will probably end up getting it for the cool design, parts and figures. The T-6 on the other hand...

[Review] 7295 Dino Buggy Chaser
Derek replied to Plissken's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Thanks for the review! I definitely regret not buying this (Or the American version) when it was out. It was only $10 and it could easily be double that price if it were released today. -
If we were to ever get HP battle packs, I think this idea would be perfect. One figure from each house, and multiples could be bought and heads and hairpieces could be mixed and matched to create new characters. The same idea could hold true for Death Eaters- different head/mask styles, torsos, and headpieces. I think these would sell very well. A large Hogsmeade set in Medieval Market village/Town Plan style would be amazing. If it was winter styled, it could go well with the Christmas village sets. I can see three buildings that open and close like in MMV (Probably Honeydukes, The Three Broomsticks, and maybe the Shrieking Shack.) as well as little village extras like lampposts, benches, trees etc. If this was ever released, I wish Lego wouldn't be stingy with the figures.

I have a very good feeling it will be released again. If I'm not mistaken, I think the same thing happened with the Holiday Train a few years ago- it was available for the last couple months a year and then it went away to be sold again the next year. Considering Walmart and Target I'm sure we will see it again, as it seems to coincidental for two major retailers to accidentally enter an item into their system after it's been discontinued. Just wait it out.

EVERYBODY JUST WAIT. Poor Svelte probably regrets telling us.

Maybe it's an even hotter girl that's stuck in the snow!

Holy large image. But to answer your question, they probably don't even exist. These pictures are usually just provided to jumpstart a creative build using only pieces from the set.

This tease has me very excited. Any possibility for a large, special edition Harry Potter set is great. Be it Diagon Ally, the Ministry, or the Battle of Hogwarts () it is sure to be stunning.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 3 discussion
Derek replied to Klaus-Dieter's topic in Special LEGO Themes
1)Thaaat's what she said. 2)The only way that this even has the potential to be quote-unquote "HUGE" is that if Lego ups the production and distribution of this series and continues to keep it fresh. I can easily see it turning into a big "must-have" item for kids at school (well, at least with the boys ) And, if they are smart and actually do that, then Lego should re-release the first two series in some capacity, whether it be a direct reissue or a slight redesign (i.e. color changes, changed prints). Slight redesigns would be a smart way to get money from collectors who have hoarded the originals, and would cause the originals to ridiculously skyrocket in value. -
LEGO Collectable Minifigures General Discussion

That is so random. But, hey, I guess a place that has them is a place that has them. -

Wow! Just the idea of some of these pieces are exciting! I voted- 1) I think the Dog in different colors is long overdue. 2) The Cypress tree being rereleased would be nice, especially in dk. green 3) I like any hair in bright yellow. 4) I didn't get any of the sets with the laptop, so more would be nice, especially in City 5) I feel like even if we all voted for just one of the fall colors, we would end up with a few different colors if they were to ever end up in a set. I'm excited to see if this goes anywhere!

Am I the only one who thinks that this piece sort of looks like that Mando speeder? I can't decide if I think TLC would use that or not... If they did they could use these as well...

Very nice! Fantastic usage of all the Collectible Figure pieces!

Wow! I was not expecting a $30 price tag for that Helicopter set! I was thinking it would be around $50, considering Lego's recent markup *cough*publictransportation*cough* especially on Special Edition sets. Will definately get this, looks to be a great value.
-
I have no idea about the USD price. But I did hear somewhere that it was a Walmart exclusive. However, that probably won't be true if it was seen at Target. I have a feeling it will run the course of the Helicopter Transporter- "Limited Edition" style but available in most stores, yet discontinued around or after Christmastime.
-
Umm...Then who is???
-
More importantly, why would he say that?
-
1)You think this new JSF is HUGE? 2)The Imperial Shuttle is a "big exclusive set with minifigures".

That looks like a really good scale. Grieveous is actually really tall, so this looks like a perfect scale. Great, great work! Easily the best Grievous I've seen done in Lego.
