Bricklink is a US company so EU regulations would only apply to buyers/sellers within the EU. If this were true then many other global platforms (i.e. eBay) would be affected. Checking the list, I found around half of the countries listed had LEGO stores operated by a third party. The other half didn't have any LEGO stores at all. The weird one though is Greenland which is part of the Kingdom of Denmark; however, it doesn't have a store at this time.

Ummm... the Eiffel Tower is currently painted yellow-brown just like Gustave Eiffel wanted. What Lego color would be better?
