Hey guys, I was thinking of trying to make a helicopter that can at least create some lift, if not fly. Now, it sounds very adventurous (and probably won't work) but I want to try. What would be some good helicopter rotors? I know that 65442 and 5240 are both good options, but I was curious if there was a custom helicopter blade that would provide more lift.

Well, I think the micro motors go for like $20 apiece. You could get a bunch of those. However, since the buwizz 3.0 has only 2 pf ports, you would need to 2.0 or adapters cables for the micro motors.

@Jundis I don't know if you have BuWizz, but they have a micro motor that is very small (but still pretty powerful). It might be possible to motorize this MOC with those. Also, MAN is this thing crazy! Great job. Looks realistic, and great job with the functions.

What about using some small wheels such as 11 x 8 mm rims or 18 x 7 rims (both without rubber)?

I think no animals. It removes an entire category from judging, which makes it easier, plus animals aren't exactly related to (for example) a clock, other than having a mechanism.
