To be honest, I probably would have pinged myself, too, because while I was ranting I pretty much did backflips back and forth over the fence. I was really frustrated that people thought lynching a player based in a differing playstyle in their second mafia game (first non school) was a good idea... Turned out it was, thoug, so maybe I'd better start going through the mafia archives and read up so O can metagame people better. :tongue : I should also learn how to type.

Sounds good, keeping my vote on Trumpet. I'm sort of conflicted about PGO. Darth was trying to get her lynched today with the 75% thing (Townread) but Trumpet has been so flip floppy about her now that you bring it up (Scumread) but that might be him trying to get her lynched with an "I told you so" available when it happened (Townread) but she's been pinging radars like crazy for her quiet under the radar style (Scumread)... I'mminclined to give her the benefit of the doubt for Darth aiming for her lynch and for her scummosh Towngame in Aperture (As much as I hate metagaming new players, her behavior is so all over the place it's hard to do anything else! Argh!)

Goes through my head so easy because it's just hot air. Why should the scum care whether or not a townie gets the god pill once they know which one it is? They just kill someone else that night, and enjoy the chaos the town brings upon itself. The scum needn't worry about a town block on night one, and if they wanted to make sure the info didn't get out, they would've killed the townie the next night. Your arguments are based on only faulty logic and statements of "If if were scum, I'd act different! Trust me!"

Yeah, SK is screwed. Sorry buddy. . Unfortunately, if I were the SK I'd probably scumside just to have fun causing chaos while I went down - I imagine our anonymous SK has the same thought process... Yeah, I posted before refreshing. . However, if Darth gets God Pill tomorrow, he'll be unlynchable... And since he's an inventor, lynch is the only way we can get him. Do we want to risk playing the waiting game while Darth is still around? If he's quick on the draw and alternates between lifesaver and god, then we can't kill him and he can stick around, causing chaos while the Scum get a +1 to their team number and an extra PR (because we got LD they've already used up their Universal Backup, so killing Darth deprives them of a PR...) and Darth can dick about putting hammer votes on townies and inventing crap and whatnot. I say kill him, the pros outweigh he cons.

OK then! We're good if DP is the other claimed inventor, so no Cult leader lunch for us. Who to lynch, though? DP and take out a lifesaver or an unknown? I'm personally leading toward DP because we have a confirmed bulletproof town and the JOAT can protect Tammo.
