  1. "Or perhaps the gods chose to stop you from breaking your frail hip, old man."
  2. Nah, Guts'll just use seniority, and then Dyric and Dak will be left with no loot. We'll see..... I'm actually not going to do much roleplaying this Quest, since all my roleplaying stuff so far has crashed and/or burned epically. I'll just leave the major roleplaying for Dak for the training room.
  3. "Well, Guts, looks like we'll be going on another Quest together after all," Dak says to the older man, while eyeing the other Rogue chosen for the Quest, a certain Dyric Rone. "Time to get ready," Dak says, sliding the knife that he had been sharpening back into it's sheath on his chest, and the throwing knife lying on the table into its holder on his waist. He hoped that after this Quest, he would be able to expand his career as a Hero further.
  4. Exellent work on all of these, Mr. Penguin! My favorite has to be Aquaman, though the ears look a bit out of place. Martian Manhunter is one of my favorite DC Universe characters too, and you designed him very well! Instantly recognizable.
  5. I only just figured out where Nur's name came from, and I must admit, I can't believe I didn't see it before.
  6. Okay then. Yeah, I prefer the 'child timeline', because TP comes in there, and TP is epic. The reason I was so confused is because the Link from OoT appears in TP (as the teacher of the Secret/Hidden Skills), and I was wondering if that was the reasoning behind your 'Hero of Time transported away' storyline.
  7. I sort of see what you're going for here, but you never said anything about TP, which comes in between Oot and WW (I think?). Was this intentional? Otherwise, it looks great.
  8. "I'm...fine, just feeling a little strange. Nothing to...worry about," Dak says, obviously sturuggling to keep his tone even and keeping his anger in check. "I'll head down there now," and here his eyes flashed red, "And get ready to win."
  9. Toxic Reapa looks like he's cracking up.
  10. Dak sidles out of the shadows and towards Guts, whom appears to have returned. While walking, he admires (or rather, grimaces at) his reflection in a window. His eyes have large dark circles around them, and his once-dark brown irises are flecked with gold and red, sparkling maliciously in the light. He knows he's not an elf anymore, nor human, nor even Mopag. He's becoming something else....though he's not sure what. It almost feels as if another being is pulsing power through his veins, pushing him to do things he doesn't want to, evil things, like killing other heroes. He looks down at his hand, which is shaking, and clenches it into a fist, only then noticing that his veins are slowly but surely turning from red and blue to red and grey. He steps forward one final time, and clears his throat, a harsh, grating sound, then speaks. "Guts?" he asks, his voice an octave lower than the last time he had spoken. "I believe we have..unfinished business, in the Arena? " Malice creeps into Dak's words as he continues. "I hope you don't mind fighiting me now that you're so powerful."
  11. If they lose. Nothing's certain, remember. They could somehow turn everything around and hand our backsides to us on silver platters. Also, you seem very concerned about the feelings of the Sith, Master Koon. Perhaps you are one of them?
  12. Arkham Asylum/City, anyone? ...A LEGO collectibles system based on the Riddler trophies from AC would be epic.
  13. Actually, if the game follows the traditional rules of mafia, then the Godfather will have the kill action (Or at least, that's how it's been in most games I've played in and read watched on holovids.) As I said, it's a long shot but he it could be in his win condition to get lynched. Unfortunately, as I also said, there's no way to tell until Tomorrow.
  14. I know Master Corobb will gut me for this, but a character like me in a holovid I watched sold out the Scum to a character like him, and the Scum ended up losing. Maybe he's trying to replicate that situation? It's impossible to tell until we lynch him and find out his true alignment rather than his claim of being Scum, even though I don't see any reason for him to say he's Scum when he's really town. He could be a Jester, but I think that's pretty unlikely.
  15. Sorry, Mace, but you're not getting that win condition. Vote: Mace Windu (Nightshroud99)
  16. Oh geez, there's too much stuff to talk about here. First off, Then, the rant. Okay, here's what I see, Master Windu. You just confirmed you're Scum, apparently, and that C-3P0's the Godfather. Now, I've had a few suspicions of my own about 3P0, but what you're saying is so incredibly stupid that now I'm not suspicious of him at all. How's that for a win condition?
  17. No, record is Yazuka or Bedtime Story, I think.
  18. Sorry about the double post, but i'm kicking @$$ in godlands today, for a net profit of 1.5 def. Then again, I lost a T8/T4 Archer today as well, so that lost me 2 spd, so today has a profit of 1 def so far, and I'm still going! EDIT: And now an ETap from O1! EDIT2: Sold everything I got today, now have every type of bow above Tier 8 (VBow, FBow, BBow) as well as a new training set.
  19. @Flipz: That one was for you, buddy. XP

  20. Okay, I know Doc or Skip, the pros in the guild, should be doing this, but... Darth Nihilus' Guide to being (Relatively) Average at Realm of the Mad God! Part One: Class Guides Class Guide #1: Archer Archer is my favorite class and thus the obvious choice for my first class guide. I've become familiar with it and the mechanics involved in playing it, so...here's the guide! Archer is a good class for playing around in the mid-and-godlands, because they can stay at range and kill gods/minions from afar, while their decent Speed value lets you dodge most, if not all, shotguns while shooting the gods. Their downfall is, unfortunately, godland walls, which can decimate them in seconds without the area-effect skills of Necromancer, Wizard, Huntress, Assassin, and Mystic, and without the stealthy, hit-and-run tactics involved while playing Rogue and Trickster, or the massive damage-dealing capabilities of Knight, Warrior, or Paladin. If you do run into a godlands mob while playing Archer, you have two choices: 1. Nexus immediately, sparing your character untimely death. 2. Hide behind rocks and shoot your Quivers into the center of the mob until there's only about ten gods left, then jump out and shoot the hell out of the remaining enemies. This can get you either killed or tons of loot, depending on how good you are at dodging and how many HP/MP potions you have in your inventory. The Archer, contrary to much belief, can in fact help with the killing of event bosses, especially Grand Sphinxes and Cube Gods. Their main asset is their Quiver, which can shoot through walls/obstacles to hit the boss for damage and status effects. Grand Sphinxes have barriers to hide behind and snipe from with the Quiver, and Cubes often appear in forests, so you're good with those. Hermit Gods...stay away from them. You can't mow down minions with tons of damage like sword classes, and there's nothing to hide behind to snipe the boss. If you really want to get into the Ocean Trench, wait for everyone else to kill the boss and then run in and try to get in the portal, if there is one. Weapons: In my case, I keep a Golden Bow or better, as well as a Heavy Crossbow, in my inventory while playing Archer. The triple-shot of the Tier 8+ bows is necessary for mowing down mobs, but when you're fighting a single god/boss, you have to deal lots of damage, and that's where the Heavy Crossbow comes in. If you can afford it, the Doom Bow makes a good replacement for the Heavy Crossbow, and the Coral Bow can replace the Golden Bow, despite the fact that it shoots one less arrow than the tier 8+ bows do. That's it for the Archer class guide, next up is Wizard, coming late tonight/early tomorrow!
  21. Okay, you've got me there, droid. I admit it, sometimes droids can be smarter than me. Not often, but sometimes. I do still think that we should cross-examine everyone, despite how Townie they look, but that might take a lot of time, which is one thing we don't have.
  22. Yes, but my point stands. Unless there is hard evidence via Power Role, anyone and everyone is suspect of being Town, and anyone and everyone is suspect of being Scum. I'm not making a case against you, just pointing out some suspicious activity I have noticed. It just happens to be about you. Unfortunately, no. It's the Scum's main goal in every holovid I've watched. They have to act Town, and if they've studied their Scum strategy book, one of the best ways to act Town is to do something people (or droids, in your case) would never expect them to do, such as be stubborn. Your plan, to see if someone acts "scummy", which is a series of behaviors that make one look like scum based on the personal opinion of the accuser, is purely based on the assumption that the Scum are inexperienced and/or your scumdar being sensitive enough to pick them up, both of which are maybes at best. I'm sorry, but if there's a Scum on their team that is as good as Chromeknight is experienced in these situations, we have to consider every possibility. Perhaps I was a bit confusing in my previous statement; what I should have said is that Windu and Tano were the scummiest at the time that you began accusing Master Corobb. Since then, Master Monn and Youngling Seosty have become prime suspects as well, although I believe the latter's scumminess is due to a bad ear on her part when listening to Master Yoda's rules. Perhaps she thought she could always unvote later? Who knows. All I know is that everyone jumped on her for voting early, even though the case against Ahsoka had been done to death and there really was no need at that point for her to add more of the same points to the discussion. Master Monn was indeed very scummy in his vote, and I agree that he is a very good suspect for the lynch, but one statement isn't exactly enough to lynch someone on, now is it? In blunt terms: If Scum don't act like Town, then they die. That's it. You act scummy, say bye-bye to this life, 'cause someone's gonna pick up on it, and you're gonna get vig/SK-killed or lynched, or at the very least Investigated/Blocked/Watched/Tracked, and then probably lynched. Both you and the droid have the same general opinion that Scum are stupid and Town is smart, which is generally flawed reasoning at best. If the Scum were stupid, they wouldn't win anything in any of the holo-vids, but yet they do. We need to realize that sometimes, we're not smarter than the competition. If anything, this ordeal has made me realize that, especially in my little argument with Skywalker, wherein I think I was outsmarted on all fronts. Somehow, I think that Youngling Seosty simply misunderstood the rules, but still, she's a major suspect, and I agree with the rest of your points.
  23. Yet you are turning the rest's attention away from Windu and Tano, the two scummiest people we have today. "The cases are weak?" What cases aren't? In all retrospect, unless there is a hard-tacks Investigator result, no case is certain. Indeed, the best leads we have today are simply a long line of defenses for other beings, starting with Ahsoka's strange idea of not voting and ending with Master Corobb's encouraging of people to not vote for you. Unfortunately, that's all we have to go on. Until tomorrow, and that's if the investigator chooses to reveal themselves/has someone else reveal their results, there is no such thing as a sure case. That is all. Unfortunately, the Scum know that as well. If we simply assume that relentless players of this game of life are automatically Town, we're losing for sure. Everyone is under suspicion at this point, so there's nothing we can do but analyze behavior. Yes, that's exactly what I think. If there is new info to be told on someone who is already a suspect, we should share it, despite the fact that the person is already suspect.
  24. Anger will get you nowhere but the chopping block, Vebb. You should know that better than the rest of us. Although, before we all get angry and do things we probably shouldn't, doesn't everyone think we should look at this rationally? Here's what I'm getting from all of this: Nahdar Vebb (Scubacarrot): Accusing Master Corobb, being almost ridiculously stubborn in his accusation of Corobb. Gets angry at Coryn, a pro-Jedi-acting person, for dissing his points. Possibly Scum, impossible to tell. Seems to be trying to protect Windu by suggesting another suspect who just happens to be pro-Jedi. My opinion on how to act: Lynch him or Windu, if they're scum lynch the other. They seem to be teamed up, or at least Nahdar puts it out to be that way, looking like he's protecting Windu from the lynch. Roron Corobb (Flipz): He's been very helpful from the start of the day, and from information coming from private connections, I have reason to trust him. However, though Vebb's reasoning is faulty, some of his points are valid, so I ask that Corobb give me some kind of proof in private that I can trust him. Coryn Kelens (Tamamomo): Been very pro-town, but seems relatively hostile towards Vebb. I'm pretty convinced he's Town, but still not 100% on him. Really, only about 60% or so. Please, all of you, respond to this as you see fit.
  25. I was both confusing and confused. As I said, I thought you were addressing a tie on any day, not just today. Yes, indeed, I agree with your second statement. I have been a bit guilty of this too, but I do try to stay up-to-date on the goings-on in this conversation. As to your third statement: I do agree, but mostly that first discussion was roleplaying and discussing the rules talking about the sets of rules Master Yoda has set out for us. Yes, I did jump on him, because the tie vote plan was almost as useless as his Padawan's no-voting plan. I say almost because with his plan we would still lynch someone and possibly get a Sith. Hmmm? Erratic? How have I been erratic? Please explain yourself further, Coryn.
