  1. I'm not going to quest until I sell this, so no chance of that. Where are you?
  2. Does anyone want any of this stuff? -1 RHeart sword -1 Soul Siphon Skull -1 Spirit Salve Tome' -1 Wand of Dark Magic -1 Pit Viper Poison They're all free except the RHeart, I'm looking for a Spd for that.
  3. Told you so! Literally, though, if people had actually listened to me about Charming, this could have gone a completely different way. Then again, I suck at getting points across, so maybe I was the downfall of the Town for accusing him. That...would be me. I have hated myself from that point onward, going over the scenario time after time in my head, trying to figure out how I could play a better Scum. Apparently, though, I suck at playing Town as much as I do at playing Scum, though that probably should have been evident after Witchbreed. It was really a surprise to me to get another Blocker role, I thought for sure that the chance of getting it again was slim to none. Anyhow, great game, Sandy, it was wonderful! The sets and the story were great, although I think I ruined it a little, playing as bad as I did.
  4. Sprite Worlds are hard, but then again, this is coming from the player who's only made it to a Manor of the Immortals twice and nexused out both times at the boss. Never been in an UDL, though, so that might be one to look into.
  5. I'll take a GShield and a Snake's Eye Ring, if you have any left. A DHunter Trap would be nice too, for when I finally get a Rogue to 20 and unlock Huntress. I've got three of the bone rings, so I'm covered in that department. I hate Forbidden Jungles because I love them so much. Two great drops and one crappy one, but four times out of five it's the crappy ring. I've done it twice, once with a Medusa, and the time I told you guys about. Are you talking about the difficulty or the drops. Both are, indeed, .
  6. No, it was a Ghost God. It was stuck between three blocks, in this pattern: Me |_||_| |_| |_|GG It was shooting through the gap between the two front blocks apart from each other. By the 'dying blast' I mean that it shot just as I killed it, and when I went for the loot the shot hit me.
  7. ARGH! Five deaths today, all of them from stupid mistakes. Level 19 Rogue, ran into a godlands mob and forgot to cloak. Level 9 Necro, ran into a mob of Drakes and forgot to drain HP Level 10 Necro, same mistake. Level 12 Necro, left the Oryx's Castle pack and ran into a Guardian. Level 20 Archer, had a Ghost God trapped inside a Ghost King's castle (yes, I get the irony) between two blocks and shot it repeatedly with my Heavy Crossbow, dodging return shots through the gaps in the blocks, got caught by its dying explosion and was insta-killed.
  8. Yes, they can. If there's only one enemy in a battle and it is Confused, if it rolls to damage an ally, it damages itself.
  9. I sorta feel bad for the n00bs in the Nexus. Just traded an HP-restoring potion for a Staff of Destruction, still can't believe I got that sort of deal. Also got Pollen Powder for another HP potion, but that's a bit more of a fair trade.
  10. "Fricking..... Damn it. Had to be Hinckwells, didn't it. I was sort of hoping that it would be some other house that, you know, doesn't hate my guts, but guess not... Eh, the rewards are good, and as long as I keep up my alias I should be okay. That is, if I get picked. I dunno what would happen if the Houses lost their power....well, for one thing I would have a lot less enemies. But other than that....you know, I think that they're all that keeps Eubric, and the rest of the country, for that matter, from falling apart. If they were gone, things would either be perfect, or chaos. One of the two."
  11. Dak walks over to the Questboard, sees a new, Quest, but decides to leave it for others to go on. Checking to make sure his sign-ups were in order, he reads the Quest #31 description. "Oh, shit," he says, quickly scratching his surname off and replacing it with an old alias, Nikolus. He then walks over to Arthur. "You were on the previous Lion Knight Quest, correct? Exactly which family are they allied with?" Dak speaks, thinking to himself: Not Hinckwells, not Hinckwells, not Hinckwells.....
  12. Got Wizzie to 20, unlocked Necro. Godhunted, got Att pot + Para Wis + Scorching Blast spell. Ring and spell in Vault, pot drank. Second try yielded Snake Pit, went in, no drops. Trying again right now, we'll see what I get.
  13. Never mind, died..... Doc, I could really use some of those mid-tier items right now.
  14. Anyone want Pollen Powder? I've got two left that I don't need....
  15. Thanks for letting me play, it was certainly an experience! I'm only sorry that I couldn't play longer in this great game.
  16. "Me? Dak Shadeaux, Rogue. Not that it matters anyhow, I've severed all ties to my family."
  17. "S'pose you c'd call 'em that," Dak said. His vision was beginning to blur, and he felt a bit dizzy from all the drinks, as well as the obviously slurred speech. Looking apolegetically at Arthur and the female elf, he said, "'Scuse me, I gotta get some fresh air." Trying to stumble as little as possible, but still not walking in a straight line, he ambled for the door, and found a water barrel right outside. After a quick vomit and water splashed on his face, he felt a bit better. A drink of water helped, too. He sighed, and stepped back into the hall, walked over to his previous seat, and sat down again. "Sorry....didn't catch your name," he said, apolegetically to the female elf.
  18. Dak takes the hand rather tentatively, and speaks slowly, in reluctant tones. "Dak Shadeaux. Pleasure, I'm sure." "That might be so, but it would seem everyone in this hall worships one god or another. Mages, Clerics, Rogues, Rangers, Knights....all of them. Not sure if that's just the people I've met or not, but it seems like everyone thinks that someone else in the sky is controlling their life. Your clan might not have worshipped gods, but from the stories my mother told me, her clan did. Forest elves, they were."
  19. Dak, eavesdropping from the shadows, suddenly speaks, rather quietly. "Some of us do take offense at that, you know. Nothing against you personally, but that is the general misconception about rogueish people in general. I see it more as looking out for myself, personally. You spiritually-oriented people get so boring sometimes, it's all 'Ennoc this' and 'Random God that'. Boring. To me, a fight's a fight and a person's a person. Ain't no higher powers in the world, and if there are, they don't give a damn about all of us. What do they care who lives or dies? We gotta look out for ourselves, and that's it. Nothing changes. We can't do anything like that." Dak took another large gulp of his drink. He'd taken up drinking a bit more than he had wanted to after his last Quest, and he wondered if that was a good thing. Noticing another Rogue, Dak's hand raises in greeting, then falls quickly. Compassion is weakness, he reminded himself. Never show weakness.
  20. I love my untiered weapons. EDIT: I also have a Chimera Hide armor, but I'm looking for some Tier 5 weapons for that. EDIT 2: Finished my first Oryx! No drops, though. Some other guy got a Mithril Shield, but that was it. EDIT 3: Died, didn't lose anything worth being depressed about, though. Back to Knight, new gear in tow. Level 11 and getting higher.
  21. I've got Meteor and Destruction, might get Crystal Serpent if I can find a Forbidden Jungle (though if I do, I'm keeping that one )
  22. 20 with Archer, loving it. 38 Fame already and still godhunting. Doc, I'm trying to find your ring, but so far only found Greater Def and Att, and Sup Att, Wis, and Vit. Still looking, though. BTW, anyone in need of staves/armor? I'm overflowing with the stuff! Meteor Staff, Golden Chainmail (2), Bearskin, Minotaur Hide, Basilisk Hide, got tons. If anybody needs any of that stuff, I'll gladly trade you for Warrior/Knight/Pallie armor.
  23. Ironically, I just started doing amazingly well a few minutes ago. Got a Sup Vit + Wis for two HP potions a few minutes ago, then a Greater HP for free, and then went out into Cyclops and slayed a few Drakes, got a Fire Bow + Flame Sword. Then, killed a Lich and a Deathmage, got Golden Chainmail + Cloak of Speed. Not bad overall, though I would have liked to have gotten more stuff from the Drakes.
  24. Finally got a good drop today. Well, not high tier, so much as surprisingly so, for a low-level dungeon boss. After getting nothing good (Obsidian Dagger) from a Ghost King, and nothing period from several Undead Dwarf Gods, finally, with my Lvl 3 Knight, got an Ironwood Bow from-surprise-Dreadstump the Pirate King.
  25. I go after Goblin Mages at 4, usually. Warrior and Knight are total tanks, though, because you can get such good stuff for them. For example, the highest DEF robe a Priest/Wizard can get is Tier 8, while with Warrior/Knight you can get up to Tier 12. Warriors and Knights, as well, can get hugely Damaging swords, such as the Ravenheart, which does 200+ damage to enemies. If you got the best stuff for Knight/Warrior, Acropolis Armor + Ancient Stone Sword +Exalted DEF + Juggernaut Helm/Shield of Ogmur, you could have 46/42 DEF (46 for Knight/42 for Warrior). Then, basically no enemies under Gods couldn't hurt you, and that is so epic that I won't turn it down.
