This is the thing I don’t get. If it’s then ROTS anniversary, where are all the main characters? Obi-Wan, Padme, Windu and Yoda are nowhere to be seen next year. Clone Bros don’t actually care for ROTS as a film as far as I can tell. They just see the legions with 2 seconds of screen time and demand them. I will admit that I am excited for the 327th pack. So third this motion. Maybe we’re all overreacting. Maybe we’re getting a lot of Clone Sets this year before we get bombarded by a huge amount of Mando & Grogu and R1 10th anniversary sets in 2026. Followed by the 50th anniversary of SW itself in 2027. I thought we had killed this meme in mid December? Current Shopping list for next year (and ranking of hype levels): U-Wing 327th BP Night Trooper BP ARC 170 Either UT AT or Turbo Tank? But probably any imperial set (if the last set number isn’t a Buildable character)

Star Wars keeps descending into the abyss of Clone sets. Schumacher movies are getting a large set. But superman isn’t. Chat, are we cooked?

327th BP I’m gonna guess is like the Dropship vs Speeder. I hope that the separatist build will be a Corporate Alliance Tank Droid and the republic build will either be a command post or a swampspeeder. Ideal minifig line-up: 3-4 327th Clones, Bly, Aayla Secura, 1-2 B1s and 2-3 B2s. When Maxbaut said that LSW fans would be eating good this summer,did he actually mean that Clone Fans will be eating good? I might be overreacting. There are still a whopping total of 2 set numbers unaccounted for (75432 and 75433). I just hope that Lego resists the urge to make one of them a Buildable Mando. Wait… kriff! One of them will have to be the Clone Pilot set. Okay, there’s one set number that’s currently unaccounted for. Empire, Rebel, Resistance and FO fans, let us pray for salvation.

Wait. What the actual hell?!! That brings us up to 4 Clone Wars sets and 2 unknowns in August. Why would they make the Turbo Tank, a vehicle that’s literally called a juggernaut in universe, tiny. Gree I guess. Clone Bros won so hard. The summer wave is looking like a meme. Ok. I’ll rejoice to that one. But where are the rebels and imperials?!!!

I don’t think a defender or reaper are coming in 2025. I just want them. Exactly. (You forgot to add in the Clone Pilot set) I think the problem also lies in the fact that there are two expensive TCW themed sets that are both priced at $150. If there are two sets that large in a wave they should at least cover different areas of the timeline so there’s some variety in preference. TCW also seems to be dominating all the cheaper set slots as well as expensive playsets next year. Both PLO’s MF and Maul’s mech will be based off TCW.

I’m not saying it directly affects Superman getting sets. I’m just saying it’s strange that they’re taking the risk to make a brand new theme based off anime, albeit a very popular one at that, which currently is an untested department for Lego. But are not making Superman sets, even though the MoS sets must have sold well back in 2013 since we later got BvS and JL sets.

So let me get this straight. Superman can’t get a single set based off of his upcoming movie. But One-Piece of all things somehow is able to get 5 different sets. We live in the strangest timeline.

LMF just confirmed the UT AT as set number 75413 with 813 pieces, price of $150 and at least 2 Galactic Marines. What is that Marvel megablocks PPP?!! And how is this getting made?!

Theory time: Lego Castle and Lego Pirates are part of the same timeline, and feature the same nations. The Lion Knights evolved into the Red Coats. Crown Knights evolved into the conquistadors The Black Falcons evolved into the Blue Coats. The Wolf Knights split into the multiple pirate factions. If you look closely the colour aesthetics and way these factions appear to act are very similar. But that’s just a theory. A Commando Theory.

And that’s assuming that the Clone Pilot set isn’t a republic attack shuttle. You’re gonna get Lieutenant Ball-scratcher of the 69th legion with two of his men and you’re gonna like it!

I watched the Superman trailer. Gunn’s cooking. Lego appears to have really dropped the ball on this one. This is shaping up to be the peak of DC movies in the last decade… Guy’s costume still looks bad. There’s also a lot of Snyder inspiration by the looks of it. All in all. My hype levels are up.

Damn. So that would mean that we’d be getting at least 3 TCW sets in the summer. (Maybe the Clone Pilot set is a V19 Torrent vs Vulture droid?) Even with the MTT, Lego’s still extremely bad at faction balancing. The MTT is a Troop Transport, not a combat vehicle like the UT AT. We need a ATT or Snail tank to balance out Separatist and Republic forces, and that’s for ground forces alone. Empire appears to so far be taking a back seat in the vehicle department next year. Need that Tie Defender/ Reaper. The UT AT is a vehicle with an easily missable 2 seconds of screen time. It logically shouldn’t sell well with normal consumers. But the Clone Bros somehow have tons of cash. That said, i’m intrigued by the UT AT, more so than the MTT. And am wondering what Legions could be involved. I’m guessing that it’s either 327th or Galactic Marines. Unless that animated series that’s in development (which might be about Rex and his boys seeing how they left that open in TBBS3) features a UT AT. If so we might get Howzer, Rex, Cody and Echo.

MTT isn’t that interesting to me as it is right now. I’m hoping for some good imperial stuff that’s not going to bankrupt me. Tie Reaper has been snatched from my grasp once again though. Maybe a Tie Defender? It could reuse a Tie Pilot, Thrawn and a Death Trooper. I’m just a Clone Hoth Imperial Lego Lover guy
