  1. The emblem would make too much sense. It’ll just be the word Batman brickbuilt. Now, is it just me or do you see potential in this becoming a mech set? No. You’re right. It makes too much sense for Lego to do.
  2. Oh it’s beautiful. Here’s hoping we see at least a couple of these next year. Can’t wait to see what you cook up for Solo. Love to see it. 3. My name is Commandicus Lanternius Nerdius, commando of the armies of the Tie Avenger, General of the Aslume Legions, loyal servant to the true play-set, Tie Avenger. Enjoyer to a neglected show (Andor), fan to a neglected theme (DC). And I will have my Tie Avenger, in this life or the next. Day #140 of fighting for the dream that is Tie Avenger. Only around 2 weeks from now when we got the U-Wing news last year. Maybe we’ll hopefully get an info dump on next year’s sets around the same time?
  4. No. Lex Luthor didn’t get released until the 2010s. And he stole forty cakes. That’s as many as four tens. And that’s terrible. Has any other Lego villain been that evil? Then there’s Master Chen, a 2015 minifigure who was sinister enough to take Puffy Potstickers off the menu. And if those aren’t evidence enough… Corncob was released in 2017.
  5. Day #139 of requesting a Lego Tie Avenger. Anyone have any predictions for what next year’s 14+ set will be. I don’t think we’ve had a 14+ set since 75222.

  7. Following your Daily Planet suggestion, I’m going to Zeta Beam all the way to Rann and suggest:
  8. Day #138 of asking for Lego to make a Tie Avenger. He will become a Wookie before that happens. The Tie Avenger however, will prevail. And you have my memes. Huzzah!
  9. Dies CXXXVII sperandi Ultorem Tie Yep. Conquest. I reckon that when we next see Night Troopers they’ll have lost the bandages since they now have the resources to properly repair their armour. Indeed. March 2026 set news soon?
  10. Likely fake. Since no one reliable has reported it.
  11. I want to thank you, starlego98. Really. You know, it’s not often when I’m inspired to include so many users in a meme like this. Day #136. I will not stop until Tie Avenger is at hand. (I believe that’s everyone who’s actively declared their allegiance to the cause. If I missed anybody please let me know and I’ll make them a priority cameo for the next one of these) You have started on the path to redemption thanks to your fealty to Tie Avenger. But you are still a long way off (only reading HTTE and a greater appreciation for Mara can rectify that) Oh it’s beautiful. Exsquisite wishlist. Delicious Don’t forget the UCS Gozanti carrying 4 play-scale Tie Avengers under the wings. Agreed. Missed opportunity to remake it for Mando S2. So many missed out good imperial vehicles from Mando. ITT, Tie Outlander, Assault Lander, Turbo Tank… We really need a good versatile normal imperial Battlepack. It’s been far too long. Night Troopers and Snowtroopers are very planet locked units. We need a way to amass troops that can work on any planet or instillation (Stormtroopers, Shock Troopers, Scout Troopers, Navy Troopers and Army Troopers. Heck even shore troopers since they are seen as just security despite no beach in Mando S2) Syril was such a useful asset to the ISB that the Empire decided to make an army of him. Or perhaps Dedra was behind the cloning operation. There is no force in the universe that could reckon with a relentless army of simps.
  12. I’m honestly surprised that Lego’s done a not actually that shabby job of inadvertently tying in with DC:KO in this year’s sets. They’ve released 6/32 of the contestants as minifigs. Approximately 18.75% of this year’s comic event’s headline characters. Compare that to Absolute Power’s mere 10% of Lego’s tie In minifigs (just Batman) from last year, things are looking brighter for the theme. And let’s not forget that is still 600% the number of minifig tie ins that Thunderbolts received this year, and that was a MCU movie. (Just Bucky) UJ/ the theme still is in a terrible position.
  13. Day #135 of asking Lego to make a Tie Avenger.
  14. Dang it! If John Stewart and Guy Gardner are both in MoT. I pray that Gunn’s written a parody of the “you’ve got to do better” speech from TFATWS where John calls out Guy for being Maxwell Lord’s corporate stooge. I also would be happy if their chemistry was like it was in the New 52 GLC run.
  15. Agreed vehemently. (Day #134 of asking Lego to make a Tie Avenger play-set. Death Star looks awful without minifigs in it. Granted, the previous two do too but they weren’t $1000. March 2026 news when?!!!
  16. Billund would be razed by nightfall.
  17. Should have made it a Tie Raptor. An already chibi Tie Variant instead of that bastardisation.
  18. Wow. DS GWP just sucks. (Day #133 of pestering Lego for a Tie Avenger)
  19. Why is man Tomorrow. Is he stupid? Surely this one will get sets? Great. Glad to see we’re getting a sequel so soon. I wonder if any other heroes will be brought into the fold this time, or will it just still be the Justice Gang? My predictions if any are Martian Manhunter, Superboy, Steel and/ or John Stewart. Stewart was supposed to be in the DCEU Man of Tomorrow so it would be hella funny. And would make sense if Braniac is the villain (a extraterrestrial threat is only logical reason as to why Lex and Soup would team up)
  20. You have my full attention Hard agree. I know I’ve said this a lot, but a Guy Gardner GL vs either Sinestro, Cyborg Superman, Braniac or Zod mech next year would do absolute wonders as multi-media tie in. (Superman, Lanterns, My Adventures With Green Lantern, DCKO…) Make it a bit more expensive than a standard mech to allow for an additional Hawkgirl minifigure, dual moulding for Guy’s boots, Bd’g/ Ch’p or Dexstarr, extra parts for customisation etc… GL is one of the few heroes where a mech makes sense. I beg that Lego does one at some point.
  21. Tie Avengerath Metrion Zinthos! (The 132nd day of our just cause) Good point. Though the M&G AT AT will also require a interior seeing as a hallway scene takes place inside it. You’re right. Hopefully it isn’t too bad of a downscale. I’ll probably pick it up on sale. Funny thing is, M&G literally provides the template for a fig selection that is literally a Mando version of the ESB AT AT sets. There has to be: 1 hero character (Luke/ Mando), 1 armoured imperial Officer (Veers/ guy in M&G trailer), 2 Snowtroopers and 1-2 AT AT pilots. It’s basically the same fig selection template despite being an entirely different movie. I hope we get March set rumours soon. The suspense and my lust for one of the 8+ sets to be a Tie Avenger are killing me. Also, a bit unrelated but it will probably result in us getting M&G set rumours, when the heck is Disney planning to start marketing M&G? Shouldn’t they be getting people hyped early on? I mean, it’s a proven effective strategy when looking how TFA’s first trailer was released in November 2014, and then became the 6th highest grossing movie of all time. And it has an uphill battle when it comes to General Audience hype.
  22. Day #131 of asking Lego to make a Tie Avenger Yeah, it’s an awesome set. I hope we see more like it. So. If we’re assuming that the 930 piece $150 May set is a M&G AT AT… that means it’s only got 230 more pieces than the Holdiay AT AT. Let’s assume 25-30 of those pieces go towards minifigs and blasters. That leaves only 200-205 pieces to go additionally go towards the build. And for all we know around 100 of those pieces will go towards a AT RT side build. Should we be concerned?
  23. Just get the Minifig Scan app. It’s free and all you have to do is scan the QR code on the bottom of the box in the app.
  24. Gingerbread AT AT leaked. Looks cute. But not $80 worth of cute. Maybe I’ll get it as a family build if on sale. Though I’ll say, a 2nd minifig would have made it feel a lot more worth it. And I know we’ve had enough of clones, but including this guy would have been a fitting end to the year. And in theme for the set. And a guarantee that it’d sell well among clone bros. I’m honestly suprised Lego didn’t do it. Edit: actually it’s $70 but I still think it should have had at least one more minfig
  25. Bold of you to assume that we’ll get more than the 4 currently rumoured. Also polybag. Which we didn’t get this year.
