The only purchase last year for me was bush plane and volvo front loader. That's it. I am still sour about the volvo excavator, that is the first technic heavy duty flagship which I haven't bought since 2011. I still cant process how Lego aproved functionality/pricing for 42215.

Hard to agree, I built reobrix set with all black pins, mistake was hard to make because pins were packet separately and you simply don't add them in the same pot. No mistakes were made for 4000+ parts set and I was not very careful

The set is roasted hard. And it deserves it. For me this set went from likely purchase for ~240 EUR to unlikely purchase at any price. I would simply feel bitter if I would have it on my shelf. And this comes from person who defended 42146 and has every construction flagship from 2011 ! Silly silly decisions from TLG :(

911 Reskin would be brutal, but price is too low, it should be Skyline / Ford GT scale (price hike yay)

Tool swap is the most useless automated function ever. You can literally pull the rubber bands manually... I could justify slow speed if all 3 functions could be enabled at once (like on 42042 crane). Even for 240 euros (-40 off) I might better go to the pub. It does not even look phenomenal if it's main purpose is to be a shelf queen

Technic just went racers full time. Interested why the price is 75 dollars! This pricing does not fall at any recent scale so my guess is either it is 1:16 or maybe control+ (revuelto scale) set without electronics which could be purchased separately ??

Maybe thats how people will stop buying them lol. Porsche should be Skyline / Ford gt 1:12 scale (increase in price). It can't be 1:10 scale (decrease in price) or control+ set (decrease in price).

There is nothing to flex about that can buy Lego from smugglers. But I am not surprised by the fact. Lego officially does not ship to russia, end of the story. This is my last message to you. Back on the topic, I can't wait for the first reviews. I have a feeling it will be roasted pretty hard by the reviewers due to price / functionality ratio. Let's see

Perhaps because there is no Lego sets available in Sokolov's russia so yeah here we are suddenly discussing about MK. Please continue discuss about the Lego and not about "interesting alternatives"

If TLG releases non car flagship every year, I would buy new Technic set every year. Now I do it every second year :) I'am not interested in cars at any scale, but... I am also not interested to buy 2300 parts with simple power box for 430 euros. Too hard to justify. Perhaps time to take a break from purchasing new Lego sets entirely, I don't know...

I hardly believe we will get something big from heavy duty this year... It now looks like such flagship is coming every second year. Hope I am wrong ! But my guts are telling more cars !

If there would be a public demand for Van...Be sure that you would already see that van on the Lego shelves in stores. I speculate if we will ever get a van it should be either icon of pop culture (A-Team, Home Alone, Dumb and Dumber (lol), etc), or maybe a camper van could sell better than Emirates Yacht.

Just grabbed one for 60 euros from the local retailer... Was not expecting -40 percent off in the first weeks of sale :) hope 42215 will follow with the same discount :)

199 euros in 2011 is equivalent in 280 euros in today's money. 42215 cost 400 euros (which would be 300 euros in 2011). Just leaving these numbers here if anyone will find justification for price of 42215.

The only thing to mention is that I got 42145 for 120 euros, new. It was 40 percent off the RRP 200 euros. So paying 250 Euros for 42215 after similar discount is still overpriced, we just reaching the RRP which could be justified (PPC is crazy for 42215).

My suggestion - don't listen to the haters. If you feeling like adding clickbait thumbnails it is what you need, just do it. Your style of reviews is unique, don't listen the haters who are doing nothing but pushing you to the mediocre. We already have tens of dry serious reviewers, who needs one more.
