"The tyrannosaur got so much poison in its blood that it'll drop dead no matter what. Jinnipher wants her blade to get the kill and not the poison, though. We've just 'bout wrapped this up. Boris, Ezeran, Kheyli, Torald, Mac, Sakurai... How 'bout we end this?" Terry fires a wind spell at the Coelyphysis Mob from the back row.

Hey, I've hosted quests with 4 boss fights before (48 comes to mi d), although I guess you could say the first 3 were minibosses in comparison to the final final final boss.

The thing that I've learned with immunties is that, utlimately, as long as there are more enemies than heroes at the start, giving the heroes the ability to cast status ailments and sudden death on them really doesn't do much in terms of making the battle a cakewalk. It does, however, go a long way in improving the experience of the player.

"May we meet again." I follow vindsval to the Saloon. -
Battle Oder: Terry Jinnipher Mac (leaving) Sakurai (leaving) Just realized you may have been referring to WBD's order, but I'll leave this here for posterity.

Heroica RPG- Quest #137: Where the Dead Go to Live

"You're doing good work, Silivia. Priest carlos - whom I assume you're in charge of... hlped me with a certain matter. You have my thanks. Are you another priest, Taylor?" -
"Kheyli looks like she's gonna go under in one more hit." Terry pouts. "You're really dead set on taking down big lizards, huh?"
-
"I'm not doing this for credit or glory, I'm doing it so that stronger heroes like you can help the other guys! This stupid thing is so slow it could hardly walk, while those quick hoppy guys could trample 'em."
-
"...I-I'll handle big and ugly. The rest of you go help the others." Terry prepares a wind spell to cast at the Tyrannosaur from the back row. Battle Order: Terry

Ther winners have been tallied for a while, but there's a lot of prep work. The speeches are by NPCs presenting the awards.

Quick, 139ers, punch Firestomach in the face while her eyes are closed.
-
Something along the lines of "Man, half of you dragons are cool, the other half are dicks" probably?
-
Thought you'd say, like, 25%. I( may have to speed up my planning process, although i can't say I mind.
-
Terry is just peeved, he doesn't have it in him to be enemies.
-
"Oh, for the love of..." mutters terry as the Pterodactyls focus in on him. "Mac, say somethin' nice to Jinnipher even though she doesn't deserve it, hmph and maybe she'll be encouraged." Terry repeats. Battle Order: Mac Jinnipher Terry Sakurai

Pretty much, actually. Masson is the physically stronger/more adept/more educated one, but losing an arm and having failing mental health does that to you.
-
That's a question to ask Zepher, not myself, considering I'm waiting until 139 runs its course. Having the two elected kings would certainly change a bit of the quest dynamics, though.
-
I'm timing Judgment Day to come after 139. We should efinitely fix it. And for once, there isn't a stupidly complicated mythos behind it! Just 70, 138 (134 is almost entirely summarized in that one) , and maybe some Progg background knowledge is "needed."
-
Guts needs to come onto Judgment Day to meet his alter egos.
-
You're thinking about it backwards. The money that is secretly deducted from every hero;s horrible drinking habits goes to the city taxes. Also, yes, there is totally a conspiracy with the grumpy policeman face. I know I've contributed 3 characters to it: The entire Cour family, pretty much. Royce's face was never shown, but he has the same face as Masson and Gabriel. And speaking of them... Which grumpy faced man is that?
-
Everyone knows Guts and Masson are the same person anyway. I mean, have you ever seen them at the same time in a room? No? That's what I thought. Out of curiosity, how does Lind know the future? I thought the dodekube knew recorded history, but not the future.

See, though, that means you can project your own ideas and expressions onto it, meaning that I am essentially a candidate that everyone wants. It's a bit like Link from TLoZ, except Sorrow has a political agenda beyond saving Zelda and killing a pig-thief's 67956104th reincarnation.
-
Elect Sorrow then, he's got 6 months.

Wouldnt a leader who doesn't want the power just be crushed under the power, become depressed, and step down/steer the plac einto oblivion?
