  1. "No other way to get her out cept' time, and just attacking it will hurt her." Terry cups his hands around his mouth. "Can you hear me, Kheyli? Sorry, you're gonna have to wait in there for a second! There's no gristle in there, so it shouldn't be too gross?"
  2. Well, just because they're friends, doesn't mean they see eye to eye on everything... Pretty close in some aspects I imagine, though.
  3. That pal Immortalis was talking to at the end of 138 is, in fact, one of the Old Gods.
  4. I mean, that's true. No Dastanese political tradition to adhere to. I have afeeling Guffington already has his popcorn ready, though.
  5. No, dammit, stop getting into 1v1! It's the only way Arthur is gonna die.
  6. "See, I have good ideas, sometimes..."
  7. Despite his attempts otherwise, Terry tumbles into the beast's jaws, making an exlophone-like sound as he fell into its stomach... Only to be forced out be another slew of heroes. "Torald, sorry for tumbling into you... Ezeran, and your symbiote, nice shot, and Torald? We'll get you out of there. If we just wait with Jinnipher first in the battle order, it'll re-die for sure - won't even be able to hurt her."
  8. If they have the items, they deserve to use them to their full capacity. What the capacity of those items are is the question.
  9. Can we please not? I've been operating under the philsophy that individdual items should not be OP, but combinations of them should be. I feel like 1000 or so gold for SP: 15-25 is a lot.
  10. Hey, when there is Hinckwells and Shadeaux involved, capitalism is sure to follow.
  11. I would reccomend just a link to the post in questions.
  12. Well, welcome back? And yes, I'm beginning to suspect Heroica is not unlike drugs. Addictive, and the price (in this case, time) goes up the more you do it.
  13. .I would think it's soul bound, but I'm unsure. Oh, by the way, is that Claok of the Grand Vizier able to have Bright Polish used on it? Because I can see it getting super OP otherwise.
  14. In regards to the gun piece, I believe you can get them in white in Ultra Agents sets? [citation needed] Speaking of which, Lind, what happened to your avatar/signature?
  15. In case I wasn't clear, Sorrow is waiting in the Residential District for Frey to shamble by.
  16. Terry gulps as the abomination swallows Kiri. He repeats his action and battle order, hoping the undead beast's appetite was satiated.
  17. "Gonna have to agree with you there, Ezeran... Why d'ya have to go and play to the stereotype, Kiri?"
  18. I'm thinking for "suishy" mages with 40 ether or so using it... 5-10 ther is nothing for 20-30 SP.
  19. Terry watches in horror as Jinnipher manifests in the beast's exposed ribs, only for Kiri's ether core suddenly make him feel... Well, invincible. "Thanks, Kiri." Terry chooses to use a physical attack on the Undead Tyrannosaur from the front row. Repeat battle order.
  20. That Licehn defense effect is beyond broken.
  21. Am I correct in saying that it's evening for Sorrow as well? "Thank you sir. Sounds like the easiest plan is to wait here for frey to turn up."
  22. Terry switches to Spur B, and repeats the battle order. "Kheyli, if you can convince Kiri to slip me one of those ether cores, I'd mucvh apprecaite it!"
  23. Nah, Karie calling him stupid was the last straw. He's a petty one. More along the lines of the court of demons posters that built up 53 (teasers for a quest that happen in-universe), although granted, those did have the benefit of being in the hall itself. If people don't want to read it, skip it.
  24. Huh, that is more fitting, since its bipedal. Also, a little longer/ramble-y than I originally planned, but I hope people enjoy that little glimpse into Immortalis's mind.
  25. -------------- The serpentine dragon found himself slithering through the gardens of Eschaton, his hands guiding a trail of rain clouds through the perpetually starry night sky. Rain fell onto the terrain below, nourishing the myriad white flowers, each one swaying gently in the breeze. As Immortalis passed through each flower, the memories locked inside each one rushed back into his mind, playing alongside his prophetic visions - his mind reviewing the past and peering into the future. He always found it kind of odd: he emerged from the dawn of time, almost as old as any creature could get. And yet here he was, delving back into his past memories and visions, reliving millenniums in such a short span. His judgment must be impartial. History must be reviewed to provide context, to prevent repeating the same mistakes, and the future must be peered at to see what possibilities fate had in store for the world. As time went on, Immortalis was forced to take more and more time between judgments. History had a funny tendency to pile up, and his visions had a habit of becoming more numerous the older he became. It was a long process, and a very delicate one - not to mention, he told himself, that free will is free will. The races on Olegaia must not be subject to the whims of those in Eschaton. Their business was their business, until a cataclysm was brewing that he could no longer ignore. "And there most certainly is one brewing now." the judge notes somberly. He gazes a precious few months into the futures, some possibilities laid out before him. Intruders enter Eschaton, determined to stop the storm, and are swept aside like nothing at all. Or... ...They succeed. He was struck down, his face bloodied, and a blade plunged right between his eyes, just like his son. Immortalis could not see the faces of his potential adversaries. But he knew fully well what organization they would come from. He heaved a sigh. If he intervened, bloodshed - whether he was confront personally or not - was a horrible, unavoidable thing. And yet, in Eubric, a mere three dozen or so people were willing to plunge Uland into war, and for what? They had four decades left in their lifespans. But it could cause damage that could last for four centuries, bare minimum. They knew having a king would cause war, and yet they marched so eagerly towards that end? Immortalis shakes his head sadly, and gathers his resolve. He had a storm to prepare. -----------------------
