Also: Being the final boss, even though he didn't last as long as I projected (I should've pulled the trigger and gave him the 9999 HP I had planned), you get double EXP for killing the ER - and for putting up with my extended, aggravating absences. The Eternal Reaper speaks, his voice wavering. His booming voice that seemed to envelope the entire Lonely Island was now broken, its many layers and tones fading into the voice of one defeated old beast. His limbs gnarled and broken, gushing blood from every orifice, he speaks... "...Three thousand years. Eight hundred as Prometheus. Two thousand and some odd centuries as The Regret. A mere hour as the Reaper. ...I think I'm ready for oblivion, heroes. I've seen the land of the dead for as long as I can remember - I can hardly even begin to imagine what awaits me when this body dies. Thousands of souls stuffed into this, this... Abomination, really, that's what it is - and not a single one to call my own. It's going to be damn interesting, that's for sure. I suppose I'm ready for final curtain call, heroes."   2. FIRSTLY: I want to thank all of the 105ers for putting up with my several extended absences due to the horrible weather. Five feet of snow in two weeks is a hell of a lot to put up with. My power has been back for a week, but I got in a mild car accident due to iced-over roads. Everything is still attached, and now I only have a few nasty looking marks, but I'm fine. SECONDLY: To those who ran the rounds in 105 (Flipz and Scubacarrot, as far as I can tell): THANK YOU. If there is any way I can help you with feature endeavors, don't hesitate to shoot me a PM.   3. A blizzard knocked out my power (posting from a restaurant's wifi.) 24 to 36 more inches of snow expected within the next 24 hours - back to back blizzards, followed by another 8 inches on Friday. I need to move to Florida or something.
  4. I do have a plan! It involves every single hunter on the island (about 10,000) dying, for starters. Plus, various allied NPCs may find themselves in the marke for entrails and a soul. I'm assuming you're referring to the heroes losing to the Reaper, and not sparing him.

You don't need to do this, you don't need to-" The very same tendrils that tore through Erdathcath emerge from the Reaper's maw once more, impaling the Mastermind's bulbous body every where imaginable. One by one the tentacles rob Seerus of his acquired human souls, the Oculoid howling in pain more and more for every soul ripped from his body. Before long, the Reaper fully harvests all of the souls Seerus had robbed from his many victims, powering himself up. He discards Seerus, the Mastermind hitting the cold ground. he gasps and wheezes and sputters and bleeds, too weak to do anything but die. "Heroes... Please... Help me..." Specials: Eternal Damnation: The Eternal Reaper makes all heroes Doomed with a formidable spell, a miasma of darkness swarming the battlefield and condmening the heroes. Eternal Judgment: The Eternal Reaper passes judgment upon his foes. Any heroes above half health are instantly reudced to 1 HP, smited by columns of light. Eternal Agony: The Eternal Reaper lunges at the hero who rolled Special Damage and impales them, knocking them out instantly. Specials decided randomly. Passive Specials: Eternal Famine: At the end of every round he is attacked in, the Eternal Reaper locks one random hero's inventory, preventing them from using consumable items for the next turn. Cannot be remedied. Eternal Pestilence: Targetting the Eternal Reaper has a 1/6 chance of inflicting poison equal to the heroe's level / 4. (Rounded up.) Eternal War: The Eternal Reaper fights until the bloody end. He cannot be defeated until all of his limbs have been destroyed. Eternal Death: Every round, the Eternal Reaper creates an Aura: An Attack Aura, a Healing Aura, or a Phalanx Aura. When all of his limbs are destroyed, he creates two per round! Note: The Eternal Reaper's level goes down by 8 for every limb destroyed. Drops: Reaper's Heart Phalanx Aura, Level 0 Ancient HP: 700/700 Note: As longas the Phalanx Aura exists, all other enemies take half damage and have a 1/6 chance of Counterstriking on succesful hits. The Phalanx Aura dissolves at the end of the round. Open Wound A, Level 0 Dark *Fragile! 1 rounds remaining* Weakpoint: Any damage done to the Open Wound is doubled and then transferred to the Eternal Reaper. Specials: Shredding Sweep: In a lightning-quick slash of his hand, the Eternal Reaper halves the current HP of the hero who rolled Special Damage and the two heroes below them in the battle order. Lynch: The claw grabs the hero who rolled Special Damage, Binding that hero. If the claw does not take 200 damage in the next round, it knocks out the cluthced hero instantly. Specials alternate. Passive Specials: Anger: Succesful hits targetted at the claw have a chance of invoking the Reaper's rage, making this claw have a 1/6 chance of Counterstriking for the next round. Worthy Opponent: The Claw's level is equal to the attacking hero's level x3. Drops: Open Wound ("enemy") Left Claw A, Level ??? Dark HP: 52/1200 Immune to Sleep, Blindness, and Jinxing! Specials: Energy Beam: The Left Claw blasts out a column of ether and sweeps the arena. The hero who rolled Special Damage and the heroes above him in the battle order all take 55 damage. Deadly Slash: With a swipe of his immensely sharp claws, the Eternal Reaper cuts the hero who rolled Special Damage wide open. That hero has their SP cut in half for the rest of the battle, reduced to 1 HP, and becomes Doomed. Specials decided randomly. Passive Specials: Bargaining: Rolls of damage allow the Claw to have a 1/2 chance of stealing one of the hero's positive effects. The effect is decided randomly, and lasts for one round. Worthy Opponent: The Claw's level is equal to the attacking hero's level x3. From there, well... Isaac was fed, and I tried to educate him. For a parent trying to cure a disease, I think that's enough." It's clear Gryphinn doesn't fully believe in his last statement, judging by his downcast look. "I don't know how Isaac died. I legitmately don't know. I found his corpse, doused in Bleach, and disposed of it. Once again, i couldn't get anyone involved with this but me. Maybe paranoia has gotten the better of me, but I know I'm in the right!"

Not finishing his sentence, the door flies open, out stepping Dr. Gryphinn - with, as expected from what they had learned, two arms, the supposedly missing one covered in a black latex sleeve. Before the party can respond to him or the large cleaver he held in his hands, He rushes towards Vindsval, and with an unprecedented swiftness, lops off his arm in a single strike. The half giant has no choice but to stagger back and watch in horro as the Doctor uses the match to scorch the severed limb into ash, the appendage quickly bursting into flames. Before long it would be nothing but charred bone and soot. The doctor throws both of his tools on the floor, and speaks. "You were infected. You somehow contracted Roslia - thankfully, i managed to stop it before you unleashed it on Eubric. What did you do?! Did you go into the quarantine? Why? I demand an explanation, and don't you DARE give me any trouble for that free treatment. If you were half as reasonable as you look, you;d know its the only way! Now, an explanation of what happened!"
