Exactly. If one piece of kryptonite can power Metallo for life, it seems illogical that it couldn't power Lex's gun for more than a few minutes. Then again, maybe Luthor was just saying that to hide his true plans for the kryptonite he wants Joker to collect for him. I haven't watched Smallville, but I don't really consider it canon. This is what tends to bother me about DC, all this inconsistency. I much prefer .

I don't mean to bash or change your (differing) opinion, but how are the Rock Raiders crystals and rock monsters better? The Power Miners' crystals were exactly the same, except that they came in a few more colors (which is a good thing in my opinion) and their rock monsters were much larger and fearsome looking than those faceless, one-armed clumps of brown plastic that were the Rock Raiders monsters. I mean, have you even seen Eruptorr or Crystal King? I guess I could add a "Which Rock Monsters are better?" question to the poll, but I think it's pretty obvious who would win.

Anything else I should add? Those were just the Power Miners with different outfits and vehicles. This is before they got to the magma core. Not to mention imperialism, capitalism, and genocide! It does seem rather gimmicky, but hey, it's Lego game. Also, why would kryptonite need replacing? I've never heard of it ever losing its power. This doesn't surprise me though, since TLG obviously has no clue how kryptonite works, judging by the Superman set and the terrible comic it comes with. As for the voices, while the previous Lego games definitely had their own charm, I guess I'm too much a fan of the old DC cartoons not to love watching a Lego version of them!

I don't know... The torso looks the same to me. And I think the face only looks different because it has different expressions. But yeah, it would be nice to get a new version of him, same as Freeze. Those bits with the Penguin in that video were great, with him sitting in a tub full of fish and then quietly escaping in the background later. By the way, they totally stole my boxing glove gun design.

Thanks for the incredible review, WhiteFang! It's very detailed, and your complete collection of all the CMFs is stunning, especially considering that you have at least three of each fig! I am indeed quite excited for this series! That Galactic Marine/Patrol is simply amazing! So, since you didn't show any back views, does that mean none of them have back printing? Not even a zipper or fluffy tail for the bunny suit guy? That's disappointing as I thought they were finally starting to give these figs back prints. Well, at least some of them have double-sided heads.

I love it. The voices, the animation, the humor, all are done brilliantly. There are other neat things to spot, like the fact that Robin is flying a "Robinized" version of the Batcopter. And is that a painting of Joker next to a Roman soldier? I also love the design of Joker's boat and Luthor's helicopter thing. Would be cool to get these as sets, but I doubt it. Yeah, you're probably right, which is a shame since I thought this would be an independent short film, but oh well. I guess this also means that we probably should be discussing this in the multimedia forum.

I don't think so either, but you can just use any long black hair that you have for him. Either the new or old Snape hair should work.

Am I the only one who is getting a bit annoyed with Lord Garmadon? He is supposedly evil, but he isn't really. If he were truly evil, he wouldn't have so easily agreed to work and live with his brother and the ninjas, and he would have betrayed them by stealing the mystic weapons and taking off with them and Lloyd at the end of the last episode. It's like being evil isn't a matter of choice in the world of Ninjago. He's kind of like "I got bitten by the Great Devourer, so I guess I'm evil now. Oh well, nothing I can do about it."

After many months of digging through the Earth, the Power Miners finally found the treasure they were looking for, the Mother of all Crystals. However, their rivals, the Rock Raiders, found it at about the same time. And so, they argue over which party has the right to claim this prize and tensions soon arise... Little do they know that the crystal is the main source of nutrition for the baby rock monsters who are resting in the rocks around them, ready to hatch... This scene was partly inspired by that scene in The Mummy where the two groups of treasure hunters, the Brits and the Yanks, have each other at gunpoint and argue about who gets to raid the mummy's tomb. I built this scene a few years ago for the main purpose of displaying my PM and RR minifigs and all my crystals. So, who do you think should win? Cast your vote in the poll above! Great work as usual, Baron! This is even better than your Wolverine VS. Sentinel. While I'm not a big fan of the MK I Fantasticar due to its simple shape, this certainly is a great representation of it. Galactus especially looks very accurate and classic. The figs are good too, although I'm not really digging that Human Torch. The hairpiece doesn't really suit him, and he looks a bit too demonic overall. I think the Dr. Inferno hair in red or yellow would look better. I also don't remember ever seeing the Thing with gloves, but I guess that's being nitpicky. Good job, and I hope to see more Marvel creations from you! BRICK ON!

Holy rip-off, Batman! Well, it's no Green Lantern, but it sure is green. That's a very nice minifig! I always thought the Space Marine would make for a great Power Armor Lex (heck, I was half expecting The Penguin to turn him into one ), but no way is it worth paying that much extra for it (I don't know how much it will cost here in the US, but if it's that much in AUD, it will be even more in USD!). I'll just wait and hope that it will be sold separately like the Cpt. Jack Voodoo doll.

Very nice as usual, Legostein! But I gotta agree with Bane here, the center sphere could be better. I think it would be best if you would use the swivel turret piece from the AT-TE. It would be just about the right size and shape, and it's common enough that people can use it. And as LEGOman273 asked, would you like to enter this in the Phantom Menace community build? It would make a great entry!
