  1. There are some great bits of stonework here. Nice work and good story. I don't think you wasted time on the wall so much as wasted the wall with your camera angles. 😉
  2. 😂 Congrats! Those chest are about to get even heavier!
  3. Great office, house and story! The canted floors are a lot of fun.
  4. Oh that is some fun stuff. Great little campsite, everything about the firepit is gold!
  5. The main goal of this is getting anyone in on the action who wants to, regardless of faction. o be clear, we would be attempting to appeal to SR players on an individual basis rather than trying for a whole faction. A 'help wanted, payment upon delivery' kinda deal. @NOD yes this includes mercenaries! (Cat1.) If you're taking it to the Lotii, naturally certain securities from the other signatories should be expected. @Kwatchi, Regardless of your relationship with the factions, if in your 'travels' you come upon Lotii vessels, raid a Lotii settlement, etc, you would be rewarded for pummeling them. Oleon is just putting an open ticket on the Lotii for any interested party. As to the other parties' consent, it would seem odd for such a vaunted pirate to join with a coalition, you're probably making plenty as is 🤣😂🤣 but if there are those in your faction with more amicable reputations who want to participate in the Lotii events or have a score to settle with them, more builders are always welcome. Afterall, we are tolerating the WTC who are little better than pirates. Besides, El Oleonda is a large island with plenty of room for ulterior motives... @Capt Wolf, maybe we should keep it simple and just use the rules you all have for marque already 😂. I've seen them mentioned here and there but have not come across the rules for marque yet. I'll hit the index again.
  6. So as we wind up on the Seawatch campaign, I was trying to figure out how to get the Searats into it. It's likely to dominate events this year and there is no impetus for SR individuals to join in but I'd like to see any player join in who wants to. To that end and a few others, we at Oleon have been brainstorming an incentive system for any individual SR who wishes to aid the Coalition. Monetary incentives of course. It's only in the draft stages and we don't know if the rest of the coalition is on board with the plan but I figured it wouldn't hurt to get the input of those we are trying to appeal to, in order to get it formalized. 1) Dbs incentives based on number of ground forces committed to a battle. 2) Bonus dbs for captured lotii ships 3) Dbs rewards for captured lotii crew (incase you take a ship and want to keep it, we can still kick a little cash your way. Naturally, this is all payment upon delivery. Let us know what you all think here, please! Thanks, ♧
  7. Another dynamic build! Love the functionality of these builds.
  8. Brilliant idea and well implemented!
  9. My goodness. Just look at it...
  10. Good stuff, bud. Thanks for your work!
  11. Oh fun! Well done! I love the slanted roof there. The interior is excellent and sensible too! This is a good use of a monopoly. Glad the RNTC is still chugging.
  12. 1.) Nope. Build away! The only restriction is to not name your character above the rank of Major, as higher ranks must be signed off on by the state. 2.) Yes but we are having some technical issues. We are getting it sorted but in the meantime, there is a discord that @evancelt can bring you into. As it stands, we are at war and you're welcome to throw in if you want. If so, due to the faction chat issue, pm me and/or CapOnBOBS and we will get you into the action. Don't worry. There's more to bobs and Oleon than war. It's just where we are these days. If you follow a couple editions of the King's Port Advertiser in the main forum, it will get you up to speed on immediate events.
  13. Welcome aboard. May I be the first to congratulate you on your excellent taste in factions! Good backstory there, looking forward to seeing your builds!
  14. Update from the Estates General; we aren't entirely idle and will have a decent bit of input here via a single representative to be nominated.
  15. My goodness. Just look at that thing. The sculptures and embossed surfaces are where it's at!
  16. Ha ha! A fine build! It looks crowded and noisy. I oughta check out this program sometime this year.
  17. Great part usage! The scene is great, I wouldn't guess that was your forirst micro.
  18. "Steal my chef will you..." muttered Gerard DuQuesne to himself. The old goat was deep into one of his scowling sessions. The kind that frightened Sergeant Hobbes. Still He had to say something. At last he could take no more, putting on his best smile for some reason he burted out, "Sir! I believe that is General Francois' party that our troops are firing upon!" "Oh truley? Is that so?" Drawled out the dusty Marshall in a less than earnest tone. "You know how unreliable these penal legionnaires can be. Besides! I have no arms Sargeant, I'm allowed to be blind from time to time." "I'm not sure that line works like tha-" "Oh very well!" Snapped DuQuesne. "Ceasefire" he bellowed down the draw to the confused penal troopers, rattling the nearby bamboo in the process. With a great grin returning to the craggy collection of stones that comprised his face, DuQuesne turned to his Sargeant, "Come along, Hobbes. It's best not to let Chateau de Filles get too warm!"
  19. Just brilliant. The pitched judges pew, the pistol gavel, the dead jurist, the surly bailiffs stuffed into wigs and the wonderful pandemonium. You'd have no idea from the outside! 12 jurists, 9 eyes, 7 legs. Ah the rats motifs!
  20. I hear the heresy train a comin'! Great stuff love the lighting there. Very reserved and quaint, even. I do like that movable wall bit.
  21. @Yperio_Bricks be not down-hearted! I'd be happy to walk you through it step by step in PM. Maybe this'll help? Or make it worse... Setting aside liscencing entirely for a moment; ALL builds you make and post are considered Free Builds (FB) All Free Builds reward DBs currency regardless of what it is. A small vignette or a royal palace are the same in regards to rewarding the player The first 3 FB you post in a month will reward you 10dbs each and 5 each for the next 3 after that. In order to claim said rewards, seek out a form at the bottom of the Master Index titled 'Build Submittal Form', fill out the questions, and submit it. That's all there is for registering a build. LICENSING is it's own step and form. After submitting the Build Submittal Form I will determine whether the build is a property or a ship. Easy enough there. I will seek out the Property License or Ship License Form, whichever is applicable, and fill that out and submit it next. That is it. A total of 2 forms for ships, troops and buildings. Anything else is just the single FB submittal. Vignettes and the like. Your FIRST ship AND building licenses are each free. When you choose your first building, go for something large and expensive and get it licensed for free. Your first ship can be a class 0-2 for free. Note; You don't pay upkeep on ships until your total ship upkeep exceeds 100dbs per. So go big here as well. You should have 25 dbs just for starting out. Hopefully that helps? ♧
  22. Very fetching! Channeling those old enlightenment era gardens quite nicely!
  23. Good stuff! Give it to 'em, boys!
  24. This seems an appropriate place to mention an issue we are having in Oleon. @Alexander Duvall. Idk why that isn't proccing. Who still need admittance to Oleon's faction thread.
