  1. It will be funny if, when the actual images are released, any or all of these comments are still applicable.
  2. No, I know, but 2x4 seems a little too much space, is what I mean. Anyway. If they did it with the snake tail, they could probably do it with that.
  3. See, I always assumed the Marie Antoinette dress was 1x3x2 with a pair of offset studs on top. That 2x4x2 piece looks huge.
  4. Huh. I'll have to keep my eye on this, then. I'm a sucker for that kind of oddball part.
  5. Does that Axel guy really have a huge torso?
  6. Lively! I Like all the flowers.
  7. Man. I guess I never realized that was a moustache. I always thought Batlord (Basil, whoever) was just making a really weird facial expression.
  8. You asked it in the 15 thread, and this is the 14 thread.
  9. Marvel Comics' Death has always been female. Especially in the Deadpool video game.
  10. I know this is from a few pages back, but this is weird to me.
  11. Alright, let's see Series 15 now.

  12. The problem I always have with short legs and dress-slopes is putting the character into a vehicle without it looking weird or resorting to replacement "real legs".
  13. Got 'em all. Rest of the day was so blerg I'm not excited. Maybe tomorrow.
  14. Those eyes are the best.
  15. I feel this way about their fifty (okay... four) shades of silver.
  16. He's different enough it skirts the issue, I'm guessing. Like how the Swamp Monster from Monster fighters is obviously-but-not from a Lagoon that is Black. The rest of modern monsters are ubiquitous enough that you don't need to be concerned unless you name them. Sorry you don't like them.
  17. Today I was able to pick up a Building Topper, a Totally-Not-Copyright-Infringing Flyman, Late for a Meeting, Cap'n Deadbeard, Gimmie a Z, and a pair of Madame Widow (again, my son wanted one for his train. Now I have to build a second coffin-car). Only 3 to go!
  18. There are tiny bumps along the bottom edge of each pack that are spaced in such a way as to reveal the contents. However the "Dot Code" is difficult to read, changes with distribution lots, and is generally considered to be inferior to "feeling it out".
  19. Head reminds me distantly of Mer-Man from Masters of the Universe.
  20. Finally found some today. Picked up 7 (Plant food, Shock 'n' Roll, Doc Heed, Photo Foot, Madame Tigress, Cobra Kai Johnny Halloween Edition, and B.B Wolf). Picked up an extra Monster of Rock for my son (he wanted to put him in his Ghost Train. I dunno). Now I have to build the Doof Monster.
  21. Nth-ing the dislike of skirts. And I hate the new life preservers (with the gap-neck).
  22. I know about the Worlds/LDD connection, and even though TT is developing Worlds, I wouldn't be surprised if the regular LDD team was doing contract work to make sure it built in-system during play. I know it's in Early Access right now and that a lot of people (in this thread, even) are playing it and finding problems with limitations on the brick palette. The fact that LDD is used as a development tool is also not news to me, and I agree that to that end it would be in their best interests to keep it up-to-date, and I'm certain that for the most part, they have. In-house, and within the studios of their commercial partnerships. I'm not saying that LEGO will never update LDD, I'm saying we might not see those updates.I'm also saying I could be totally off-base about this, and that everything I've said is speculation. There is a small possibility that I'm also acting as a universal counterbalance for all the boundless optimism that it'll be "any hour now".
