  1. I certainly hope you will be, because even at a cursory glance, there is a misassociation that I'm surprised you didn't notice/mention. Unless of course, you felt that my mention of it was enough, and it wasn't worth repeating. But in a situation such as ours, where confusion can be a deadly weapon, I'd certainly want to know if it was I, or the other guy, who was meant to be on a list of suspects, compiled by someone who has been actively, and rather successfully, protecting our family.
  2. Well, firstly dear Norio, you should recheck your list--I do believe you have Saburo's alter-ego incorrect For my own part, I have already told you I am a loyal member of this family, and that I understand why you have reason to be suspicious nonetheless. That your investigative results the past few nights have been about others is reassuring and I appreciate that you aren't wasting those valuable actions on me, as they will tell you nothing that I haven't told you already. I could refer you to my voting history, only having voted for two loyal family members: once voting for Tamiko due to suspicious behavior, and then being a part of last night's lynch, but I'm sure you already have taken note of that.
  3. "Ah but Thothy, the wyvern was just a big pushover! I'll attack Serpivine A from the front row."
  4. It is regrettable that we lost two more family members, but at least Cherry was able to take a mutineer down with her like she claimed she would. Though, now who will finish guiding me through my training?? Norio, your leads this far have been most useful. After the last few days, I see little reason to doubt you, and would like to hear from Setsuko.
  5. "Really, really dislikin' this swamp!" Attack Serpivine A from the front row. "Hey, Docken, maybe if you flail your arms around, you'll get a lucky hit, ha ha!"
  6. "I'm really beginnin' to hate this swamp. I'll attack Serpivine A from the front row again."
  7. I'll attack Serpivine A from the front row.
  8. Oh, cripes. First I thought Tamiko might be the vengeful one, but here Cherry Blossom turns around and flat out claims it. Well, Cherry, regardless of your alignment or abilities, you've at least managed to un-split the votes. Unvote: Lizzy (Capt. Redblade) Vote: Cherry Blossom (Whitefang)
  9. Conversely, there are people like Lizzy, who have been relatively very vocal, but not said anything of value. Today, she even criticized Shiro for doing some of the same exact things that she has done herself for the last several days. I know that Emi has thrown Lizzy's name into the barrel already, but when you asked for names, Norio, hers was the first that came to mind. Especially considering her little "I'm throwing this out there, except I'm not really throwing it out there" scene this morning. I interpreted Lizzy's pseudo-suggestion as such: *Tamiko, despite being a loyal family member, was acting suspiciously, so it is natural that other family members might vote for her based on her scumminess. But! She was a loyal member of the family, so we should look to the votes, and check up on those who voted for her. Except, you know, I don't really think we should, I'm just saying. Okay then, let's look to the votes. On the second day, Emi, Saburo, and myself voted against Tamiko, while on the fourth day, Hiroki voted against Tamiko. Now, Hiroki was a mutineer, we learned this prior to Lizzy's suggestion, and I can speak for myself in saying that I am a loyal member of this family. Emi and Saburo, I can not speak for. However, it seems quite convenient, to me, that two of the four people Lizzy is suggesting be investigated, have been two of the most "anti-Lizzy", if you will, people these last few days. Why not just be direct about it? We, well, again I can only speak for myself, so, I have no problem with calling you out, but I can understand why you might be afraid to flat out make a "revenge vote". Are you afraid to take a concrete stand against anyone, Lizzy? Are you worried that actually making an accusation with points that are your own would make you stand out too much? Would you rather merely suggest-but-not-suggest a few suspects, hoping that someone else will pick up the reins, so that should one of us end up dead and revealed to be a loyal templie, you won't have to worry as much about being the one who lead the charge? Vote: Lizzy (Capt. Redblade)
  10. "Hoptet, I know you're a bit exhausted, and understandably, but can you heal yourself up? If not, I've got 2 potions that I'd be more 'n happy to give ya."
  11. Then why bring it up in the first place? You are continuing your trend of contributing nothing useful, although at least this seems to be an original thought, so I applaud you for that. So Tamiko was a Mason... surely then, there are others by now? At least, it doesn't seem like there have been any deaths resulting from trying to recruit the wrong family members.
  12. "Hope that overgrown weed's got its mouth too full to take a bite out of me... I'll attack Mantrap from the front row!"
  13. Sorry, I'd already whored myself out to keep it open those few extra minutes as it was.
  14. "That plant packs a helluva punch! And it's got an appetite bigger 'en any I've seen before... Seems it's our turn to save Hoptet's hide!" Attack Bog Nymph (Pink) from the front row.
  15. Rushing into the main room, Maniko apologizes for her seeming absence today: "You wouldn't believe the day I've been having! Chieko-sama has had me feeling like a chicken with its head cut off, with all this training! I've barely had a moment to myself, but I'm here now, so let's see if I can't collect my thoughts.. Forgive me if some of this is repeated." *The white ninja didn't take an action on the first night, killed Tadao(Templie) on the second, and Isamu(S.A.) last night. I'm inclined to think that the white ninja was blocked on the first night. It looks as though (s)he could be either a Mutineer killer, an uninformed Vigilante (due to the D2 kill), or an independent killer. If it's at all possible to find out, I'd be interested in who (s)he targeted on the first night, assuming (s)he attempted a kill. *The black ninja has made 3 kills, with a night between killings (and, obviously, two last night), and all have been town. I'd guess Mutineer killer, or an independent with a delay between kills. *Lizzy has continued to be of little use, it seems to me, only echoing the thoughts of others, rarely, if ever, bringing forth an opinion of her own. Even today, she returned to the numbers/hypotheticals that were discussed back on the first day, which, as we all know, simply aren't that useful. To paraphrase, "I'm totally just guessing at these numbers, and if you factor in recruitment, they may have more than I estimated anyway." Duh, duh, and even more duh! She gave a long-winded speech today, setting out to answer the question of "Which team is more important to target", but ended up asking that exact same question in her closing, never really answering it herself. *Tamiko has seemed useless from the get-go, and in recent times, has been (less than) subtly encouraging a night kill. Why? What is the motive? I've got a few theories. Perhaps Tamiko is a loyal Yakuza, but is so paranoid about this whole mess, that she won't confide in any of us, and instead hopes to draw a night kill onto herself, so that she can instead take out the killer. Another possibility would be that she is a bit suicidal, and wants to, again, draw a night kill so that she may take the killer down with her. This scenario, though, leaves her open to any of the three factions we are currently aware of. Or maybe she's just an idiot, and with no real opinion of her own, has to go with the majority, at the end of the day. *Hiroki is, as of today, allegedly "scum". I'm assuming this is to say that he is a Mutineer. Akira claims that Hiroki outed Isamu as a Goon, which, in my eyes, could be either a powerless Mutineer OR Agent. Is it at all possible that Hiroki is acting under cover? The Goon claim he made turned out to be true, after all (assuming that the agents have Goons). We'll find out in the morning, I suppose, and has been said, we will have more to work with based upon that result. Vote: Hiroki (Etzel)
  16. "Welp, I'll attack the Mantrap from the front row as well. And Hoptet, I think your lack of a bedroll caused you to have a less restful night's sleep."
  17. Or a one-use per battle limit. Never degrades away into nothingness, but can't be used repeatedly.
  18. Aye, that I should've, Docken. It'll be the last time I trust someone to have anyone's interests but their own in mind.
  19. While walking away from the stalls and feeling pretty good about having lopped off nearly half the price of the remedies, Thormanil overheard the merchants chuckling amongst themselves about their latest sale. This left him not only embarrassed, but annoyed and taken advantage of. Sure, he'd paid more gold here than he would have back in Eubric for the Remedies, but that was just the market here, wasn't it? He'd gotten almost half the price.. wasn't that good? No, he had been played for a fool, yet again on this journey. His pockets empty, he considered returning to the stalls and roughing up the merchants, but decided against it. The group had gotten into enough trouble in Salmanda already, and were on a tight schedule. He decided to pay the Copper Fox a visit when he finally returned to Eubric, and get the veteran's thoughts on pursuing a "Take from the rich, give to myself" lifestyle.
  20. Norio-san, there's children in the room... mind your dirty mind, teehee! With the sun beginning to set, yet again, it seems pointless to ask for anyone's head but Minoru's. Vote: Minoru (volcanicpanik)
  21. Thormanil pulls Thothwick aside before Akbar can reply. In a hushed tone, he suggests: "Thothy, I'd be careful tryin to pit the vendors against each other. Sayid did say he was giving us this price for being loyal customers, and I doubt he'd take too kindly to us going over to Akbar after cutting us that deal. On the other hand, we seem to be nearing the end of our travels here, and already have the two dozen Remedies we supposedly need... so I'll leave this one up to you."
  22. "We'll be needing 24, I think, unless Ms. Cinna cares to donate her own. Though, I'd hold onto that one, never know, might need an extra." Thormanil empties his coinpurse into Sayid's hands, totaling 84 gold. "I've got a gold bar here as well, that I'd part with for a reasonable credit towards the purchase. Any charges beyond that, you'll have to collect from my friends."
  23. Thormanil approaches Sayid: "Hello, Sayid! Listen, I need a lot of Remedies. I mean, a lot. Twenty-four or so, actually. Now, I don't know if those are really a hot seller for ya, but we're offerin' you a chance to really move some products today. Let's talk price. I'm thinking something closer to 10, maybe 12 gold per Remedy, at such a large quantity as this. Can ya do that for me? Or perhaps I need to take my business over to Akbar's stall?"
  24. Seems more like you skipped over every comment made today that wasn't "Vote: Minoru". Plus, uh, what Emi-san said.
  25. "Aye, Docken, for the moment, I s'pose that's all we can do."
