  1. Thormanil offers Namyrra a Nostrum. Arx does nothing.
  2. Whoops. I didn't mean it to be a debate over whether or not it should be allowed, just how others felt about it (which I felt was more of a GD than Rules).
  3. That was my thought at first, but the special's wording specifies that it can only control one person at a time.
  4. And that, I believe, is just part of the strategy/risk/whatever you want to call it. That's just my opinion, of course.
  5. Next in the order, iirc.
  6. In character I suppose that's true, but it just feels like we're supposed to submit our actions and if something like that happens, it happens. I think that's supposed to be part of the challenge, there. Otherwise we might as well get a battle update after each individual action is listed (Aside from the fact that this would be horribly inefficient & clunky, and I don't actually think that should be the case, heh)
  7. Does anyone else feel a bit cheap using conditional actions to dance around various scenarios in battle? I mean, I fully recognize their value (and use them a lot myself), but I think it removes a lot of the tension/danger. For example, in #135, committing three of our party members to attacking Pretzel this round would be a lot more risky if we weren't tossing in the conditionals that allow us to essentially re-target midway through the round.
  8. Somehow confused Thormy's position with, I'm not actually sure who. Only meant to fit my attack in ahead of Pretzel's, so yes, that order looks fine. It appears that I'm not seeing an "edited" note on any posts, so maybe I saw an older version. /shrug Thormanil attacks Electrocuted Puppet twice with Shishkebab, front row (both hits against E.P unless Pretzel is still controlled, in which case second hit vs Pretzel).
  9. Alright then, just to be super-duper safe, I'd suggest switching Thormy & Pretzel in the order, with the conditional "If Pretzel still isn't freed, then the second strike hits Pretzel." Up to Quarryman to make the final call, though.
  10. Does the second hit from a dual-strike count as "physically attacking" the person affected by Dance Macabre?
  11. Thormanil attacks Electrocuted Puppet (x2) with his Shishkebab, front row. Arx attacks Burning Puppet, back row.
  12. Thormanil attacks Electrocuted Puppet (x2) with his Shishkebab. Arx repeats.
  13. Thormanil attacks Monk Pretzel with his Shishkebab (Monk / Electrocuted Puppet). Arx repeats.
  14. Sorry, rolled the jeep this weekend and haven't really had the chance to pop online. Back now, though. Actions can go as Quarryman listed.
  15. "Solid enough plan." Thormanil passes Pretzel his Medal of Glory, then grabs an end of the Soul Link Chain. Arx, meanwhile, roots around in Thormy's pouch for his stock of Potions, consuming two of them.
  16. As the party navigates the maze, Thormanil peers through the darkness, looking for signs of collapsed passageways that they might otherwise pass by.
  17. As Nerwyn recounts a tale of Vikings, Thormanil's attention is broken by a *poof* in front of him. Had another year passed already? He signs the paper and it vanishes back into thin air.
  18. Arx reluctantly darts back down into the cavern to catch up with the party, and the duo follow along after Symra.
  19. With no way to help the rest of his party back up, Arx began searching for any scattered gems that had been discarded during the fight. Thormanil, meanwhile, rubbed the shoulder he had landed on. "Well, do we follow the ghost or the compass?"
  20. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I suppose.
  21. Arx panics in the fall, flying upwards towards the voice, trying to find a way through the collapsed rocks. It would appear as though none of us actually took that fall damage, heh.
  22. Not wanting to splash the last little rockling, Thormanil and Arx take a breather.
  23. "Yes ma'am." Thormanil swap the Aqua Gear for Medal of Glory, while Arx attacks the Crystal Titan, front row.
  24. Thormanil and Arx team up against the Rockling Yellow Female, both attacking from the front row.
  25. Thormanil and arx repeat.
