"So then, maybe he's contacted the House leaders as well. Wouldn't be surprised if half of them cave to his request. My vote's on standing up to him, if it's worth anything t'ya." Others seemed quite engaged in stuff that doesn't much relate to Thormy, and it definitely fit my schedule to let them nudge things along without interfering, heh.

Oh drats, not that place, I hate that place.

So I just noticed that I haven't had my Medal of Glory equipped, and that it seemed to disappear from my inventory. Naturally, I began to hunt it down... Eventually came back to Q135, when Thormy & Pretzel linked up, and Thormy passed the MoG so that he could hold the chain but still benefit from triple exp with Pretzel holding it: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=111243&st=225#entry2305712 Now, I know that Pretzel is an evil backstabby son of a gun, but I do believe that exchange was made with the assumption that I'd get the MoG back afterwards, though we didn't ever get to really resolve that in-quest (and it certainly passed my thoughts in the Hall, following). Any chance we can remedy that, despite being mid-quest? Heh

"He's pretty resourceful. Sorry we couldn't do more to save the building, but yeh, at least we all kept it contained. We're meeting a friend there. Surprising how difficult it is to cross the city without one thing or another going wrong." Thormanil chuckles to himself.
-
Arx flies up and unleashes an icy mist into the licking flames, trying to douse the fires. Down on the ground, Thormanil offers, "If Heroicans show up, we're either here to make things better, or worse, so I guess time'll tell."
-
From the back of the pack, Thormanil and Arx head after the party towards the HQ.
-
"No one has managed to leave, or no one has chosen to? I don't know what you all saw in your dreams, but I don't exactly expect the big guy to come paradin' in. We've gotta get back to Eschaton, somehow, if we're gonna stop this."
-
Thormanil and Arx, about to pass through the portal, share glances as Karie confronts Immortalis. They pause, curiously awaiting the dragon's reply, if any.
-
Arx and Thormanil arrive, appearing quite jarred, though well rested.
-
That's it, folks, I'm officially a Heroican now! "Judged, eh?" Thormanil asks Punii, "How was it?" Arx wanders over to the Countess and asks the same.
-
"Charisian, actually. Or at least, that's where the eggs had come from. Arx?" <"Didn't get to see much, what with the egg shell blocking my view, so you know about as well as I do.">
-
"I guess that'd be good training for when this lil guy can haul me around, heh heh"
-
"They're a bit disorienting, but sure beat missing the meal." Thormanil comments, as he and Arx follow Charon through his portal.
-
Well, they certainly weren't able to insta-port Bluto away from Baba's reach, though now I can't recall if they simply didn't work, or couldn't actually reach him via V-mail.
-
Thormanil watches the fights unfold before him while Arx rests nearby. "Heh, good try, Whisperer." Acting on the assumption that a dragon can rest
-
He shouldn't be dodging anymore, should he? Arx continues to dart around the construct, getting frustrated with the surprisingly nimble golem. He attacks four times, back row.
-
"Chip off the block," Thormanil chuckles. Arx settles to the ground to catch his breath, resting for a round, then continues the assault (back row, x3)
-
Four attacks, front row. Go big, or go home!
-
Arx, feeling a bit headstrong, chains 5 attacks in a row against the golem. "Haha! Look at him go! Let's see how this goes, then whaddya say we hop in the ring as 3, or 4 if it goes poorly, heh heh"
-
"Heh heh, figured if you worked for Immortalis, you might be fluent. You got the important bits though! Let's see how he does on his own!"
-
Arx paws his way in front of the taskmaster, and jumps up to eye-level, hovering there. <"I'd bet you're a good judge of strength, so give me an even match!"> He pauses, then adds, sheepishly, <"Err, please!">
-
"Same way I'd handle anything, really. Smack it til it collapses, ha!" He addresses the angel, "How's your med team? Wouldn't mind a little sparring."
-
"Checking out the Training Room seems like as good an idea as any," Thormanil offered, then the pair fell in step behind Jinnipher.
-
"Holds himself in highest regard, like the rest I've met," Thormanil offers, gruffly. Arx chimes in, <"But Immortalis seems to have much more self control, a better temperament. Nothing like that hotheaded Rastaban we crossed paths with a while ago.">

I wasn't aware that Lind was also fluent in dragon-tongue, although, given his deep and seemingly endless bag of tricks, I probably should have expected it.
