so at least we know prices and pieces now but it looks just too good for regular playsets even for non licenced... I hope Promobricks will finaly put an end to our hopeless waiting and reveal set names as well.

1673 pcs for only 129.99? Thats crazy price for parts ratio... sounds almost like some brickbuild nonsense but then I wonder what is Gringotts then.

Aaaaaanyways guys speaking of lack of new leaks past few days, I had a brief discussion in Lego selling group on facebook with one guy about Grindotts and other sets. He said that indeed Lego is making Gringotts dragon escape big set (so based on DH) but its not D2C set but more likely $119.99 one. He knows what D2C set is but he cant tell it bcs only few people at Lego know that and he doesnt want to make them trouble. He also claims that he knows that Lego had some ideas on table in october last year and those were Honeydukes (already confirmed for june), Warewolf forest scene, Borgin and Burges, Leaky Coundron and some more. He doesnt know which of these will make it to this years sets tho. When I asked him how does he know that he replied that someone working for Lego told him. So yeah we cant know if its 100 % legit because its random guy but at least my impression from his profile and posts was that he is no troll or sth like that, he is normal adult Lego collector. Also the way he described this info sounded quite realistic. So at least it can be sparkle of hope for us that maybe we get something that we wanted this year after all.

Yeah and thats what is happening last few days. We have no new info, no leaks, no rumors so there is less and less stuff to discuss every day. It was sad when I checked this thread once this weak in the morning and the last post there was actually mine which was like 12 hours old... So I hope someone will find the way to share at least something without breaking any rules so we can blow up this thread once again with our opinions and expectations.

Yeah but it would be nice if we could know at least if we are getting Gringotts or USC Dobby sock kind of thing. I am lucky that I saved june wave pictures when they leaked but at the same time I get why picture leaks are bad for Lego as some fake lego companies could steal their designs but I will never understand why is Lego stopping set names and their description leaks. These are the good leaks which help Lego to build up hype of their fans. KA1 said his source isnt so strict so he was basically allowed to share it until Guyon and Falconfan scared him out :D

Well that sucks... I was really looking forward to this info as D2C set is a big mystery. I hope that someone else will drop this leak.

I mean that set would be perfectly fine as $70 one with just Harry, Shark Krum, Igor Karkaroff, Hermione, Ron and one or two Mermaids... no need to go crazy with this one. Rita is perfect choice for next CMF series tho.

Yeah but I can put every set on the shelf but I am not sure if this bathroom would look good with the rest of Hogwars because of the square shape of it but we will see, maybe I will change my opinion on this one.

I dont dislike it, I just dont know what to do with it. Maybe I will find some spot for it in my Hogwarts layout. I wouldnt call minifigs amazing until we see final prints for their faces and torsos.

I highly doubt it will be different. The only thing I care about from june wave at this point are minifigures and Hogsmeade set. Forbidden Corridor and Bathroom sets will most likely go for parts and from Great Hall set I will probably buy just minifigures if I find good deal on BL.

Hard to pick one rly. I would really love modular CoS set that would contain some castle build of west wing and would connect next to Great Hall as its impossible to go under it as some people here want. If it wasnt CoS then I would like Shrieking Shack with Warewolf Lupin minifigure.

Yeah I forgot Dark Tower, thats a good one I guess but Boathouse and Courtyard (Great Hall one) wouldnt work as there is no way it could be connected to 2018 Great Hall without heavy rebuild. That would be waste of parts and big set spot. If we get Shrieking Shack $70 will be perfect price for a detailed building with nice minifig selection similar to Private Drive in terms of build quality.

I think there arent many well known parts of the castle left which would look good as standalone set and could work with existing layout but I still have some ideas. If we look at the map we already have almost all main buildings. We dont have central parts like the squad or middle courtyard, but those parts woundt be interesting at all as a set and wouldnt work as stadalone building. Then we dont have Training Grounds Tower but that part of the castle was hardly seen in the movies so thats not an option either. Although I really like wooden bridge and courtyard in front of the Clock Tower I cannot see how could Lego make that section work because major part of that bridge is under level of Clock Tower. One section of the castle which was already mentioned here and I would love to have it is the Long Gallery with the Bell Towers based on CoS movie (since DH wouldnt make much sense). Lastly there is Owlery which is a perfect building for like $40-50 set and it would be great addition to existing Hogwarts layout.

My mood with Hogwarts expansion as well. I would like one more Hogwarts set in 2018-2020 style.

Well he said that he will able to share it in two days on monday and now is wednesday so it basically means he could drop it this evening.
