I can already see that Girls bathroom and Hogwarts expansion can be perfectly work with previous Hogwarts sets if I swap green roof with dark grey. But that great hall will be used for parts and I will put 2018 on rock foundatiom instead.

Hogsmeade looks pretty great but with Hogwarts sets It almost looks fake to me

Question here is if the anniversary thing necessarily means that we get upgraded modern version of some og set from the past or it can be something new but with golden minifigure (like Ninjago does)... because as I previously mentioned with rumored Hogsmeade its questionable as we got only small bit of it as a part of Shrieking Shack but never full thing if you know what I mean. Also do you think that anniversary set boxes will get new unique design to separate them from regular HP waves?

Yes but with brick built crap I dont need to buy it so it saves me money but with remakes I would buy them if they were better than previous version or had some new exclusive minifigures. Remakes are my weakness because I hate the fact that I am buying different version of set I already have but also I just cant help my self.

Add some remakes of sets from 2018 and 2019 and its perfect worst case scenario

This one actually made me more calm as I just want this theme to stay at its high standart quality and that doesnt mean that we get exactly what we want. I am ready to be suprised.

Basically yes. Star Wars is repetetive overprized and Superheroes is just trash in terms of build design. After Lord of the Rings retired this theme brought my attention back to Lego That is what I am expecting now and I would be perfectly fine with it as long as anniversary sets will match current HP sets in build quality

I know its anniversary set but my point is that we have never gotten it as a standalone set before, it was only small inaccurate bonus building in Shrieking Shack. Anyways I think august wave will include some PS/CoS sets but also mix from other movies which would be quite fiting for lower you expectation

Maybe second wave is anniversary one as well... idk if our leakers can confirm at least that. I mean we are already getting POS anniversary Hogsmeade (which was never even made as Lego set in the first place) so there could be GoF anniversary sets as well.

Yeah it has nothing to do with DH being too dark. This year is the special one, so no DH but no reboots either.

Why everyone thinks that lower your expectation means they will jump strictly into just PS/CoS? Yes, I am kinda sure that they are skipping DH this year but that doesnt mean reboot time. My guess that it will be more like a filler wave from all movies (except DH) and we will get scenes and chararacters which we were missing and no remakes. I rly want Troll scene from PS, Shrieking Shack, 2nd task from GoF, Ministry of Magic from OotP so stuff from multiple movies and not just first two.

Remake of micro scale castle? Okay thats really wild guess. Even Star Wars doesnt do remakes of sets that are not retired. But I agree that Grindotts could be $120 set and not D2C one.

I think they already kinda confirmed that its not Gringotts as that is something the most people are guessing

They just cant help themselves... every day they read our speculations, expectations and wishes and probably just cant live with all information they have...it must tear them apart

If that is the case we can speculate what else could we get as $250 set. If its something modular similar to DA or huge recreation of some famous scene I will be happy... if it turns to be some brickbuilt boring statue or creature it will save me $250 :DDD

Unpopular opinion but I am no a big fan of that book of monsters promo set either. People are going crazy with it selling it for like $60 on ebay and I just dont find anything special about it.

Or maybe we are being trolled and this is actually going to be the best wave so far :D
