This is probably my favorite Marvel set, I like the jeep and Iron Man is probably my favorite Marvel minifigure, but I don't think I can afford it.

Confirmed! Mr. Bear? Awesome...I assume that's Goldilocks. Thanks, Sandy! Edit: Day 1 can't come fast enough. -

I almost want to believe it (I'd rather have one exactly like the Comic-con one, but still TDKR sets! ), but without a picture, which I don't believe the Messageboards allow, I just can't. -

Nope. Okay, now I've read it, and I'll say that I don't know. Mostly because of where it was posted. -
I think it's $70 (USD of course). I believe it's Harry Potter's hair.

The text next to Hulk, but it was a bad photo to begin with. -

If it turns out that it isn't, I'm just unlucky enough to be the one who posted it (like most of you wouldn't have ). Still, I can't make out the text, unfortunatly. I'm kind of interested, depending on how late the offer ends. -

Don't worry, I don't have photo shop. 1) I'm not certain, as it is not my picture, but we'll find out soon enough if it's either or other. 2) No. This is not my picture. I found it on Brickipedia. 3) Can't say, but we'll find out before the promotion even if it is only one day. 4) /\ It does just say $50 purchase though, so I'd assume not. -

That's so beautiful! Everything about that set looks perfect! The build may be a little bland, but so what. The finished model is the most beautiful thing I've seen since Friends was introduced. It looks elegant and very playable; even those flick-fire missiles are intergrated well IMO! Can't wait to get this set! Doc Ock looks much better when you can appreciate both sides of his face and back printing. He may even be the best minifigure I've seen since Friends was introduced ever! Spider-man and Iron Fist look very good too!

Technically, it isn't a symbol, but I think that if Pythor does have a symbol, it's reminsant of that blue circle on his chest. I doubt it, and it's possible that we'll never know, but just a guess.

REVIEW: 6865 Captain America's Avenging Cycle
SoupOrFishOil replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
Thanks for this review. I've thought of getting this set, the figures don't impress me too much and I can't think of a whole lot of uses for those pieces. Anyway, looking forward to your two other reviews! -
The Penguin's Batman Minifigures. )
SoupOrFishOil replied to The Penguin's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
It's a small batch, but I really like them all and can't choose my favorite. I really like you're baby doll costume and it's great to at last see Batgirl. You look pretty stylish in your new suit too. I think Oky made one... -

Great ones Penguin, and spectacular use of the new Friends parts. I really enjoyed the lipstick ones. -

Not to thrilled with the Spider-man figures. I feel Spidey's eyes are a little too far apart (really should of looked again before saying that, the distance is fine, they're just too big for my taste) and I don't like Iron Fist's mouth. I know that it's nit-picking though. I don't think that I have to explain how I feel about Ock, I'm glad that they changed him a lot, but I honestly prefer Two-Face's colorscheme to this, but to be honest, I think that my biggest problem with him are the teeth. Sorry for being picky, nobody is forcing me to buy them, and I probably wouldn't of in the first place. Fury looks pretty good though, but I've kind of lost hope that he's in a set. I kind of think that he was in early versions of either the X-men or Spider-man set, but was cut for either having too many minifigures in a set or in favor of Iron Fist (for who knows why). -
Mafia School: A Bedtime Story
SoupOrFishOil replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
1. I've been watching some of the Mafia here and would like to give it a try. You have to start somewhere, afterall. I'd also like to try and hone my logic and reasoning, which I'm sure this could help with, if I'm town. If I turn out to be scum, it couldn't hurt how to become a better lier. 2. There was a lesser known fairy tale I read recenty, I think it was Grimm, but I'm not sure. Anyway, it must of been translated lazily or something. It was about a family of four; A father, his son, a step mother, and her daughter. As in most fairy tales, the step mother was evil. I can't remember what it was called, but a summary is in the spoiler below if you're interested. But if you want a normal one, I'd probably say Hansel and Gretel. I just really liked the ending; "And they all lived as happily as possible." That's from the same translation as the story above, just so you know. I also liked how they crossed the river to get back home using a giant duck. -

My speakers aren't working right, so I couldn't listen to the short, but I still enjoyed it. If that is the opening cutscene of the video game (and it must be, shiny black objects? ) I don't think I'd mind too much, as long as we get a whole special later. An Avengers based one, perhaps? Also, that looked like the original Penguin, which is a little disappointing. I'll just hope that TT doesn't have the designs for his upcoming minifigure (if there is one ) or that LEGO didn't want them to disclose his updated appearance, or both. -

Never noticed how much Hawkeye's goggle face looks like Robin's serious face before. -
I know, I saw. I just thought that posting the two pictures would of been helpful to show that the Ninja vs. Pirates one was photoshopped. Edit: I didn't see that you edited your post with the LEGO Battles image

The armor appears on an upcoming collectable minifigures, so it does more or less. -
I found this article this morning which pretty much confirms Flash. Hopefully it will appear somewhere else. Even if it really is exclusive, maybe there will be another pre-order item from a different site with more reasonable pricing.

I was holding off on preorder, just to make sure it would be a figure I want (and it is), but I think I'll wait even longer and hope that price goes down.
