LEGO can't legally produce anything related to the X-men films, they don't have the license for them. -

You can't base assumptions for what will appear in the future based on who appears in video games. If you look at Harry Potter, that was pretty much retired as soon as a video game based on the theme was released. I can't think of an example where LEGO has taken TT's minifigure designs and put them into a set, so there is a very small chance we'll get a Green Lantern minifigure exactly like the video game version. I doubt he'll have boots at least, though there would probably be differences in the print. I am sure we'll see Green Lantern sometime soon though, in 2013 that is. I wouldn't promise Sinestro appearing though, but he has a better chance than Cheetah. It's a multi-year license deal, both DC and Marvel that is, so we can expect at least one more year of both. -
Oh, then I made a mistake. I just counted again, and you're right, sorry. I still hope that these characters are in the game like with the POTC packs, otherwise it wouldn't make sense why Nightwing is mentioned in so many places other than the downloadable content.

That's Black Canary next to Supergirl, and Huntress is after Hawkman, you forgot her. I think that's Zod and Brainiac between Ra's and Bruce, but I'm not sure. I don' know who that guy in the suit is, it could just be a generic businessman, for whatever reason. I hope that this isn't everyone, I would be really disappointed if Nightwing actually isn't in this (especially if Huntress is ). He and Green Arrow are the only two left on my wanted list. Oh, and Batgirl. Edit: I just did a bit of math. We were promised over 50 characters, right? I counted, and the grid is 4 by 9, which is only 45! It's not a big deal, just hoping that this isn't the full roster.

Review Monster Fighters 9468 Vampyre Castle
SoupOrFishOil replied to Artanis I's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Surely not a bad review. This was the first good look I got at the castle, so thanks for that. I really hope I can pull the funds together for it. -
I can hardly wait any more! Also, apparently this video reveals the character roster around two hours, but I don't have sound, so I can't check. Anybody willing to?

The Penguin's Batman Minifigures. )
SoupOrFishOil replied to The Penguin's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
You are truly a villain! (Not that I like Marvel, so I'm actually kind of glad.) Bane is very impressive. I like all of the others of course too. Aunt Harriet and Gossip Gerty (I love that name ) look good like fun minifigures. Supergirl ( ) and Green Arrow are great too of course. Krypto doesn't look bad, but he's one of those characters I try not to think about. There is a Superbaby though, right? So it could be worse. -

Wow, that explains a lot. At least now we don't have to worry about a lime green Mr. Freeze. -

LEGO Superheroes 2012 Rumours & Discussion

1. They haven't printed on the sides of heads before, except for the tops. This would have been the perfect time to start though. 2. I'd think that it was because there were already so many new molds in the Marvel line and this was an easy place to skip a new one. 3. Yes, but LEGO sets are generally targeted at people under thirteen. 4. I don't know. This suit comes from the comics though. I think that Robin changed his costume from the classic one to this to honor Superboy when he died. 5. Very 6. They didn't want to spend money to recolor it. 7. To make money of course. I think that they do care about us more than other companies, but they are a business first. -

It looks okay, but I can't make out too much detail. I'll reserve judgement for when better pictures come out, which will be soon I'd hope. -
X-box achievements It gives a vague idea of the levels and also confirms Commissioner Gordon, Zod, and Brainiac and has small images of each of them. Edit: I forgot these two articles mention Martian Manhunter, and the second also mentions Batgirl. Hawkman is mentioned in the first, but I'm not sure if it's a confirmation, I don't understand the wording.

I forgot about that. Even though I actually own it....

Glad to see that Killer Moth is returning, he was always a fun one. Supergirl looks pretty good, but I do agree with Oky. The hairpiece isn't all that accurate (to what I'm familiar with anyway,) either. I think that it would have been cool if they used Stephanie's hair. Speaking of Stephane, oh how I'd love a Friends video game...

LEGO Superheroes 2012 Rumours & Discussion

That's because it isn't exactly an official minifigure, the same thing goes for the black lines which were mentioned. This minifigure has (most likely) been designed by TT Games for LEGO Batman 2 (the real giveaway are the boots, it's pretty obvious that LEGO isn't doing those except in special circumstances, like with Wonder Woman). LEGO didn't design this figure like they did for Captain America. If we do get Flash in a set (and I hope we do), chances are he won't look like this. Ah, okay. -

I think the reason Wonder Woman was an exception was because she wears so little clothing already (compared to other female minifigures at least), and giving her the full treatment would keep her from being barefoot. I'd think the tights would of just been to cover up more of the flesh. I think that both structures have been used in the comics at some point though (that was from a Wikipedia search of course) and this license covers all 70+ years of DC's comics, so I think it could work out. -
Definitely fake. It makes the first LB's box look good.
-
Good, I really want Nightwing, this made me worried. I wouldn't mind having Zantana either, and Captain Marvel would be good for when I'm tired of Superman (which will probably happen quickly ). I have no idea why they'd put Katana and Damian in the game though (actually, I do, I just wish they didn't ).

I think I like him now. He looks better than in the comic. -
Why thank you! But don't forget, it was almost you.
-
Yay, I got a mention!

I was honestly hoping Cyborg wouldn't be in this game, I'd rather his spot go to another character, but oh well. Aquaman and Sinestro look good though. Flash is okay, it's a little strange to me that he doesn't have white eyes though.
