Marvel Superheroes 2017 - Set Discussion
1980-Something-Space-Guy replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
Since I doubt we'll see another version of the Vulture, I'm more inclined to think there's no exclusive. Unless, unless, it's a time traveling character, like Kang. That might make sense because of the game.- 5,808 replies

Post Your Superhero Minifig Collections Here!
1980-Something-Space-Guy replied to c0rnedfr0g's topic in LEGO Licensed
My spreadsheet includes date acquired, theme, set code, and year of release for every minifig, keychain, promo brick, and set that I own. -
What if all this medieval minifigures being overrepresented is my fault?

She is. I'm no longer holding my breath. Alien and queen for me. Also was forced to pick a DFB figure just to avoid voting for any Simpsons figures!

That was the first thing I noticed as soon as he showed up. -
The Best/Guessing Game forums

I've enjoyed Itaria's CMF games. And the staff even asked him to condense the rounds into a single topic to avoid cluttering the forums. So in my opinion the staff and Itaria reached a great middle ground solution that satisfies most people. -
Looks like I'm voting for the losers in this round.

Got lucky as well! Bought one for me and one for the missus. -
Hippie and Roman for me. And I give my vote of least awful to the tennis player (reluctantly so).

Mariachi and Pharaoh for me. Also hard to choose one figure from the third set, but I went with Arkham Joker.

Well, that sounds like a plot is needed. Luckily we do have a lot of data points to evaluate from. Feel free to research this.

Don't really think that the sea captain is that great, so the gorilla easily takes my vote. Also, it was close, but I chose the bagpiper over the piggy. My curse might have returned. In that case I'm glad that I accidentally didn't vote for lady liberty!

The LEGO Batman Movie Set/CMF Rumors & Discussion
1980-Something-Space-Guy replied to Sir Gareth's topic in LEGO Licensed
So I called my local TRU (in the US) and they couldn't find the Battle Pod on their system, but apparently other people have called their respective stores and discovered that the promo will run starting June 17. Oh wow thanks for the tip! I'll definitely do that if I go near San Diego. -
Glad to see the highlander finally going down. I personally don't get why some people liked it so much, but to each his own. Also the Roman barely edges the Lizard man for me. Looks like I'm voting for the winners in this round.

Here I am, visiting So Cal for a month, but without being able to go to Legoland (not that worth it for just adults). Oh well, at least the price of the battle pod will drop in the US. -
I don't really care too much about these two matchrs, so I decided to just vote against the figures who cost two of my favorites the elimination. Sadly of them, only the Yeti seems to be going down. I'll get you eventually, spooky girl.

Well, it's a caricature of the character. Which is one of the reasons I love vacation Batman. I agree on the sentiment regarding the S6 Toy Robot, though. I have seen many ordinary minifigs, like the Highlander, which made it to round 2, while the superior Toy Robot did not. Oh well, such is the elimination system. In the end only one figure will win, and I doubt it would be either of the Batmen or the Highlander either way.

The Batman figures are underrated. I also think the Cyclops is by far superior to the chef, but to each his own.
