  1. I think that TC-14 has a poorer chroming procedure though. No chrome stormtroopers were unchromed between their legs, as far as I remember.
  2. There's a great model on Cuusoo. Hopefully it'll make it, or Lego will deliver a great set shortly.
  3. Thanks. Well, the good side is that if it was regular ABS, pens would probably be wayyy more expensive.
  4. Is it ABS too? The material does feel of a different quality, but I'm not sure if it's the plastic.
  5. Gotta love the speed the car gathers. Great! I still dream that Lego will someday release an official rollercoaster... Hopefully if they do it'll be as good as this one. Thanks for sharing!
  6. In general, I reuse good plastic bags. I use them when I have to travel, since I like to put my clothes in bags inside my suitcase. Also, I use some to organize stuff around my house, such as old papers that I don't want to gather dust.
  7. You're welcome. Haters gonna hate. It's like Lego did with Squidward... The new design was better. Sometimes custom is the way to go. Good luck.
  8. Even if you hadn't been on your dark ages, unless you are rich, you would still have missed on a lot of them... That's my case.
  9. All male comic fans seem to share that. Seriously, I would say it's in the original designs.
  10. I love the sleeping car... I had tried a few times to accomplish something similar and make some sort of hallway inside the carriage. If I had done it like you, I would have felt completely satisfied. Kudos for the good design, and thanks for sharing.
  11. Also, in case that you mind, the minifigs that come in the pens not only have adaptations for the hole of the pen, but they also seem to be made of a different material... In my experience, there's something different about them (I can't point out exactly what), but they feel to be of about lesser quality than regular minifigs.
  12. And don't forget we might get female counterparts of figures of previous series. I'll admit, though, that I'm surprised about how early in 2011 we saw pics of series 5, compared to series 8 in this year. Hope it's worth the wait.
  13. I actualy like how your minifig designs have custom parts. I didn't plan to support this project when I initially saw it on Cuusoo, but you've just won my vote.
  14. Beautiful model. My only complaint... I love things to be minifig-scale. Hopefully Lego will someday deliver us a regular set feautiring a minifig scale Lego store, with minifigs with the store uniform. I will pass on this one (won't pay those ridiculous prices), and hope for the future! Thanks for the review! It's the closest I'll get to this set, I think!
  15. Wow, congrats! I'm halfway there.
  16. I've also been into Lego almost since I have memories! I do find it interesting that you're mostly into City... I used to find it a boring theme as a kid, until I began to enjoy it in my teenage years. Welcome to Eurobricks! What kind of vehicles are you designing?
  17. Are we to understand that you withheld support from this project until the last moment just to be #10,000? I really hope not too many people do this...
  18. I'm so glad for this! It upset me when the Firefly model surpassed this one and reached the 10,000 votes before. This is a huge effort, so I'm very happy for the project owner.
  19. How about a Cuusoo project like the Western Town? Some think that it'll help Lego think about bringing Old West back.
  20. Mine is a play on "Johnny B. Goode", which was played in one of my favorite movies: BTTF.
  21. You're welcome. Well, I'm not sure how they would handle that, but they'll probably arrange that with the creator. Anyways, it's good to let Lego know that it's an idea with potential.
  22. Sorting them by color creates an interesting effect! Nice display. What are you going to do with new series?
  23. Also, in "Indian in the Cupboard", the kid uses a box from set Sonar Security (6852) to take the Indian to his backyard.
  24. Great. If we are to judge it by the quality of previous TT-Lego games, it'll be awesome, although I'll probably won't be able to buy it anyways...
  25. Hey, there's a similar idea on Cuusoo! I've supported it already.
