  1. Could be the solution for those of us who are just going to support a different team.
  2. From the side, the old one looks more cartoony and (literally) big-headed. I prefer the new one.
  3. Great to know that, thanks! Now I'm going to complete my LED keychain collection. Hope they release more of these. They look great. Maybe that's because I'm a minifig addict. Anyways, thanks a lot for the info and the review.
  4. You're welcome. I would trust BL's inventory the most, although you could also look up the inventory at Peeron to compare. And well, it depends on your possibilities. For an AFOL like me who doesn't live in a country with lots of places that sell Lego, eBay or Bricklink are almost always my only good options. Amazon tends to be very expensive on Lego, at least on discontinued sets. You should always compare all options available to you. One never knows! But those three are the best, I would say.
  5. I hadn't seen this! It's awesome! Although slightly unpractical (I can imagine someone in an urgent need of knowing the time desperate at 1:18 in the video LOL), this is a very ingenious design.
  6. Not a license, but I think that Lego should take advantage of the enormous amount of literature on the public domain that doesn't need licensing. The issue could be the target demographic, but even some sets are targeted at adults.
  7. I disagree... I find that appropiate on Superman. However, they could print a red stripe on the upper part of the hip, but I don't know how that would look. Something that does look very off is that since the torso is blue, while the red area including the head and the shoulders is supposed to be continuous, the fig looks a bit off when compared to the original design. However, I would have to say that at least the front side looks very accurate. I would love to see the back. This fig could do some arm printing, though. That would be sweet. And the red boots, of course.
  8. Some sweet pics there. Thanks a lot. Wait... are GL and WW in the game too, or is it just for the pics?
  9. I heard there were a few errors when they packed the parts... I think that the review of the set on this site shows that. You can always consult Bricklink's inventory for the set, though.
  10. Nice, creative, small vignette. Very funny. How did you get the idea? Did you see the pumpkin head and think that it could be used in this way, or did you actually look for a head with which you could do this? Thanks for sharing.
  11. Thanks for adding the note under the title... If not, I would be really pissed off right now. But still... The pics looks sweeeet. We do really need chrome Iron Men. Oh well, we have already a few chrome guys in our wishlists, don't we?
  12. Although I was more inclined to think that these were fake, I'm so glad they are not! I'm not sure if I'd be buying them, but one can't complain about Lego making more minifigures! However, I have to admit... It would be nice if they released non-team-specific figs too, for those of us who won't be cheering GB at the games.
  13. That's a valid point. I think that they are trying to spot those projects earlier on, so less people become excited with the idea. Could be the best they can do.
  14. Why not? Do you think that it would be too specific? I had never thought about such a possibility but I would like such a fig.
  15. Thanks. I really didn't like the small Hulk's lack of leg printings, but after seeing this review, I think that I might tolerate that.
  16. Hopefully they'll see them as potential sellers. They didn't release any Space keychains for SP3 and Mars Mission, but hopefully that was because they already had science fiction key chains... I really need to get keychains from this theme.
  17. I would try sending a message to Lego. One never knows.
  18. There are often good eBay lot deals. You should definitely take a look.
  19. Thanks for the review!!! MUST HAVE!!!! By the way, since I don't live in the US, where do they sell these? I always have to get them through resellers. I'll have to get myself one of these... My Darth Vader is in need of minions to command!
  20. I think that Lego should stop those projects before they reach 10,000, because there is a point at which it can be said with some certainty that a project is going to hit 10,000, and like Lego did with the Serenity project, sometimes they can and should be able to make the decision before it reaches 10,000. Otherwise, attention is drawn away from other projects, I would say.
  21. Yeah, that's useful. That's how I keep my CMF bases.
  22. Thanks for the review! I've got to say that I don't know which figure I prefer. Is the hair on the big Hulk removable?
  23. I'd suggest that Lego keep releasing chrome droids for all May the fourths. A red chromed protocol droid would be sweet. And let's not forget about a chrome R2!
