The user who uploaded the image said it indeed comes with the hairpiece. Weird how they went “back” to that style but they probably wanted to give some variety and not make it repetitive with the long wavy piece? (Maybe the Elizabeth Swann piece would’ve been better?)

I think I understood the same thing as you. Having super specific/weird twin variants like the ones we just saw in the CMF, means we will likely get blander more regular ones in Diagon Alley (such as Ginny and Bellatrix in the burrow) I want WWW regardless if it’s in the D2C or as a standalone set, but I honestly don’t see why it wouldn’t come in the D2C.

Damn, we still need a CoS variant of her. We haven’t seen that uniform design in minifigures yet. Perhaps her F&B version in DA?

I think it’s a good fix, my only complaint is that they don’t print on the side of tiles yet (Is it impossible after that printed cheese slope?) so the printing looks cut off.

Yeah kind of, some even used Queenie’s parts for a custom slug club Ginny.

I like that Sprout has the skirt piece although not to happy about the resulting height, but it was the best choice IMO. Would any of you have rioted if they used the 1x2 brick and tile instead? Just wondering.

Correction: Lily appears to be the least interesting out of the 16. Guess I’ll have to wait for a clearer picture. Also, I find it odd how Luna has gotten a remake of the exact same “neutral” expression 3 times now o.O (without taking into account her 2nd expressions)

I think at least Lucius and Lockhart are very likely to come in DA. I just hope we get no less than 12 minifigures in that set. Edit: new pic of Dumbledore, he’s amazing XD

It’s not appealing to me at first sight, but you got a good point. In the end it’s a movie surrounding a school :P I admit though, we’ve gotten more suits/gowns/casual clothes than uniforms.

Out of the 16 Neville is hands down the suckiest one ? EXCEPT for his marvelous accessory... ying yang I guess. The trio look amazing!

Since next year won’t have HP CMFs or D2C perhaps they can pour more love into the minifigs in the sets. We’ve had some very neat minifigures with new molds in licensed sets (Speaking generally) Perhaps we’ve gotten used to seeing rather bland/reused figures in sets lately but nothing is set in stone. All in all we got some nice full body prints and dual molded legs in this year’s wave. So for example, I don’t see how a Rita with full body printing and dual molded legs coming in a future lake task/durmstrang ship set would be toooo far fetched. About the inclusion of her in a set like that? I mean look at Ron in the attack of the burrow set... he wasn’t even present during the scene. Same goes for Pomfrey in a future CoS and so on. TLDR; LEGO has proven throughout history that we don’t have to wait for a CMF to get detailed figures or “more obscure” characters.

And GoF Tonks XD series 3 in 2022 I guess! (if it happens) Did Rita ever go to Diagon Alley in the books (or movies?) I’m just making my way into the third book. Now that I think about it, I may have to get duplicates of some of these just to swap reused heads from the sets. Excited to see what Hermione and Ron’s will look like. And I could use Lily and James’ pieces to probably improve some existing figures or create new ones. I have no use for them whatsoever.

First of all I’m going to get all of these! (Despite my ranting coming up...) Second... okay what?! James and Lily? Bland Hermione and Ron variants? Don’t get me wrong, I’m excited to see them up close because they will obviously have nice new prints... but what? Kinda bummed about the inclusion of James and Lily ngl. And the main figures in the box front look bland now as well, it even looks sad lol. But I’m sure it’s just the lighting! However, I’m happy about the inclusion of the Weasley twins and another Ginny! The twins look super “specific” and I’m glad that they’re getting that treatment.

So the new sets have been here in non-official stores for I don’t know how long, I will pick up a few later in the day

I mean yeah I’m wary about that guy that came back from the dead but I so would love his CMF predictions/lies/whatever to be true.

I don’t find the microbuilds useful either But we can use those pieces to create something else!
