  1. I have no idea, but it's brilliant. It almost doesn't fit in with the yellow heads around it though. And Zepher...Boomingham's sword...
  2. "Nerwen do you need a Tonic? "Samuel, I would suggest you Blind him. The less damage we take the better." I follow Nerwen's suggestion for me.
  3. "Kiray, you may want to use the Heavy Flail." "Samuel, you'll be using one of those scrolls, but I'm not sure which is more beneficial presently, perhaps Blinding."
  4. Okay... I said: I'm not sure how much clearer it needs to be. I said that if her death is anyway linked to his voting you, I would lean towards your being town rather than scum, but since I don't think there's any relationship between them, I still think you're scum. It looks like you're trying to pick part others arguments and find loopholes that don't exist. I don't know. Your wording is pretty damning. Maybe you want to vote him out not because he's scum, but because you are, eh? It's funny that the reasons you give for voting people always seem to be so weak. I'm not exactly sure what defense you wanted Greg to give when there was nothing in the votes really anyway? Granted, it was weak, but weak enough to base a vote off it? It sounds like you're searching desperately for something original to add to the conversation. Speaking of Greg though: Hmmm...scum trying to distance themselves from each other? I'm not sure if harkening back to previous games is a worthy defense...ever... It sounds like you're trying to guilt-pressure someone into not voting for you, but maybe that's just me... Oh, please, you already said something like this earlier today. You seem to think that because Brian is scum we should all see you as being, automatically townie. Eugene you also seem to be ignoring this possibility with your analysis, although I have to say that if Sarah is scum, it's still not at all unlikely that one scum would have gotten in on the action to try to split the vote. I do have to say that it does strike me as a little odd that the proponents of the Sarah-bandwagon-scum (how exactly should I label this) theory were two people who seemed to be defending Brian, sort of. Eugene did vote for him late on, but it just strikes me as a little odd. As far as voting is concerned, I still think any of Greg, Russel, or Sarah would make a good lynch. I don't particularly lean to one more than the others at this point, so I'll hold my vote for now.
  5. I hesitate, not sure what strategy we should adopt for this weird, jumping white creature.
  6. "Wait, did Gocklo betray you in the way that he's now working with the order imperial? Am I supposed to know this 'Simon' fellow?" The poison in my blood is making me irritable and frustrated as it dulls my mind.
  7. Greg, I'd be very interested in knowing who you find particularly scummy. I love this. From your first sentence and the one that followed, you seemed to be saying that you didn't find Al particularly scummy. It's funny that you kept your vote on him for such a long while and you only changed when under pressure to do so. You also really continually talked about the people who did not post much, but were unwilling to vote for them either (e.g.: Sarah). Now, may I ask who you find particularly scummy? I would like to ask the same of Sarah who has posted a fair bit, and made her voting statistics list, but failed to really reach any conclusions. I still find this comment extremely odd. Why wouldn't you expect one of the most vocal, active townies to die? Unless you thought she was scum or something? Uh, as Shirley would probably say, that's really rather waffly. Your reasons for voting or being suspicious of people continue to be very weak, and it's like you're trying to make sure no one feels too threatened by you or something. Shirley definitely stated, in no uncertain terms, that he thought that Greg was scum and should be voted out today. But I still find it odd that one of the best reasons that you can state for us doing so is because Shirley died. If there was any relationship between Shirley's death and his vote for Greg, it would probably be that the scum would want to place blame on Greg, and not because they would hope that she would be able to slip under the radar without us noticing if Shirley wasn't around. No. There were enough of us who were suspicious of Shirley to rule out her being able to slip under any radar. Shirley's death would make me reach the opposite conclusion as you and would make me lean more towards Greg being town. But I really, really doubt there's any correlation between Shirley's vote on Greg and her death. I think Shirley was killed because she was an active townie and useful town member. And for the record, I think both you and Greg are likely scum along with Russel, but that may be wishing much.
  8. Aren't PRs who are blocked at night, usually told that they are? I thought it may just be host-ploy by Bob, a "for fun" thing. He's done it before...sort of, but anyway, now we know you really were punched in the face.
  9. I'm not sure if I quite agree with that. Clerics have often found themselves in situations where it was more advisable to rely on potions for their certain healing, than the healing of a cleric. But I'm no longer a cleric, so what do I know?
  10. I shrug non-noncommittally, and look to Nerwen. She knew better than I did, what Debora's buggers had been up to.
  11. Wow! Good going! I didn't really feel confident in the Brian, but good thing we offed him when we did. This has to be a first Day 1 scum lynch in a long while, in a situation I've been in at least. I've been away from this thing for a while, but what makes you feel so certain Carl is the SK kill and not the vig-kill? Perhaps I'm missing something. Also, I will throw a new theory in on the "punching Al", maybe it's just a host ploy. Though, really, Al should be able to confirm if he was blocked or not when he comes around. Oops, quoted twice somehow. While I think Greg is highly suspect on many people's lists, I don't quite understand why Shirley being the only one to vote for him would be particularly telling? Were you expecting a lot of people to switch over to Greg after we already, more or less, secured the vote for Brian? Shirley was an obvious choice for the scum death, considering how active she was and how much she contributed, regardless of whether she voted rightly in voting for Greg or not. Also, I must take a line to mock your first three sentences. Ha, ha, ha! Here's to stating the obvious! And the last sentence on the line receives something of a .
  12. "So do," I mumble to Abel, then glance at Yu Shu, "at least most of us." "If you don't keep your comments to yourself, we will soon have reason enough to argue and it will be over whether or not we off your head. You have only Yu Shu...and Nerwen I suppose, to thank that it's still attached. Don't make us change our stance." "If she does there is an easy solution." "Well, that was a longer explanation than we got!" I grumble.
  13. "Are we ready to go? Abel, should we go out the way we came?" I think I should have two Gold Bars.
  14. Don't think we'll invite you back in.
  15. "No, we should be able to get out fine. Gocklo, apparently, left quite the bloody trail." I hand the rest of the Stored Loot to Nerwen. "I kept some of the stuff that we had expended, consumable-wise, kept a piece of Armour that no one can use, and gave Kiray some armour and weapons that only she can use, but the armour is nothing better than she already has." Suddenly remembering the Enzima Armour, I try it on in place of the Cloak of the Barbaric Rune Caster.
  16. You see? I could be full elf and it's a fake beard.
  17. Ha, ha! Here's to Kintobor following Endgame's advice on an Endgame quest. I'm guessing you didn't see the really secret passive special.
  18. Scum of the earth would stand out in a fancy restaurant. I doubt they'd turn up. But scum have been known to do sillier things before.
  19. He's got to be scum. He's editing his posts on purpose to protect Brian.
  20. "That's over, but we've still got a ways to go, haven't we, Sir Abel? Would you mind healing me up, by the way? Thank you kindly for your support." I cough. "Grimwald, I managed to pick something out for you that should prove mightily useful," I say, handing Grimwald the Single-Fanged Staff, casting a glance at Nerwen for approval.
  21. Hey, I am not convinced of Brian's scumminess either, but he's certainly more so than Al right now. I have to wonder if you're so against the top three lynch candidates. Why haven't you brought up any of your own. For the last how many hours you've talking vaguely about people who are not posting much and defending yourself. That's great and all, but even your vote against Al was very weak and at a rather scummy time to vote for him.
  22. No kidding?! Part Yeti too? Why do I feel the urge to join links with the Soul Link Chain?
  23. Hmmm...I find this a little disconcerting coming after your former unwillingness to switch your vote from Al. As Shelly would say, "Ping!" Might I add, "Pong?" While I also think I may disagree with Shelly's point. I find your determination to stay with Al somewhat baffling. We do have potential role on the line, and you're willing to lynch him after you just stated that he's been contributing more which was one of the two main reasons he was on the chopping block in the first place? I think there's decent momentum on Brian, and I think we should be able to get a vote on him. He has also, in my opinion, probably been more suspicious than Al anyway. I would prefer to vote out Sarah since I'm not convinced if Brian has been scummy enough to vote out, but...meh! Let's see how it goes. There seem to be a few too many people who are discounting the possibility of turning the lynch on a better candidate for my liking, Brian included. I meant that despite my finding Sarah's vote on Wanda very poorly grounded so much so that Sarah is the person I think is the most likely to be scum, I also find Wanda suspicious. Does that make it clearer? Who do you actually find more suspicious of Brian and Al. In case you didn't realize, Brian's bandwagon is gaining momentum and Al's is dying. It seems to me that Sarah is even more likely to be lynched right now than Al, considering that Al has had so many people, myself included, unvote him. If you want to ensure a lynch, I would suggest you make a move for somewhere that's actually gaining momentum and not losing it. What new developments, exactly, are you waiting for/expecting to see?
  24. You didn't know it, but I had been playing Pretzel as a half-elf since the beginning, just I (completely unsuspiciously) didn't tell anyone.
