  1. That Hot Rod is incredible. Nice work!
  2. Are you rendering on a transparent background?
  3. I equip the Magic Viper Skin in replace of the Strategist Shako and move to the Back Row. I should have dealt +5 Damage due to the Shako. "Ha! Robot, don't talk to me about failing missions. I've led many a party on many an occasion and I've never failed to fulfil a mission once. Don't think that because you're the party leader you can boss others around. I don't take this sort of talk from some mage who has managed to power to life a machine so he doesn't need to go out and do anything for himself." "Hmm, I hadn't thought of that before. Strange how man learns how to possess corpses with demons before learning how to properly exorcise those same demons."
  4. Wow! I lived right next to Willisau many years ago but never knew there was a LEGO factory there.
  5. Totally. The name just sounds dumb. Anyway, I can totally get inspiration from this. We start the movie with the Laketowners fleeing Smaug's wrath and running to the mountain where they demand entrance for protection from the dwarves. The Dwarves refused. The other dwarves, left in Laketown, side with the humans to fight the party in the mountain and rescue humanity. Then the wargs and their riders show up so everyone screams and starts fighting them until the elves come and cause more confusion then ever. Orcs are next and by now everyone is fighting everyone. Beorn comes as a man because he's forgotten how to do the whole bear thing, but its Galadriel, Elrond, and Saruman who win the day (for the short term) for the goodies. Then Smaug comes and kills everyone apart from Thorin, Fili, Kili, and Tauriel because they are so important to the movie. THE END! Epilogue: Since Thranduil is also dead Tauriel becomes king of the elves and makes Fili her queen and Fili becomes the father of the wood elves. Kili and Thorin made appearances in the Lord of the Rings disguised as Gloin and Gimli. What a cool movie. ...Yeah, this title doesn't do anything for me.
  6. I gaze suspiciously at the robot and grunt. "I am a seasoned tactician and know when someone shoots to kill. I'll be monitoring your movements and don't think I'd hesitate to decapitate you." How again is it that we have a robot for a party leader? Even a demon would be better than this.
  7. See? I knew it would work. So I'm thinking that 97 is totally 42 with Erdathcath gone missing. Hey, Flare, weren't we expecting a new quest from you sometime?
  8. Bah! Don't remind me. How many times did we flee there? At least my claim isn't totally invalid because I was totally not a Paladin then. Come to think of it, though, I think we used more than one Smoke Bomb in the first Zylstra quest. "It was the party's fault and I was just forced to flee because of the stupid 'All Flee' Smoke Bomb rule."
  9. I'll give you a list of questions I know the answer to that you can ask me back...that way everyone wins!!!
  10. So, I have like the best idea evers! Yayz! We kill off Guts and Hybros permanently. Suddenly taking the Heroica Cocktail is not seen as a cool thing anymore, but a thing that weird dead people (Sorrow) do and that's running them into the grave. Heck, we can make stories about the Cocktails causing uncool balding of the head or less than heroic stature. Consumables go out of demand. Wow! Issue solved!. I'm a genius!!! I stand by my hate of Nostrums, but then you see Dyric and wonder how he'd do anything in any battle without being permanently lucky. No really, I still totally dig the not taking consumables before battle unless you buy it at a bar or something. Maybe I'm just anti-consumable in general, but battles are so much more fun without them.
  11. How many Feathers of Flight are in existence? I don't recall even hearing of the item before. One could say that a potion is 5 Gold for a job trait or a Grand Potion is 10 Gold for a job trait. And potions are 100% successful whether in or out of battle. How often do we see partial flees anyway or rogues fleeing the battle? ...Yeah, I'm fine with whatever though. As Paladins we never need to flee
  12. "Don't all go railing on the Baron now. He may have knocked a couple of us down, but it wasn't intentional...I think."
  13. I'm all for keeping it a partial flee. There just seems to be far too many in-character reasons for a hero who is not comfortable with fighting a certain enemy to just throw a Smoke Bomb and force everyone to flee. It would only make sense for him/her to do that as I see it.
  14. I like that idea actually.
  15. I heal Hybros from the Front Row. "Let me take the Shade's Hit and I'll hit him back a good one," I shout. "Bah! Humbug!" "Soryx, watch out! We don't want the Baron dead. Use caution with those hits of yours."
  16. I stagger to my feet feeling the warmth of the Phoenix Essence. I nod to Hybros as I uncork my Phoenix Incense. "Well, demon, I have to say that you're a better sort than the taller demons hanging around the hall. Perhaps the Spirit of the Highest overshadowed you." I hate wasting expensive consumables like this.
  17. For a game where everyone's together and actions can be discussed and decided quickly it may be fine, but I just don't see it as mechanic that you can have in an online game with three players in different time zones. It just drags things out too long. Of course your questers may feel differently, I don't know. I hate ruining others fun.
  18. Well, you know, he is a demon. I don't know why anyone should take him seriously or even consider what he says. Thinking about it, how is he even fighting with them. No really, it seems like almost the whole #90 party is being ignored. Maybe most of the heroes don't know Dreyrugr either. It's somewhat disappointing because they probably have been the most reasonable party.
  19. Edit: Removed old irrelevant comment. Never thought I'd hear this coming from the man behind Docken.
  20. I don't understand. Shouldn't that mean that he's completely immune to the Dual Staff. I thought I should have dealt only 33 damage because I was in the back row too. And, yay! I'm back. I equip my Counter Strike Gloves in exchange for my Heavy Armour unless told to do otherwise. "Well, it looks like we can take this strike blow for blow, unless you all feel differently."
  21. Another thing is that I think you need to make sure that your heroes understand what's going on. Sometimes they seem kind of clueless, but maybe that's the way I'm reading it. I don't think I would enjoy the style very much, but perhaps your questers feel differently. You really want to watch out that your quest doesn't drag on too "artificially long" as Flipz said, because then it just gets boring and doesn't encourage the heroes to post a lot. Again, I'm not sure how they find the quest. Maybe I'm just speaking from an outside perspective, but sometimes it seems like they're just thrown into a situation and have no idea what they are supposed to do at all.
  22. That's just because you weren't on it...and are jealous. Something else I wanted to ask is that in our quest I failed to cast a Spell of Arc Sleep on our enemies and I had six (the amount of enemies) ether removed from my ether count. Should it be six ether though, or one. I wasn't really sure how it would be before I did it, but I thought it might just be one.
  23. 10:6...oh, wait. 3:1 9:1 15:1 18:1 20:1 21:1
  24. Baron (Back Row), Dual Staff. Soryx: Gnome D (Front Row). How does it work if Soryx were to attack the Shade since he is favouring Dark creatures. Actions are changeable if the party asks for it.
  25. It's made with the LDraw-based SR 3D Builder programme, the file is downloadable in my first post. The pictures were rendered with POV-Ray. Most of them were posted in the original entry topic for the competition. Happy Easter to you all too and thanks for your comments!
