    Well I’m so late to the party. Anyways…. Rivendell set looks very nice! But $500? It’s beyond my purchasing limit. I kinda hope Lego would produce small / medium and affordable sets….

    I can’t wait to see more about Brachiosaurus! Its size doesn’t bother me at all - i would treat it as “teenage” Brachiosaurus, lol.

    Not sure if it’s worthy to share my opinion so soon but here it goes anyways… since Freinds theme got giraffe and zebra last year, I am hoping that City would get giraffe mold this year. I mean, seriously, giraffe is on my long-waiting list. You see - Freinds got elephant calf in 2020 and then City got its own elephant calf in 2021. I do wonder if we will see giraffe, zebra, llama, etc in City in a near future. However, i would be pleased that there would be new animals in Arctic / Ocean Exploration subtheme like orca.

    this Moving Truck looks neat to me! Good thing I haven’t purchased Jazz Club so I will get that one in order to get this GWP.

    Oooh a moving van? It’s little odd to go with Jazz Club set but it’s nice to add it to Modular Street!

    No worries at all. I do wish there would be whales in Arctic underwear subtheme too. I want the cancelled orca.

    Honestly, if this list is real, I’m disappointed that there are no Belle and the Beast…

    I mean, I love yellowie minifigures. I personally prefer yellow over skin tones. Yellow is just a netural color and it’s easy for body parts to be interchanged. But I also like skin tones - diversity matters for everyone.

    It’s real shame that there is no trumpet in CMF Series 24 to go with jazz clu. Still hoping for it to pop in one of these new sets.

    Yeah that’s what I am hoping for. Vine gage Taxi GWP goes with Boutique Hotel so well with a thief minifigurefrom Police Station. I’must wishing they would include Andy Sax or saxophone in GWP.

    Not sure if this has been discussed beore but are Houses of the World collection “mini Modular” series so they will go with Modular series?

    I didn’t realize The Great Wave set is already released and now it’s out of stock. It looks amazing! I mean, I am a huge fan of Japanese culture, art and history myself. I must buy this one!

    I’m trying to find some printed 1x4 or 2x4 tiles that have wooden grain pattern. Like a 1x3 tile rom CMF Series 13’s Carpenter. Do you know if there is any existing element IDon the wooden planks?

    I think molded and brick-built hybrid may make sense for Brachiosaurus but personally, I prefer it as a fully molded dinosaur.!

    Based on the piece count and price, I’m not sure if Brachiosaurus will be a brick-built dinosaur? It may not be enough to build a large sauropod if there are one Jeep and one tree included. Same here

    Um ahem, let’ not talk about Disney empire and start talking about CMF series here, shall we? I am disappointd that there is another Marvel series. I was hoping there woul be another series for Looney Tunes or Harry Potter. Or a new licensed series like Sonic Hedehog or classical Barbara & Hanna or some popular video games (??) or Nickledon (too bad Lego doesn’t have rights anymore).
