I quote myself from that very post: "This is sort of a teaser for the upcoming IA:" Thanks though LuxorV, I'm hoping to have the pieces to mnake a few sprouting from the ground. Batbrick Away! -
Been wanting to officially comment on those Agents sets for a couple of months! Love the look of te next line, and those new better quality pics are even sweeter. here are my thoughts: Gold Tooth's Getaway: Awesomesauce set. The vehicles aren't anything to write home about but the extras are fantastic. Great to see gold tooth again, I was hoping to get another of his hair. That orange telescope and gold baby dino are sweet too. Agent Chase's body armour looks to be a fantastic piece too, perfect for my Apocalyptic mocs. River Heist: One of the best sets. Love everything here, though the Inferno henchman here seems to actually be the child of Breakjaw and FireArm Either way a slew of great minifig parts: silver breakjaw, robo arm, gold gun, robot face, inferno jumpsuit, red spalko hair, cool female face, dynamite and the female jumpsuit. The vault with flowing money is wonderful too, I hope we get atleast four pieces of cash. And of course more body armour, more orange hair and more barbed wire, I'm in heaven! Wheeling Pursuit: This looks to be the most average set to me of the bunch. I'm betting the angle does it no justice though. The Inferno mini chopper is great though, and what looks to be a lime green zombie Dr Inferno definitely peaks my interest in possibly getting this set! Robo Attack: Easily the best set of the bunch. This thing almost brought tears to my eyes upon seeing it, it's so retro! Love the giant glass dome atop where Inferno controls, hopefully it remains there. The amount of civilians is staggeringly awesome too, the guy with red glasses looks great too. That red Trace hair will be great for an alternate Poison Ivy too. Luckily trace herself is in the set too. Aerial Defence Unit: I'll admit, I wasn't that impressed when I first saw this, but upon reviewing it looks spectacular. I love that Agents gets a new member, I'm guessing their leader, which is pretty cool if true considering it's a woman. Those drones look great, love the torso pattern, but man they'd look better with robotic faces, THEN the switches on top, I feel cheated. Robo Breakjaw in the background looks promising though, very promising. And of course more frown rock pieces are always appreciated. Now onto non-Agents things I am interested in/want to buy: The Campervan: A great looking set by itself but what I'm really interested in is that female hairpiece. I must have it! A red bike, surf board and fish is great motivation too. Er...That's it, I'll go say my thoughts in the Space Police thread eventually. awesome agents though, so much WIN! Batbrick Away!

Don't know where KDog is right now, but here is G.I. Scouse part 2: http://www.drunkduck.com/Lego_Space/index.php?p=518068 Now this was hilariously true. gotta say KDog, I agree with everything you're saying here, I'm getting sick of Hollywood shortchanging anything unique about our beloved franchise into "GRITTY!" and "Realistic!". The best part is where Scouse realises how he's played the part "too well". Batbrick Away!

Yay this is still open! Here's my creation, the Rock Worm: A tunneling creature with no sight or olfactory senses, it instead relies on it's own version of sonar and amazing skin sensitivity to find prey: It always strikes from below, sometimes even up to the surface for human prey: I'm pretty happy with it, as it looks pretty darn cool emerging form the ground. This is sort of a teaser for the upcoming IA: Well I hope you liked it! Batbrick Away! -
I don't believe it has! Thankyou! I am really confident that the Troll Fortress will turn out great. I am loving the new Giant Troll look with the dark armour and brown clubs. The king looks great too with his armour print and cool cape. I wish he had a different helmet though but oh well. If nothing else the set looks like a great parts pack! Batbrick Away!

I bought the set today hoping that there was a brown mustache face inside and not a grey one. Though I ultimately expected a grey one, imagine my surprise when I found a brown one! I was so happy I began getting odd looks from other people in the car, but I was so happy I didn't care. Now I can make a young Captain Gordon! Batbrick Away!

Thanks, but I doubt Venice Chase and Plane Attack will be $80 and $100. I'm guessing instead Venice will be $60 and Plane will be $80 at the most. Hopefully. Batbrick Away!

That's great. I'm assuming that the sets are coming to Australia? Batbrick Away!

Awesome stuff! As a huge fan of Post Apoc I love it when someone makes something like this, since my own brand does not include it. The mixing of grey and bley really works here, and I love the wood flatbed walls at the back. Great stuff, do you plan on more? Batbrick Away!

This is so awesome I don't think I can even write words to describe it. I absolutely love whenever a set is remade Steampunk style, and this is one of the single best examples I've seen. The motor and holder on the truck are superb, but the real jem is the plane, the engines and gold scopes look brilliant. Great figs too, and nice choice to make it a biplane. Can you please give me a link to the contest, I'd like to see the other entries Batbrick Away!

Aww, everyone is awesome at making space ships except me! Seriously though this is fantastic, I actually like the back of the engines. I think the nose should be domed though. I always loved red spaceships and this one definitely has personality, great work! Batbrick Away!
-
Well it's certainly one of the more beautiful things I've ever seen in my life! Love the simple grey/red colour scheme, and to say the construction is brilliant would be an insult. Seriously, this thing is a work of art. The only thing I don't like is the excessive girders spiking from behind the main bridge, I think it would look better toned down. Apart from that: Wow! Batbrick Away!

Very neat, love the design. It's always good to ask for feedback. I think the colours need touching up. I'd get rid of those tan pieces as they don't really fit in, and add some red around the set more so the roof looks more natural. Apart from that, this is awesome looking. Batbrick Away!

That is SO cute! I love it! Excellent use of the glow-in-the-dark slopes, and also those slip pieces, very neat. I hope to see more from you in this vein! Batbrick Away!

Haha! Flying Carrot Attack! Excellent photography for an excellent creation too, I love the simplicity of it. Batbrick Away!

Huh, I missed this! Love the Gothic design Pengy, excellent use of castle pieces. Is it manned or automated? And what is Catwoman doing there? Great stuff, perhaps you could center another comic around it? Batbrick Away!
-
It was a great theme and shall be sadly missed. I still believe that if the designers on the two later waves had given the sets as much new figs as the first one, then it wouldn't be gone. Oh well though, it was fun while it lasted Batbrick Away!
-
So, is the grey head in full production or is it mixed? I am hoping I can send for a brown one but svelte-corps doesn't fill me with hope/ Batbrick Away!

Excuse me, but does anyone know the prices in Australian dollar? Batbrick Away!

I knew it! Friendlich was there! Given that it was said that it would take four days for the ice cream to come in, I feel sorry for Shwartz being there that long And I have no idea what's going on with Scouse, but it sure is entertaining. I'm assuming he's still under alien clutches. Great stuff so far and a nice idea for an interlude. Looking forward to the next one! Batbrick Away!

Neat idea! I'll post something soon! Batbrick Away! -
Yes! Huey Lewis cameo! You've really hit a home run with all these cameos Loved Shwartz' consistent lying too, as well as his robot being slightly more loyal than Galanos'. His escape is taking longer than expected too, I count three hosings so far Batbrick Away!
-
Shanghai Chase. Love it, easily one of the better Indy sets, and that's saying something. Batbrick Away!
-
Yay Short Round! That was such a surprise, once again Shwartz really bad run of terrible luck is shown. I got that set the other day actually, awesome to see you did too. Keep up the random cameos! Batbrick Away!
