They actually don't look that strange standing on a slope, I don't think. But you could make some small normal outcroppings using those hinge peices. You know, the 2x1 clips that can rotate 90 degrees. Also, stability can be an isssue, so use colours of bricks you don't want to use under it to stabilise it, so they remain hidden :-) Batbrick is Back! >:-)

I'll be the first to admit that a Rock Raider torso is hard to come by. I plan to get a couple from bricklink this year though :-) Perhaps in the meantime you could use a secondary sigfig, like me? I don't know if that helps, you are okay with me just using a blue worker uniform in the meantime aren't you? Me too, then he will be our victim! *skull* Anyway, poor Brainbox, he never gets invited to these things, it appears he only just made it into this one. Batbrick is Back! >:-)

I agree with my archenemy/friend/victim here, using studs sideways is a great way to save bricks by using plates on angles. The studded look makes it look more "terrainy" too. Hate to reference my own stuff, but my Batbrick Cave used this, and I think it worked well, as I had little black bricks left. Hope that helps! Batbrick is Back! >:-)

Wow! I missed these! :-$ This theme has really turned around! This good but disposable theme suddenly offers great designs, classic looking ships and aliens WITH ARMS! 8-

Thanks for the pictures whung! I love this crazy set, I can't wait to have my castle armies quake in fear as they see this thing coming :-D The missile seems easily removed, which is good, and the minifig count is great. It does seem to be a repetitive build, but it'll be worth it, the Battank was. Batbrick is Back! >:-)

A very awesome plane Lord of Pies! And I think your lighting is actually very good. The red colour scheme looks great, and the different colour wings don't detract from it at all. The cockpit is really welldone too. My criticisms are probably that the studless look of the fuselage is a bit of a contrast with the studded look of the plane. It doesn't make it look bad, just interesting, so that is up to interpretation. I also think the back wheel should have a less chunky connection, these type of planes always do (trust me, I know ;-) ). The use of a flower petal as a handle is interesting, I actually like it. All that said, this is a very well made (just like your other stuff :-) ) MOC, with a funny pie inclusion! Great Job! Batbrick is Back! >:-)

Yes, there is that one too. I hope we don't see a Batman Beyond set, the premise was annoying to me. But I do hope they release a batman, in a batman beyond suit, or a technologically advanced one. Batbrick is Back! >:-)

Thankyou for this excellent review of this classic set. This one definitely makes it into my top three favourite sets of alltime, and it even uses the baseplate great too. I plan to get it one day, unfortunately it is very expensive :'-( Batbrick is Back! >:-)
