Thanks for the review Copmike, I really like this Ninja fig and hope to get him, though I admit he's not as exciting as others and I'd hoped he'd have a ninja star. Batbrick Away!

Heehee! New comics! You better find a way to sell these! The offensive Easter comic had me in stitches, Egg!Shwartz and Galanos is creepy. The pinata bunny was just deranged. And Zombie!Space!Jesus is totally offensive. I loved all of them naturally. And hooray! Another Date night! Last one I presume? I'm looking forward to how this all ties in, it seems Shwartz ties into this more than I thought....the plot thickens... Batbrick Away!

Am I the only one not seeing any likeness to this barring the greyness and rounded nose? Regardless a very fun creation NewRight, I'm awful at building scale vehicles so its always a pleasure to se others do them justice. I love the way its not completely tiled nor studded, very militaristic. Batbrick Away!

Very cool Mack! Sort of an old school take on a new theme, love the chunkiness of it, adds credibility to the deep sea vibe. The use of grey is appreciated as well, fits in nicely without being dispersed. Batbrick Away!

I don't care if its a Castle line, Firefly line, Dr Horrible line or Desperate Housewives line, I demand a Nathan Fillion Lego figure! Alternatively, more Avatar. Batbrick Away!

Fantastic creation Svelte, the use of them any great Price of Persia pieces and colours in astounding! The sloping frames in the "windows" and gate is a brilliant technique, hope oyu don't mind if I do something similar one day. I love how solid it looks, without being to large. I think you've achieved a good scale, and am jealous of the 1x1 conjoined techinue to create the patterned walls Batbrick Away!

Post about Cartoons and Anime you like

Agreed Oky, definitely a good cartoon series, unfortunately seems to be cancelled now. You will love season two, even better than the first and has some great surprises in the final story. Batbrick Away! -
Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures...

Yeesh! Opinions like these irk me because they judge what they haven't seen compared with something they have. Why don't you just watch Matt Smith first, Tennant is NOT the only Doctor and never will be, have fun wit something different! Odd, because DoctorVision was the main thing I didn't like. Oh that bit was definitely creepy, as well as little Amelia and the Doctor. Despite not wanting a Dalek episode this season I'm actually looking forward to this one. I know the staff were forced to include a Dalek episode but this is a 65 minute one with Winston Churchill, WW2, Supermarine Spitfires and British Daleks! I agree the Atraxi were weird, my problem was that they all looked the same (silly criticism I know, but I don't like all the alien races having identical creatures) and that the crystal "spaceships" they had didn't really work with the eye design. However, these weren't police officers I don't think, they just had prisoners that must have committed crimes against the Atraxi. Yeah, Bad wolf was a clever arc phrase in the first series, but the subsequent "Torchwood" "Saxon" "Bees are disappearing" "Medusa Cascade" references have been uninspired and generally poor writing. Hopefully beyond this the arc is more subtle and an actually REAL arc, sorry Davies but having a character in one episode talking about something going to happen doesn't really qualify. Adorable creation! Glad it was frontpaged or I might have missed it. My favourite part is the red crab with the katanas Batbrick Away!

Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures...
Batbrick replied to The Kid's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Agreed, after a while he didn't really bring much to the role, though writing must be blamed for that, man I got sick of seeing that same damn shot of him sulking in the TARDIS. He was also too hammy. I like hams, but when they're the main character it poses a problem, a big one for Tennant who isn't exactly one for subtlety. Not that i dislike him, he was great, but given how bad the specials were I'd rather he'd stopped after Season 4. She certainly got 10/10 on my "Sexy Accent Meter". Batbrick Away! -
What? Really? Now I am literally angry with rage! That is so stupid and cliche and Hollywood and audience insulting and grarble barble arg arg! Argh! Batbrick Away!

This is a film that made Hades the villain because the writers were too lazy to even be original or look up the actual mythology, probably both actually. At this point the title is a moot point Batbrick Away!

Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures...
Batbrick replied to The Kid's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Loved almost every second of it! Fantastic to see the Doctor return to form, I was very much getting sick of seeing Ten's constant depression, as well as the lazy plot devices used to conclude so many stories (Seriously, The End of Time was so bad even I could have written it better). Moffat writes some damn good Doctor, and I love how unlike so many Who writers he actually uses the time travel aspects of his stories. I seem to be the only one to like the opening title, I love the slightly different start, not darker, but certainly ominous (If that makes sense). The Atraxi were fairly poor, and Prisoner Zero only became creepy in the second half, and DoctorVision should never be used again. But apart from that I was almost dropping F-Bombs to say "**** Yeah!" because it was so much fun, and I'm certainly not someone to swear. Great lines too, and with the new TARDIS it seems we'll be seeing more rooms! Batbrick Away! -
Your head will always be perfectly sized! It is everyone else's heads that are too small! Batbrick Away!

Also, if you want the legs to move a bit you could always use those dark bley 1/3 tall spinny pieces. Y'know, the ones with the little circle on top that rotates 360 degrees. Batbrick Away!

Sand Orange. Nougat and Dark Nougat sounds too much like the colour of my food when I threw it up in my bed 10 years ago. It's obviously why you hate it Jlblue Batbrick Away! (Sorry for the story)

As usual my embarrassingly late update I'm hoping to get this in before the Monday update. Date night Part 18: You have no idea how happy seeing this storyline has made me! Is this the final part? If so, shorter than expected but still a great ending. I had to laugh at Shwartz's ancestors, typical. The "imaginary" gag was quite clever too, I like that setup. Is that "mysterious" encounters thing an arc as well or just a one-off joke? This has become a real series for me, complete with Lost-style wild string theories. Typical Day at the Office: Arrrgh! Gaaagh! Just....Argh! Scary stuff here KDog, you're clearly shooting for horror here. The dialog between Fluffy Princess Shwartz and Pretty Pink Galanos was so hard to focus on when the shinyness was blinding me! I swear there's no theme you won't find a way to include in this series, and its all the better for it! Batbrick Away!

I thought ity was a pretty decent Tumbler moc that was a little too tall until I saw that Batpod feature. Light, you've made 9 posts at this point in time and you're already my new best friend. This was easily the coolest thing I saw all day, the way the Batpod unfolds is fantastic, and is even still the best Batpod moc I've seen minifig scale. I don't care if its hard pulling it out of the Tumbler, it is awesome and you are awesome! Batbrick Away!

This is the greatest topic on Eurobricks now. Nay! EVER! I just want to thank you so much samuraiturtle for making this, and giving us all an opportunity to see it! In fact, my only possible gripe for such a wondrous, and beautiful creation is that none of us, I repeat NONE OF US are worthy of its glory! We are but specks of dust in a vast cosmos, meaningless, things of meaning like this are not for the pitiful eyes of humanity! We can barely comprehend such wonder! Samuraiturtle truly you walk as a God among men! Surely you look down and see us for the pathetic ants we truly are! But still you came to us and presented such an amazing creation, something of passion that changes meanings constantly, always giving new insights into the universe in which we live! Its complex structure could make one go mad from staring too long into it, for such skill needed for such an incomprehensible creation to be made with mere hands is beyond belief! I have converted samuraiturtle! I have now seen the light! Generations from now when an era of peace of advancement sweeps forth people will know that it was by this revolutionary creation that such a glorious utopia was achieved! I will now make an altar for which to worship this creation, for only by devoting my entire life to it and spreading the knowledge of its existence to others can I consider myself worthy of having gazed a mere second at it! This Super Cool Ship Thing is a guiding beacon for which all of humanity, and indeed any possible extraterrestrials, will spend the next of infinity studying with amazement, and philosophers until the end of time will declare it as the meaning of life itself. Thankyou, thankyou so much.

Fantastic job Oky, its practically perfect! Great job including the grey stripes on him as well. The saddles is quite good, though I'd love to see a version without it. My one gripe in the immovable legs, but apart from this I can't think of anything. I'm getting the series for my birthday so this as a nice way of getting me more impatient Batbrick Away!

Thanks for the brilliant review Clone'O'Patra! This is a great set that I am very interested in buying, though sadly will probably have ot pass due to lack of money. I love the use of colours and the parts are all great too. I really need another black character for my Batman universe too... Oh well, maybe I'll get it on sale, either way I'm glad Prince of Persia is of such high quality! Batbrick Away!

I love that thing! I think you've spelled it right too. Batbrick Away!

If you think its pointless then I'd say you missed the point. And it was brilliantly shot, the "one take" scenes were amazing. I recently watched My Neighbour Totoro with my Japanese class. I've seen quite a bit of Japanese animation but I believe this is my second Miyazaki film behind Porco Rosso. If you watch this do NOT go in expecting a western-style plot structure, it has no major conflict throughout, it simply chronicles the lives of two Japanese girls living in the rice fields and finding out about a magical creature that lives in the nearby forest. Its a very sweet, very innocent film, but prepare to see some whacked out **** But seriously I really enjoyed it. Also it had Catbus: ALL HAIL CATBUS! Batbrick Away!

Hurrah! We're on our way! As usual my reviews: Part 15: A return to Date Night! The wait makes it all the more worthwhile. I laughed at the explanation for the lateness too, the Joseph Stalin non-sequitar was hilarious. The DACTA news team is always great, I think its quite clever how you've integrated them. By the way, how is the making of their base going? Part 16: I'm really surprised how you managed to capture the action in this one, I know you don't have a lot of space to pull the camera back so I think you really succeeded here. My favourite touch is Shwartz falling on the camper. Part 17: The "face broke my fall" joke just strikes me as so very classic Simpsons like, and as a Simpsons fan, I approve! Poor Shwartz can't catch a break though, he just set up the awesomest fight ever and his girlfriend is quick to point out the damage Overall this is a spectacular return, setting up to be one of my favourite storylines so far I reckon. About the moving to your own site thing, I think its a great idea though of course it would depend on money etcetera. Rest assured if you got one of those "clicking on the advertisements" systems I'd do it for five hours every day Batbrick Away!
