  1. Got this set yesterday. I love everything about it, the cutter is beautifully made and I love dark green! The Commie general is a badass too, what a cool head! Batbrick Away!
  2. This is great, my father and I used to watch Thunderbirds all the time so big fan here! Love the design, the actual model is rather boxy anyway. Thunderbird's are Go!
  3. Wow! This is beautiful dragonator, how did you ever get through commenting on my crummy IA mocs when you could make things like THIS!? I love it! Great snotty water, and wonderful cliff formations, simply great work there. I like the small inclusions of shrubery too, good work. I love the arch and tower, great construction and a brilliant idea of connecting it to the tavern. The tavern itself is wonderful! I love tan (prepare to see that in your upcoming vehicle) and you have incorporated a beautiful design with the black roof. Fantastic soldier and mf positioning too, the whole scene look really chaotic and in a frenzy, a great battle! Overall this is to me a perfect moc, I simply cannot fault it AT ALL. Wonderful job and keep them coming, you are a superb builder! Batbrick Away!
  4. Found ten bucks on the ground outside! Batbrick Away!
  5. , we did discuss the sets in almost every post though. While we may have been off topic, I think you are taking it too seriously. Thanks for making a new thread, but lighten up a bit, it seems like you're getting mad about twenty pages too late when oyu could have told us earlier Anyway, thanks for the new thread, we'll try not to go too offtopic, but don't be offended if we mention the subject material, it IS Batman after all EDIT: Looking through the pages, I can hardly say we knew we were doing anything wrong, this started and stayed since page 10, thirty three pages ago Batbrick Away!
  6. , "Meteo-what now? Great work KDog, very clever how you revealed Valkyrie's gender, I remember spelling it once and pronouncing it loud, but shrugging it off as a "space" name. Nice to know those tiny clues you left too, I'll go check those out, very clever. Batbrick Away!
  7. And no doubt he will do in the future.... That would be helpful thanks. I'm going to purchase back my old logitech camera from my friend and see if it still works. I want to do a No Man's Land type thing, with a lot of villains, so references would be a great help. I also want to reference major things too, who doesn't want to see Bane making a comment about last time he "broke the bat"? I think I might just give up, it was probably the run you mentioned earlier Well they stated they were basing it part on TLH and Dark Victory. I thought the same thing when I saw Joker buring the money, a rather clever way to incorporate the Joker more heavily I th ink. We're also seeing a tiny bit from Scarecrow which will be great, he'll be the first villain to make it through two films! Or in the case of Tarzan versus Alien versus Predator, just good fun. I believe this is where he gets in the batmobile for the first time "conscious' as he states. The writer's have stated that he isn't staying straight though, Edward Nigma will be up to his old tricks sooner or later. Nice, it's good when you get timing like that. Place I been to ordering comics is expensive, so for now graphic novels are my way, but I'm sure I'll find a place where I can order some runs. Ah, that was it. There was a great parody in "Marvel vs DC" about that, what a reference. I think its stupid too, a bit of credit to the sudden lack of ideas for writers really. Ah yes, I've seen his work in a few things, including one that had a more pointy eared Bats. Thanks for that, is War on Crime any good? Ah, I knew Grant Morrison and Paul Dini were on it. Dini's a bit of hit-and-miss for me lately. I had to put the comic down after that part, I was s shocked, what a "What the HECK?" moment! I mean, Morrison having Joker as a slight crossdresser I expected, but Bats making love to a woman WITH HIS MASK ON!?! Excellent....I'll have to get it soon then, I'm completing all the early years of Bats, something I should of done a long time ago. And I, er, think I'm getting to be more of a continuity geek.. I like the Penguin comic too, very humourous. I like the construction of the sub too, should be easy to make the interior larger. Batbrick Away!
  8. Well I did the unthinkable, I BROKE FOURTH WALL! It was worth it, EVERY single guy in my story stopped posting, so I just got out and continued! Batbrick Away!
  9. M-18 Fershwitz Boran looked around in wonder as everyone stopped moving but him! Taking this time (does time exist if nothing moves?) to escape, he paused ot think how the battle had paused! Then it hit him! The writers of their destinies, the narrators if you will, had forgotten to keep posting updates, and thus the poor characters were frozen. Poor lads though Fershwitz, no man or beast deserves a fate like this! Still, he trudged onward calmly, stealing a stash of potions from a nearby Crown medic, and a lump of small gold from the Crown tower, and went on his way: "What a day!"
  10. Well it was fun, thanks to all the admins for this fun month, i really enjoy it, look forward to more castle creations from me! The new history banner is great too, props to who did it! And more months eh? Look forward to it, as long as there is no Galidor month... Batbrick Away!
  11. Awesome minifig positioning there, I love the way you've included all these sets. I'm liking the set more the more I see it, those natives look fantastic, why did you take off one's hairpiece though? Thanks. I reckon just put some over the parts where large stickers were meant to go, that way you can get a more detailed look without impeding the view. Oh dear. I got the set (and the two smaller ones, big temple I'll get when the price drops) today, and I love the jungle cutter. What do you think of it? I reckon you should find a sneaky way of putting it in, remove a small path of trees perhaps and have it in a "mid-mowing" position, having already made a small path. I think it is rather well to scale though, in a good position I think it would look marvelous. I really like this too, as you say dark green is very good. Can you please post an overall pic of the whole display so we may help you better plan it? Also, have oyu thought of including further wildlife? I imagine a few giant ants would look great in a line across the jungle. That's okay, thanks for sharing TheBrickster, I really enjoy seeing this evolve and become bigger and greater. Batbrick Away!
  12. I went into Birchalls today to get a second Dwarf Mine, when there I see the new Indy sets! I bought Jungle Duel (wonderful!), River Chase (fantastic!) and Jungle Cutter (wonderfully fantastic!)! I just built them, great sets with incredibly cool pieces. I love the Jungle Cutter in particular. Any other aussies bought theses yet? How about you Sinner? I'll get the large temple later when it drops its price significantly, all sets that size do. Batbrick Away!
  13. Someone had to, great to see you're still sticking around too, I was afraid you'd gone not long ago! , that's classic (space?) Batbrick Away!
  14. Clever little flyer there Oky, I love the prop and control handcuffs, and those batwings are put to excellent use, great job! Batbrick Away!
  15. I love you! I did a 24 fps film once, a 2 minute one, it was hard but the animation was real smooth. Thankyou so much for that info, I will probably get that camera as I want a cheap but good cam that is functionable. Can you please provide me a link to the program or info of it please? Batbrick Away! EDIT: Wow! I didn't spell my name correctly in title? Jeez I'm moronic, thanks Hinckley, what was it originally?
  16. This is for the better, Space Docking Bay never recieved enough attention, and this will make it easier to find things. Batbrick Away!
  17. Great work. looks fantastic. The only criticism I have is that it doesn't look very 3vil, more like a totally new design. Batbrick Away!
  18. I love you...... Two-Face looks like a total badass! he's just as cool as the comics, with his twin pistols (shocked they got away with that!) and coin flip! I am SO getting this game. Now. Batbrick Away!
  19. So how was the film? I'd disagree with your conclusion of the Joker though, many times in the comics (many great ones too) Joker has reasoned with many people. We have yet to see all that scene, but we know he has all the mob's money for ransom, and later see him burning it in the trailer. Crazy, but makes sense, like the Joker. If he was to never reason he would just be your run-of-the-mill psychotic killer, but The Joker is more than that. Take The Killing Joke for example, though achieved through cruel means, the entire story was based around him reasoning his logic, that sanity is a lost cause, and that was a brilliant graphic novel. I'd agree that Harvey seems a bit bland, from, well, the 15 seconds (if not less) of screentime we saw of him, give it a bit more time. As for Batman's arc, I'll take a guess you missed the part where he says "You see now what I have to become to stop men like him". Also, Rachel states "Bruce, doin't make me your only hope for a normal life", and given she seems to like Harv, I'd say there's gonna be a big slip by Bruce somewhere. As for rage, did you see Batman tossing Joker in the interrogation room? Ouch I love this second trailer, but I would say it wasn't very well done, it seems more like random scenes coppled together than the first one. Batbrick Away!
  20. I agree, I'm definitely getting the Crystal Reaper. Beautiful design, motor functions, TREADS, the alien commander ( ) and some very nice things. If I can't get that (which I must!) I'll get the cheap one, I have to get that alien commander. Thanks whung. Batbrick Away!
  21. Oh no, I'm just saying that if there was an area you wanted a bit more growth the templ placement of jungle cutter can help with that. I love the inclusion of the new temple, excellent work with the trees on front, may I suggest adding a bit more shrubery around the inner workings of the temple and front pillars, to make it seem more ancient? And for the cutter, I'd definitely say make a cutting scene, it's a unique vehicle and deserves to do its job. Great work so far, I really enjoy the updates Batbrick Away!
  22. Great work Whitefang, it looks a lot bigger and more exciting now! Batbrick Away!
  23. Fantastic work, very ingenious, I love it! Great that you got it in before castle month, you have done a great job on the knight holder pod and sloping front! Batbrick Away!
  24. Thankyou very much TheBrickster! I love the Jack'O Lanterns too. The Strawman was just my castlefied version of The Scarecrow yes, thanks again, and have a good fright! Well Batarangs can too, but Batlord knows how to use them properly! Thankyou, I'm glad it turned out that way. Batbrick Away!
  25. Thanks Chuck. Great construction on the sets, though the Tumbler is giant! 18 studs wide! That's bigger than the Battank, I'll probably downsize it... Batbrick Away!
