Simply fantastic, thanks for the pic of the whole train TheBrickster (I considered calling you TB for short, but I'm not sure...), I love the haunted look it evokes, and the carriage, despite my earlier thoughts, fits right in. As for you not being a good builder, hogwash! You are a great builder, sure there are many out there with better techniques and such, but I have yet to see many builders craft a world as imaginatively and clever with such a great concept like Grave Stone as you have. There's also that Mocing Expert tag to consider! Batbrick Away!

I looked at the first page and saw "mine", but I'm not sure what kind of mine so I'll add my suggestion. I'd loved to see a mine cart playset, which would fit on regular train tracks and come with a lot of mining equipment and some gold pieces. It means we could get some great miner figs too. What faction from Castle do you represent?
Batbrick replied to Dovchenko's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Oh shutup wabout dragons already will you! As for me, it's a matter of my character. Being a fairly sarcastic person in real life, and using a bit of cruel humour on my friends (which they take no offense too, just in good fun), and the fact I love darker movies and stories, I'd say Skeleton's faction would match my type, that or the dwarves, who like me are fairly clever and seemingly prefer inventing, tinkering and words to fighting. The Dark Knight versus Bane the Executioner
Batbrick replied to Batbrick's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Thankyou very much TheBrickster, I'm really glad that you like this technique and have decided to use it. It's not mine of course, but thankyou for the comment, I look forward to seeing what you come up with. One thing, you don't have to use 1x1 holed bricks, the little 1x1 side studded things is what I used (unless that's what you meant ) Batbrick Away! -
Great job! I love the weapons rack, I made a similar one in my Batbrick Cave, but that was not as good as this one. The back is clever too, perhaps you could put the whole thing on a revolving piece so that he can turn it around One question though, why is Batman holding a tommygun? Batbrick Away!

Yes, assymetry annoys me too but so do bad puns that are grasping at straws and look odd when quoted I'll probably skip her, good to see TLC still making them though. I'm just concerned over what the heck I'll be doing with that Tumbler! Batbrick Away!

Hi everyone, I thought I'd share something that's been on my BS folder for weeks, but now finally finished. Not happy with the TLC Batdragster and craving a new Batmobile I set out to make one that would look good, be a good build, and pretty much make sense. I consider it a new moc, but the basic frame came from another creation. Some of you may remember my absolutely horrid "Tractor" Rod I made for a competition: (Oh goodness it's hideous! ) Luckily I saw something possible appealing in it, so I took the extremely basic frame and came up with this: I wanted to use the windshield from another batset I'd taken apart, the Batblade from the Batcave (okay, there were some serious "Bat-" usage there! ) Back with just grills: Now, realising that it was immensely cute but rather silly looking, I set out to do Mark 2. The first one was too stubby, making it look too fat. It also needed to have a better nose, those grills were a bit annoying. So the next mods were to make it longer, less stubby, and cooler, here's Mark 2: Now THIS looks much better. The addition of the old engine piece I removed in Mark 1 worked, and it being longer made it meaner! Now it became a cross between the dragster, and an homage to the many great "bullet" batmobiles in the comics, like the one in the Killing Joke: Now I was rather happy with this for a while. But then I slowly came to the realisation that the front wheels were too far back, making the nose look ridiculously long. I wasn't happy about the cockpit either, the back looked plain and the rear wings were too low. Enter Mark 3, the final stage: I moved the wheels more forward and made the main back flow much better. Another addition were the flames at the back: The flames: I also added in better controls, and in all three versions the top opens: Hope you enjoyed the evolution (I don't believe in evolution, but it's just a term) of my Batdragster, comments appreciated and thanks for looking. Also check and maybe comment on KDog's awesome Space Comic, the link is in my sig, they are hilarious! Batbrick Away!

You really aren't, check my latest one in the H&A forum where I call him just that! Oh, and Bat impulses 2 is done, I'll take pics tonight I reckon. Batbrick Away!

Agents Mission 3: Gold Hunt - set #8630
Batbrick replied to Deinonychus's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Thanks for the review Deino, I love all the Agents sets and this one is a must! I love Gold Toth, the perfect campy Roger Moore bond villain, as you said, a cross between The Man with the Golden Gun and the Man with the golden touch himself! I love that jet too, simply fantastic, I can't believe we actually thought this line would be bad. The SNOT air intakes are fabulous, and I love the colours (orange and dark blue), I can't wait to make some "Agents" scenes with all these cool spy fest figs. And you laughed at me for saying the exact same thing in the "Agents" thread, a campy spy-fest is awesome! Batbrick Away! -
"5! 4! 3! 2! 1! Thunderbirds are...GO! *Cue epic music and epic scenes among Lady Penelope's Roll Royce and Brain making things* That fanboyism said, I agree the Speed Racer piece would look great, and maybe a tad more streamlined at the front. As like the others, looking forward to part two. Hopefully someday someone will make my favourite, Thunderbird 6 (the biplane! ) Batbrick Away!

Well, you know what they say, one breast is better than none! Er, anyway, that is a cool keychain, too bad they aren't making the magnet sets anymore... Batbrick Away!

What is the weirdest place you build lego?
Batbrick replied to THE-FORCE's topic in General LEGO Discussion
In a car parked under the sun during Tasmania's hottest weather, I was sweating like anything else but I was going to finish that Battle Arachnoid! Batbrick Away! -
No, he won't! Just kidding, I believe you, but I had the idea first! Currently I'm working on my very first space moc. Batbrick Away!

That's definitely an improvement then, having more diverse characters is always a plus, action, more so Just be sure to give them their own personalities, there's nothing worse than reading a story where the character continually acts out of character. Oh, and three main are British, naturally! Any Aussies there? My specialty! I meant of the story, like hi-res ones or something, so I might be able to read a small portion It'd be darn creepy if you were sarcastic in real life, my teacher often calls me a "cynical sarcastic little man!" That said, fancying your own self in female form is not only egotistical, but downright wrong, what happened to opposites attract? Now THIS I missed! I hope you imply that I "flirt" and not with you! *waggles finger at BB1* Now now, you know that Bat display comes first. It atleast means that the whole thing is hand drawn, I love that style, painted backgrounds and hand animated Point, good point, have you watched anymore? Batbrick Away!

The Dark Knight versus Bane the Executioner
Batbrick replied to Batbrick's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Thanks guys, I'm glad you like it! I'll be making a few more too every so often, thanks! Batbrick Away! -
I'll have to agree with that. We only got very few dwarves this year, and too many orcs in comparison, I hope we can get more next year. Batbrick Away!

Are you sure the link is right? I can't find my way to the interview through the decals Batbrick Away!

Ha! Brilliant Temple of Doom reference there KDog, and I love Valkyrie as always It's a tad scary you manage to make a plastic figure attractive......er, anyway, great strip, I love the "future Indy" parody going on, looking forward to the final one1 Batbrick Away!

Yeah, I don't mind it being yellow though, it looks more to me like it distinguishes her teeth more than them being unbrushed Batbrick Away!

I think this is my favourite issue yet. Seriously, it was that funny! I loved the whole "198th movie" and "Cloning program because of Harrison Ford's awesomeness" bits, but I think my favourite parts were "You've betrayed Shiva!" (I watched Temple of Doom yesterday so that was great), "What? You're a virgin!" and "man with a whip" parts, well written dialog right there Plus, Valkyrie being my favourite character (c'mon, she's a hot chick who steals things!) any strip with her and Schwartz is great. It's also great to see the story moving forward even in these specials, great work. Interesting to note, on your page a reader noted the "two black knight fetishists", obviously talking about the two strips where Schwartz and Valkyrie talk about the Space Agency and Blacktron being like the black Knights of the universe, respectfully. I noticed this a while back when I re-read the series, but forgot to mention that, great detail there. Batbrick Away!

Thanks very much iamded! I'm very very happy about the enthusiastic response to this part, thanks so much you and everyone! I'm glad you like the cage door, that portcullis piece I love to use a lot was to long, so I had to improvise. Thanks for the comment on the Desert Dragon too, you're right, he is a mouth on legs! Thanks a lot for the comments on the Death Roller too, I'm (at the risk of repeating myself) very happy you like it, especially the access tunnels, they were hard! Yes, the missiles ironically were originally aimed straight, then I couldn't get a good line for them, then realised the way they were attached meant that it could move quite a lot! And I too hope to continue it, thanks very much.....again. , thanks a lot dragonator, I can think of no one better than you to have gotten the role of Lord *insert name here* the genocidal maniac! And nice to know that I've made atleast one person wet their pants in excitement Thanks but...Your people? I created your people! Anyway, had you bothered to look further ( ), you might have noticed that this has been the Desert Dragon's kennel for years, ever since he was a baby, so nostalgia has kept him there, even though he no longer fits real well, he chooses to stay Hope that clears things up a bit! Great to see you like it, I'm really sorry i couldn't make you a winged one, but that would: a) contradict the plotline where you might actually lose! b) be too big to fit in cage. But hey, you can still look at the Black Dragon right? Thankyou VERY VERY VERY much dragonator! Really appreciated how much you've gotten into this! I'm overjoyed at the detail you've looked into my Death Roller, thanks for the comments on eating it, liking to a woman lead in a movie, running it down as-(censored), the gunturrets, greebles, the rocket that was aimed into the tank itself ( ), Exo's head, your penguin and that wife you've yet to meet! THANK. YOU. A. LOT. Good votes too, I won't even dare comment on those! That's okay VBBN, thanks. And if a certain path is chosen, you get a bit bigger part to play! Thanks very much for that The Penguin, your comments are always appreciated, thanks very much. Thanks very much MacK, I'm glad it paid off. Yes, I would've like to make the dragon bigger, but it can barely fit in the cage as it is! Thanks for the last comment too, I'm overjoyed some people lie it that much. Batbrick Away!

So cute! Fantastic work here, for a first tank it looks brilliant. Batbrick Away!

That's fine, thanks for making it. I too was saddened at the decline of comments, your comic is a great one and deserves much better. I think zero1312 has taken a break though, he'll probably be back to comment later. Don't stop making them though, you've got a really great thing going here, and it seems a few more readers have raised their voices. Yes, that happened to me to, though I watch the Indy movies quite often (my father and I really enjoy them) there's always something new to notice. Looking forward to it! Batbrick Away!
-
Fantastic work KDog! I love these surprises, having just watched all three Indy movies in preparation for the fourth one this is hilarious! Love the highlander reference, that gave me a laugh, it is fitting that immortals would exist here. Though Indy coming out doesn't make much sense, it's all worth it for that funny joke of "waiting forever!" It's also great just to see a funny comic too, so much gold in this one, whether it be the banana weapon, highlander, Mutt being supposedly lame and -, Doctor Who cameos and of course Blacktron hate all round. Looking forward to the next one, and looking forward to the movie. Batbrick Away!

Hello EB, here's another Bat-Castle moc I whipped up a couple of days ago, entitle the Dark Knight versus Bane the traitorous executioner: This takes place in the castle dungeon, where the Bat Knight has discovered Bane's own evil agenda: Bane has been drinking a special potion developed by a Wizard and perfected by himself to enhance his strength magically: He has used this strength to capture the Knight of the Night and place him in the dungeon: Bane now plans to release his foe so he may finally "Break the Bat!" Set without figs: Figs, I'm pretty happy with how Bane came out, as well as the different Batarmour: Overall I'm really happy with it, the tiled dungeon walls were experimental for me but I'm happy how it ca,e it, it also made the inside cooler. Tell me what you think, thanks! Batbrick Away!
