  1. You've made a great and detailed building already! Though I'm not a fan of using rubber bands, as they tend to dry out and break. I do love your stained glass windows!
  2. That is great news, thank you for sharing! My gold was dull as well, which was quite a disappointment. I've just send Lego an email about it, hope they send me shiny ones as well!
  3. Count down has started, ladies and gentleman start your engines! I'mm so looking forward to this one, I'll see you all soon!
  4. Looks like you've replicated the original very nicely! I love the way you made the striping on the sides. I do think it is a bit too long, and the wheels look a bit too small though.
  5. If your +1 snores well have to kick his megablocks. You can get buy a way out with beers or bricks. We have an accord!
  6. I love the way you made this Erdy. The unique water, unique shape and all the small details make this one fine piece of work! You're not making cake jokes here, are you?
  7. Will you make the pneumatics work for all the guns? I think it is a really cool idea! I also like the way your demon 2 ship looks, good luck on this one!
  8. Looks like you've build a very nice fort! But can you please resize your pictures to a maximum of 800x600 pixels? Your page now takes ages to load, thank you!
  9. Here's a thought; Why don't we all bring our spares and we can organize a small trade market? I'm thinking collectible minifigs and such... I'll be bringing mine!
  10. No problem, more beer for me then! I am planning on coming to Brickmania in Wilrijk, perhaps even together with Boney. Are the dates set yet? Send me a PM with your project plans!
  11. Happy birthday Tano! It was fun meeting you at the Brick Tricks event! Does this mean you can drink beers next time we meet?
  12. That i a very nice looking and impressive fleet you have there Aalak!
  13. You've done a great job, it resembles the original very closely and I love the graffiti on the side! The only improvement I can think of is making the bottom front sloped, that is quite iconic on these engines.
  14. It's always good to see more Dutch on the board, welcome!
  15. Your frame looks very good and close to the original. I'm curious to see how you will make the planking on the sides. Best of luck!
  16. Well that is actually a very rare set from the 80's. Duh.
  17. I like your bow idea, I'm not so sure about how you made the rests in your LDD model. Looking forward to see this evolve!
  18. Thanks guys, I'm glad you like my little review! Like I said, I got one at work. Working for one of the largest cable companies in the world has it's advantages I suppose. Unfortunately not, luckily I have a whole shoe box of weapons, he doesn't have to be defenceless.
  19. Now that is one fine motorcycle! I second that!
  20. Today at work I got a little gift that looks like this: Yes, it is a Jack Sparrow promotional figure! Should I leave it closed? Nah, rip it! Interesting, 4 parts come out and it is not cheap Chinese plastic! After a bit of puzzling I put them together and got this: It appears Jack has turned into wood... I haven't seen the new movie yet, so I can't really tell what he did this time. Looking at the face, I see a possible use for a figurehead. The hairpiece printing has been done very nice, that is what the rear looks like. There is back printing on the torso, not on the legs. Well this was my first review, though it is small, I hope you like it!
  21. Just ordered my first set - Isla de Muerta! www.superspeelgoed.nl has the lowest prices for Holland and Belgium.
  22. I think you've made a great ship, looks pretty realistic to me! I love the colourscheme and small detail, especially the use of minifig heads as jars in a crate.
  23. You've maneged to get quite a good result for a first attempt! I agree with some of the others, the bow is a bit stretched, but I really like the colourscheme and details. I'm looking forward to your next, the teaser looks great! If you haven't done so already, I reccomend you read some books and look at pictures and plans. It might be easyer to base it on a real ship with real plans. ;-)
  24. I've transported quite a few kg's on a motorcycle, next to all clothing and stuff from Antwerp to Belgium last time we were in Gunzburg. Are the 7595's still available at 4,99?
  25. How much would these bluecoats cost me? I'll take 4 of the Toy story 7595 if possible. I don't need boxes or instructions, that might save you some space.
