  1. Has anybody heard anything on the last of the unnamed sets for this year?
  2. That's probably fair enough. Any company wouldn't want "reviews" based on something they never bought because they don't like the price. If that was the case i'd leave a negative review for everything, as nothing in life costs what I WANT to pay
  3. At least this link suggests there may be 6 sets in the 2h unlike the 4 mentioned previously. Hope this is correct
  4. Haven't even bought my 1st wave sets yet :)
  5. So my fellow Aussies out there, do we have a release date for the new sets yet? On the Lego site it says Jan 1 but that doesn't seem right does it?
  6. I really liked the Land Rover so I'm not opposed to a successor. Being a car guy the rest of the 2nd half sets don't really interest me at all. If the timing was better they could have made a new Ford Ranger (ute, pick up, truck, depending on where you're from) and it's a shared platform with the next VW Amarok. Could have killed made something a little different and still appeased the IP :)
  7. I'll just say that I like cars, motorsport etc so for me I like all the cars they do. In saying that I do like other themes as well as it gives my wallet a rest They do seem to alternate yearly with the flagship sets though don't they? So i would be expecting some type of construction vehicle or the like in the second half of 2021. If the 2nd half of next year is largely non-car related then it would even the count and if that were the case, maybe Lego should have split the car releases up between 1HY and 2HY
  8. Yep another Aussie here, luckily I'm not in a hurry to get them and will be waiting for the sales. I got a bloody Osprey for less than the Ferrari
  9. A retailer must know the repercussions for leaking images and if the consequences are that severe why would someone even risk it. He may not of intended for the pictures to go public but giving them to just one person is still a member of the "public". I agree with Bartybum, he stuffed up. Anyway back on topic, lets hope we get some more info on that Ferrari soon. Even if there are a lot of stickers like the Porsche I'd be more than happy if they put out a series of the GT3 race cars. 488 GT3 anyone?
  10. Hope you are wrong there, we already have a supercar in blue. Need the contrast of another standout colour. Orange then Blue then Green then ???? (Yellow or Red maybe)
  11. Agree with you on the purple, but everyone will have their own preference on colours. The Land Rover is not a UCS set even though it has similar or more part count than the Porsche. I put it on the same level as my Porsche, Bugatti and soon to be Lambo
  12. My wallet appreciates the fact that the BIG sets are a little spread out :)
  13. As a fan of cars, I don't mind this :) The Jeep, Senna and Ferarri will be on my wishlist. The hovercraft might be interesting as well depending on how it looks
  14. Maybe, but at the end of the day I'm sure these parts will not remain "Osprey exclusive" and will appear in future sets. As soon as 1H 2021 would be my guess
  15. There's a bit of a difference between a Hummer and an Osprey. Yes I know a Hummer may have military roots but much like the Land Rover Defender, Joe Bloggs can walk into a Hummer or Land Rover dealership and buy one of those vehicles. Same probably can't be said for an Osprey
  16. Can anyone else explain how "it's NOT a building error, but I definitely made a mistake" works? As far as I'm aware, that's a building error
  17. Has anyone seen or heard, do we have a part count yet?
  18. Magdy, I don't think the chiron wheels will fit plus the hubs for the chiron wheels are different then the hubs supplied. I've seen a few different sticker sheets floating around. For Art Stickers by Molnar are one option
  19. Still no release dates however. I'm assuming we'd be looking at August in Australia and by the looks of it a touch over $200 for the Osprey
  20. I was actually thinking more on the logistical side of things when I made my initial comment, then I saw that too
  21. I could be way off but I'd imagine the current situation in the US can't be helping US customers. Not to make light of the situation but from what we see on the news there's no stores left to put them in. But seriously would there be any deliveries to areas most affected by looters?
