    Beautiful build. I really love how you designed everything on the limited space.

    I really like the idea getting creator expert style cars in minifig scale that fit in the modular city on a regular basis. The teal ideas car last year and now, if true, the taxi. I would appreciate if Lego made a own series out if it like the speed champions. There is much potential. From civilian cars to public transport and police cars for example.

    Promobricks reported set 40532 to be a 15th modular anniversary GWP a while ago. But nobody else. The set number of the store GWP doesn't match this number. And the leaked hotel card GWP doesn't match this either. So there is some hope that set 40532 magically appears tomorrow, but my hopes aren't to high in this one.

    Because squares fit together, this set simply doesn't fit with other modulars in my point of view. It's really that simple. Maybe it fits the future modulars we all don't know but the Lego designers know at least with a rough idea. I'm pretty sure it's the starting point of a new era of modulars And for my point of view I really like it and I'm happy the squares/ rectangles only pattern is broken.

    My not so serious prediction for the 15th anniversary GWP is the fourth floor as GWP adding the fourth room for the fourth, so far unused key in the set ;-)

    If the pictures in IG are right it's 4 wide and not minifig scale. It's the strange scale than the creator taxi from this year

    The rumor said the main theme is art. Looking at what is described the main theme is hotel. The other theme was supposed to be food related. Yes you can eat at hotels but it's again not close. Than there are other details like missing car, that was described in the rumor but isn't mentioned now. I was quite sceptical about this particular rumor last year and still am. But it would be a nice surprise if it was Jamie.

    Promobricks pretty much confirmed on their site , that the scetch is pretty close to what we actually get. What I don't see, is how pieces can be saved since the circumference of a shape like the hotel in the scetch is pretty much the same like it would be a full square... Plus it probably needs more smaller plates to build the ground of each floor and the extra pieces needed for the art gallery... But I really like the promobricks reaction to the scetch.

    As far as I've understood the promobricks guys, they have seen a picture already. They don't mention a car or a disabled minifig. I think this info was just made up fake. But you're right, some things in this description match in some way... Let's see.

    It's supposed to be designed in a triangular structure similar to the flatiron building, not the usual 90° corner building...

    The way they describe the building, it really seems like they have seen it already... They describe it quite detailed and also mention a 15 year modular anniversary gwp.

    That's not quite true for all the parts. For example the 1*12 technic brick in blue is used in the big millennium falcon, the Porsche, the republic gunship and now the titanic only. Why should Lego use this brick in blue in sets it doesn't fit in colour wise, while they produce the same brick for example in black at the same time? It would definitely be more cost effective to just produce it just in black. So there has to be another reason. Like an easier building experience.

    Thank you for your answer. I would be sceptical even if the info would come from a big YouTuber. It's nothing personal. I'm very interested in leaks about the new modular every year. So thank you for sharing. But the past told me to be critical about information because I don't want to be disappointed when I get excited about information that then turns out false... I would be happy about a hotel ;-)

    Is it clear if the leakers have a different source or are their leaks based on your information you put out here?

    I think the set will be available continuously and not sell out to quick... The Santa's sleigh however I'm more worried about and will buy it at the release day.

    Lego is getting better in avoiding leaks. We had a couple of exclusive Sets without any leaks before this year. The pick Up wasn't even rumoured to be released...

    The first minifigure leak is out now... The one with the hairpiece from the everyone is awesome set.
