    I heard a first rumor which says the modular will contain 4014 pieces. And another one which says its on two baseplates. Just random Internet rumours so might be all wrong and not really reliable at this point.

    There have not been any leaks of modulars in recent years. Maybe the name or theme is known in October but definitely no pictures. The release is end of November to mid December usually.

    Just my two cents but you are on a lego forum discussing in a thread created for the discussion of a particular set. I think there are other places to discuss legos general price politics and especially discussing other brands. If you prefer buying bluebrixx that's fine but it feels like you want to convince others to do the same, just like you are advertising the brand. You can now call me one of those brainwashed guys. But I don't try to defend anything here just personally don't want to read about this kind of topic in places it doesn't belong in my opinion.

    The rumor is that it is going to fit regular tracks. But it's unclear if there are regular tracks included or brick build like in the crocodile set. There are no pictures yet and no other info on the width.

    Spacecoaster is cool. I don't know if I will get it since I have the pirate one. I like the somewhat smaller footprint compared to the pirate one. I was really looking forward to see pictures if main street but somehow I don't like it to much. I don't see much potential turning it into a modular compatible moc. I mean it possible but I can't picture a result I would like. But let's see what the rebrickable wizards will come up with ;-)

    It was released January 1st 2021. Same release date as police station. But it was available with any purchase above 100€.

    In 2013 there was 40083 christmas tree truck. It was a winter village gwp but it fits the modulars as well...

    31141 - Main Street 1459 pieces 31142 - Space Roller Coaster 874 pieces Both sounds interesting to mee. Especially the main street, since I pretty much always like these 3 in1 mini modulars. They are always great opportunities to mod/ moc. I already have the pirate Coaster. Let's see if this one makes me feel like getting another one ;-)

    I have the feeling that lego was serious when printing on that "poster" in boutique hotel that "Andy Sax" will be live on 10th December.

    Lego has gotten really good at preventing leaks. We didn't even get a detailed description from promobricks like last year.

    A coupe years back the corner garage was announced on "cyber Monday" and the police station was officially announced on black Friday. So both end of November. Bookshop and boutique hotel have been announced 6th/7th December. Given lego would have teasered an announcement for cyber Monday (tomorrow) by now, an early December announcement is more likely...
