  1. Another idea beside minifigs: I could well imagine using Hidden Side's set "Lighthouse of Darkness" (set 70431) as a setting for Johnny Thunder & friends - without using the AR feature and the monster parts, but with using the skeleton and the bat and the candle in the cove. It's a lovely set!
  2. That's great!
  3. The status for the torso has changed on B&P: from "sold out" to "add to bag" with the remark "This part is out of stock. If you submit your request, we’ll get in touch to let you know when it’s expected back or to offer you a substitute."
  4. I have a question concerning set 60267 Safari Off-Roader. Its instructions are available now (link). The car looks great, but its interior seems strange to me. The car is 6 studs wide, but it fits only one minifig per seating row. There can't be seated two minifigs side by side. The walls beside the driver seat are each 2 studs wide which seems far too massive for me. Is this a common feature in modern, 6 studs wide LEGO-cars? When I buy the set, I will try to modify the car's sides so that two minifigs can be seated side by side. Perhaps by using this part in the driver seat's area to hold the side panels.
  5. The translation is quite correct. "right holder " and "legal situation" confers to IP-rights.
  6. Seemingly, we unfortunately can‘t buy her torso solo at Lego: https://www.lego.com/en-gb/service/replacementparts/sale But perhaps this is an explanation and gives us some hope.
  7. Thank you very much. Still not working here - neither with Firefox nor with Internet Explorer.
  8. I can‘t open BrickLink since yesterday. Anybody with the same problem?
  9. The 1x1 trans-lucent plate - in trans-red and trans-green "beloved" parts of my classic space sets.
  10. He is great. I love this book by Astrid Lindgren: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomte_Tummetott
  11. They made your day!
  12. Thanks for the hint. Yep, that torso is great. I'll go for it (perhaps for the whole set).
  13. This would be great torso for an adventurer (torso used by Aurore here). But I would actually change the hands to yellow ones. (Not sure, if I am allowed to show the BL-picture. If not, please delete it.)
  14. This minifig is great as well! May I ask where the torso is from?
  15. He is awesome! Great minifig which reminds me of these: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Life_Guards_(Denmark) and of this fairy tail: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Steadfast_Tin_Soldier
  16. Well, actually, there are some (many) upper parts for police: If you choose this link https://www.lego.com/en-us/service/replacementparts/sale and enter design number 76382 you will find about 1,100 different mini upper parts of which some are police parts. E.g. Nos. 4573, 4602, 4559, 3694, 3627 and 3699. You just have to look.
  17. You are very welcome!
  18. Yes, you can. Try this link: https://www.lego.com/en-gb/page/static/pick-a-brick or this link: https://www.lego.com/en-us/service/replacementparts/sale
  19. According to this topic letters on a number plate might be the Lego designer's initials. So perhaps in the case of "HC 514" as well? "HC" might also be Harry Cane.
  20. And for building techniques: https://joncraton.org/media/files/UnofficialLEGOAdvancedBuildingTechniquesGuide.pdf (@ mods: If it should for any reason be forbidden to post that link, please delete it.)
  21. Concerning this film (from 35:20 min on) set 60110 was designed by Lego designer Henrik Andersen. That's why his initials "HA" together with the set number are on the number plate of the fire truck.
  22. IMHO, this is the best part of BL. What will happen to this datas concerning sets, parts and minifigs? I hope they will be kept online. But as had been said before - wait and see.
  23. Agreed on that. I would assume that if TLG is going to put unfavourable restrictions on the use of BL, buyers as well as sellers will find a new marketplace to meet. That‘s a normal kind of evolution.
  24. I'd like to see a modern, but nonetheless evil Sam Sinister. I think, Johnny Thunder in the current line of collectible minifigures looks too well-behaved. He doesn't look "adventurer'ish" enough. He is more a modest scientist than an fearless hero. Concerning PQ, I like the theme, but I don't like the brick-built "giant" animals in the sets. That's why I also don't like the "dino island"-subtheme from the original Adventurers-line very much. It's too fantastic for me.
