  1. You still have Kmart down under? Man, over here in the land of the free, Kmart is almost non existant.
  2. Worth it for me. I did get a discount due to redeeming all those VIP points.
  3. Of course. The prices at the Lego store were just right.
  4. Oh guys! I meant to tell you. I've got the Town Center and Shopping Street.
  5. LOL! Those ones be overpriced too.
  6. Another unpopular opinion: the Ocean Exploration Ship is overpriced. You go on Ebay and some of those are going for up to almost $250.
  7. @TeriXeri I think that's an unpopular opinion that we share. Love those new road plates.
  8. Does City have a tiger mould? I can use that one.
  9. So these road plates aren't all that good after all?
  10. Nah those were two different sets. The buses in those were different. Only similarities is that they were both yellow.
  11. That set seems to be really popular around here. Every time an idea for a public transport subtheme or set comes up, 8404 is brought up. Not upset, it's just interesting. Or we could just get a bus in the next great vehicles wave.
  12. That's how my wishes were treated when I first came to this community. I was very eager to show off my ideas and was hoping to get encouragement from fellow Lego fans to give out more. I got quite the contrary. I'm annoyed by that a lot. So I'm there with you. But I also understand that perhaps the people who do that might actually be closer to Lego that me and may actually know what Lego wants to do with certain themes.
  13. Now this is my type of MOC. I've always thought Lego should do more buses, especially for their City line. So far, we've only gotten 5.
  14. @1974 Ah the yellow minifig. The most race free thing that a toy company has ever done.
  15. Aanchir brings up very valid points. However, I will disagree about LGBTQ representation in Lego. Especially when it comes to generic themes like City. I think Lego keeping generic themes race/class free is doing the right thing. We don't need class representation in sets by default. Like @Fuppylodders said, those are things that Lego obviously seems worth the builders imagination and unnecessary for sets by defaul. Now if you wanna speak in regards to the Lego City Adventures television program, then I'd say there is room to an LGBTQ character. Just like I think there is room for a train driver character.
  16. Oh guys! Guess what? I've ordered main square.
  17. As far as 2021 sets are concerned, I think everyone (myself included) is there with you. Not unpopular at all. I love how police and fire basically took a back seat in City this year.
  18. Hey Vindi! It's been a while since we've talked. But yeah. I've actually considered it a hobby of collecting animal moulds recently. Had to get that lab mould. May get the chocolate one soon. But the yellow one is my sigfigs dog so I had to get that one now.
  19. I hope they do a white one and a black one. The one I have coming is a yellow one.
