  1. So it looks like the first City sets for Winter 2022 have been leaked. Let the discussing start.
  2. Pretty much what we get every year. Still no City bus I see.
  3. Lemme get your name so I can follow you. sees when the Stunt sets are going to be released WAIT! OCTOBER???? LEGO WHAT IN THE WORLD!!!!! Btw. The characters for the stunt sets are Freya McCloud - Fire Stunt Bike Spotlight - Selfish Stunt Bike Rocket Racer - Rocket Stunt Bike Raze - Wheelie Stunt Bike Wallop - Demolition Stunt Bike Clemmons - Chicken Stunt Bike Duke DeTain - Stunt Competition Tread Octane - Stunt Park I'm sure there are more. But I don't know their names.
  4. Another unpopular opinion. Great Vehicles deserves it own box art - just like stunts. They should also do more than just 8 or 9 a year.
  5. I saw those. I'm getting all the bikes. I've been collecting vehicles recently.
  6. You know what though. If Stuntz gets their own box art for City, I propose that Great Vehicles have their own too. That's my favorite subtheme now.
  7. Now that would be epic there. I've retired from town building. But I'm going to start collecting vehicles soon. My next ones are the aircraft transport and the auto transport.
  8. Ooooh yeah! If they do standalone school bus or bendy bus under the Great Vehicles subtheme, that's an immediate run to the Lego store at opening time and grab for me. I also hope for a proper looking service station like the ones we got in 2007 and 2016.
  9. Perhaps from that hospital piece from this year's advent calendar. I stand by my statement. The only similarity between that hospital and the hospital from 2018 is the colors. I'm also wondering if I'm going to finally get my wish for either a bus or a public transportation subtheme because of the bus that was included in that set. The bus there is green and yellow while the 2017 bus was yellow and green. So that's gotta be my answer there.
  10. Maybe not a subway train, but perhaps a rapid transit unit would be good. That way it wouldn't necessarily need to be underground.
  11. @1974 @Aanchir It's largely because of those road plates that I've actually gotten a lot of set ideas such as a parking lot with handicapped spaces and a railroad crossing.
  12. I want a subway
  13. Yo! I was wondering why that thing was on the "Retiring Soon" list so soon. Next thing you know, it was gone! Shame because I really loved that vehicle. For the bendy part, all they'd need to do is couple the bus with some snaps and use the same material they used for the tubes in the old Mars Mission theme for the accordion part.
  14. I had that harvester. I think that was a better harvester than the one in 2009. Btw, that harvester was made in 2019.
  15. YAY! Mine favorite mould is the Tiger mould from the Jungle Exploration subtheme. I've been trying to obtain that mould, but they want almost $60 for that thing on Ebay. No Sir!
  16. An animal clinic would be nice. I think they should done by the same company that owns the Wildlife Rescue vehicles.
  17. We've got one XE40 bus in our fleet being tested. I don't think we're going any further than hybrids though. Ikr! I'm there if I see it. Recently, I've been only collecting older vehicles with some exceptions such as the sports car, camper and auto transport. But if I see a bendy bus, I'll be at the store quicker than one can tell me no.
  18. I still want Lego to do one......
  19. For me, I'd hope its a motorized accordion (bendy bus). I drive one of those and at school career day fairs, kids love going for rides my bus. Or at least they did - before Covid hit. Oh how I miss those days. So I'm sure it would be a hit with kids as a great vehicle. If not a motorized accordion, perhaps a school bus. I used to drive one of those before I drove the accordion. That's when I was a rookie bus driver back in 2015. City has never had a school bus. There was one with Friends and Hidden Side. I hope its a regular medical subtheme like the one from 2006. We kinda have an animal medical subtheme coming this year with Animal Rescue.
  20. Yeah it does seem like Lego is going in a new direction with their City theme. I stand corrected about the farm subtheme. It could happen in that case. I wonder if there is any hope of seeing some new buses too. I'd love to see a school bus for the great vehicles line - I know I said that lots of times before. The only fire set I know we'll see is a fire station. I'm sure of that one given that a new one is done every three year. Let's pray to God that this one is better than the last two. The 2016 one looked weird and the 2019 one had a garage that was too small. It couldn't fit any bigger fire trucks. I hope the new one is similar to the 2013 one - which I love the most. Stunts is definatly the action theme for this year. I love those bikes. I've made plans to pick all 6 of them up. I see why they were sold separately as they include pull back action. I hope there is a medical subtheme for next year too. For ages, City has put out hospitals every 6 years - which I think is bad. But then the 2019 Ski Resort came along and sorta messed this system up as it was pretty much a winter themed medical center. So I'm assuming Lego is just going to put them out as they see fit. As for police......well....I think the most recent waves speak for themselves. Though I applaud Lego for making these extensions to classic police instead of part of any particular policing environment.
  21. I don't see a farm subtheme anytime soon. I think that may have been one of those one and done subthemes. Ever since Great Vehicles and Town came, certain subthemes seem to have been abolished in favor of putting certain subjects into those two subthemes. Personally, I think any major civilian service should have a dedicated subtheme with Great Vehicles and Town being reserved for City related things that don't fit into a particular category like City Hall or the camper. But I doubt that's going to happen given that City's subthemes seem to be reserved for realistic action that children don't get to see simply by walking out of their houses. A horse, goat and cow would be nice. But these types of animal moulds obviously sell better under Friends. Ngl, I don't like the way Lego does things either. But we have to deal with it.
  22. I like 60002 the best though. I wanna see one of those next year along with a new and improved fire station.
