    @Eyrezer Thank you so much! The mushroom stalks are actually all glow-in-dark (I should have taken the photo in the dark... ). It will indeed probably make it to the flora guide. And the goblin's color...well, I really love this head. It has evil-but-cute expressions that fit perfectly for the personality I envision for Grog. @Robert8 Thank you very much!

    A snowglobe vendor - such an awesome idea, and excellent choice of parts! I also love the design of the roasted chestnut cart. Nice use of the acorn printed tile too! Pastry shop looks yummy, and the shape of the snowdrift behind the snowman is top notch. Great additions to your christmas market!

I'm just asking." --- Note: next week, I'll be on a work trip in another continent and a very different time zone. I should still be able to update the advent calendar every day, but the timing might be off.

    @williejm & @DBlegonerd7 Thank you so much! I think medieval-fantasy female characters are not really easy to design in LEGO, since there are rather few obviously female parts available for such a setting. Especially dresses and fancy outfits. And especially for fleshies. I have to admit it: I love the amount of brainstorming and experimenting it takes to find nice combos for such minifigs. @socalbricks Thank you very much! The Ravenclaw dress is my favourite skirt part (more metallic blue, please!), but I have not found many torsos that goes well with it...

I've had that idea in mind for a while... @Kai NRG Thank you very much! It took me some time to figure out the snake and book combo, I first tried to use the ghost lower body but did not manage to get a look I enjoyed. @Robert8 Thank you so much! I've always loved floating magic books in fantasy games or artworks... @Eyrezer Oh well, Evrart was already back in his armour before entering the library. "I can't properly patrol dressed like a ballerina!" And...you're probably right for the skeleton. I'll remember it when I build Alrune's lab and try to include him in there!

    @zoth33 Thank you very much! I'm a big fan of those Heroica micro-figs... @Robert8 Well, Embervale is a castle run by an elven sorceress and guarded by goblins...a spooky calendar would definitely be a great idea!

(broken record as well) And I agree with you, Historica is now home to so many wonderful and creative minifigs thanks to the CDC2 CMF entries! @W Navarre Thank you! That's indeed the reason I added the rat and the colourful items in the tomb the day before (so much bley!) @Eyrezer Kidnapping a lich (lichnapping?) would be a quest in itself!

    Oooh, how great! They're all top notch! The regular snowman is very classy with its sand blue hat. I have a special fondness for the honey stand - a staple of Christmas Markets around here!

I was deep into my dark age when the last Castle advent calendar was available...and I really feel I have missed something. @Eyrezer Without wikipedia, I'd never have found the name in english! And yes, the plate is from a Mario set (they are available on B&P).
