  1. Wheels look too small on the Ferrari and mini figs have been dwarfed even further.
  2. The end of an era. Saving all my money for the D2C Batmobile instead ^^
  3. Heck yea, 405 Euro's Tax return. That Batmobile is mine!
  4. Looks like the end of SC for me atleast. Can't mix and match the larger cars with the old ones in my display cabinet. On the bright side, it will save me money.
  5. This one looks just fine in 8 wide, because the car is low. It keeps the tire proportions intact. Unlike the ne Jaguar set, which is really high causing it to dwarf the tires.
  6. But the parts count for the other cars is upped by 75 atleast. I hope you're right though.
  7. The parts count indeed hints 8 wide for the others as well... Oh well R.I.P. Speed Champions 2015 - 2019.
  8. Pass on those now i seen them. The tires are too small for 8 wide scale, looks bad just like the technic porsche. I hope the other sets are 6 wide, else i'm done with the Speed Champions line.
  9. I seen a bunch of comments regarding the Porsche Rims. While i do like the RAUH-Welt look, i agree the lack of proper spokes make it look bad. My solution to that (while not perfect) is this: I already pre-ordered the same pieces for when the White Porsche comes out.
  10. Yep, a bit of photoshopping, paper and some scotch did the trick. I done something similar years ago for the Caterham, gave it Hankook decals.
  11. It was actually a flat piece of 1 MM thick rubber that i cut to size and length, and then glued together at the ends.
  12. Hey all! I'm new to this forum and thought i'd post some of my tiny little Mods to this beauty. I added some tire decals, cut the axles and put some matching metallic caps in place with mounting putty. Added a blower belt from thin rubber, which is not actually attached to the engine itself, but you don't see that when the hood is closed. Blackened the booth with some spare parts i had laying around. And made some small changes to the Hood, so it forms a better gap in my opinion (also makes it close all the way).
