I guess we will get a last big expansion with viaduct, a gate and 1 tower... the hospital wing could connect to it giving us the second tower next to the gate. If it goes well we maybe get a switchable room for Trelawneys class. I would not expect more than that.

Does anyone have an idea on how to build the power plant? the curved towers drive me crazy.

It is. He has clearly a gloriously arrogant smirk. It fits the character really well. Love it. I always liked the disgusted face he had until now but wished they gave him something like this on the other side of the head having him now scared, disgusted and with an evil smirk is great :)

Some cool stuff. I need the new 1 x 2 tile. I really hope the beedle the bard book has a print on the book front. Otherwise I will have to custom print it. Hagrids bike rocks so hard. A perfect set. The sorting hat ceremony offers nothing to me, but it is executed well - something I would have never expected. It reminds me so much about the first Potter set. 100% nostalgia. If I wasn't an Afol with a big collection, this would be something to get and put on my working desk.

I am not at all a fan of buildable objects, but that one looks really neat.

This. The only stuff sorely missing in my opinion are the Bloody Baron and robes for ravenclaw and hufflepuff with printed medium legs... It sucks they did not give Cho and Luna such robes in the cmf. If we want to get crazy prefect robes like Percy came with in a book. A bald hairpiece for philosophers stone Flittwick would be cool. I also gladly take any leiser known background teacher... I can't see how to fill a whole cmf with figures, that actually need to ne cmfs and would sell well. The average consumer does not know Prof. Binns.

Definitly it does... and certainly it does not make me happy :( my moced hufflepuff common room became awesome including several background pieces from the house banner background and tons of details. I was fine with the common room being trash meant to be completely replaced by a moc. If it is not deep enough for sliding modules it will be even more work...

What makes me wonder: what is the exterior supposed to be? I am by no means a Hogwarts castle expert, but i opened hogwarts legacy and checked the map. There the hospital wing is part of the clocktower behind the great hall and main tower. I think we can tell for sure lego won't expand the castle to the completely open backside. The Ravenclaw common room is shown exactly where the Gryffindor one is in the main tower set. Dada is in the quad... I guess it has to be part of hogwarts iconic Front view... maybe the quads front, so the lat big expnsion with viaduct and 2 little towers completes it except for an astronomy tower they could Release in another 100€ set?

I am not that sure about that. Fluffy is next to the stairs. The gryffindor common room is next to the stairs. Dumbledore is on top of the tower. I don't think they would put the classroom in another building than the office.

I doubt we will see the quad... at best we will get the viaduct bridge with 2 Towers and an entrance as the last large expansion and then a smaller set connecting to that so the front looks like there was the quad.

What bothers me is that it is a 100$ Set with 3 rooms. With the flying lesson being 80$ for 3 small rooms it is safe to say all 3 rooms will be small. Neither a common room nor the defence against the dark arts classroom should be a small room. If it is lupins office in this set, the question is, where the classroom will be placed in the final model

It sounds too stupid to be accurate in my opinion... defence against thr dark Art as a switchable set could easily be as popular as potions classroom set. Hospital wing without pomfrey sounds so made up, it is not very likely to be true...i doubt Lego would be so risiculously greedy to sell a little Dobby's visit expansion to actually have a hospital in the hospital wing nor so dumb to not include Pomfrey...

I guess satin. If they do the ones not existing at the moment in a slightly different colour, there will be some collectors buying the existing ones they already have again, so they all match with each other. It would be a lot less customer friendly and maximize profit, so yes... I am pretty sure satin. The positive about satin: there is an adorable penguin ich sculpture in this colour already, so I can add a hilarious Hufflepuff with penguin patronus to my room of requirement training scene, when they match.

I assume they mistook pomfrey with a skirt piece and lots of white for the fat friar in a blurry image... she will be there 100% and I personally can't see them "wasting" the bloody baron in the hospital wing. He will be a quite strong selling point for a large expansion themed around Slytherin, if they strick with the concept "big creature, common room, house ghost", which seems to be successfull until now. I guess the worst case scenario would be the Grey Lady - meaning we wont get 4 large expansions, which I could understand with Ravenclaw being a bit less appealing while hoping otherwise. The best case would be Professor Binns and they overlooked Pomfrey (very unlikely). Sorting hat ceremony is likely to be the first "hogwarts castle:" set I'll skip. It seems to offer absolutely nothing I don't already have. Not even including a new student is pathetic. Hagrids Motor bike sounds cool. It will look cute standing behind his house. I hope the death eaters won't be clones.

I really want to see how it turns out in the end. At the moment I am not very happy with the amount of modifications necessary to make it not suck. The two absolute standout sets are in my opinion potions classroom and Hagrids hut. Flittwick's classroom and the boat house are nice. The great hall is in my opinion so much inferior to the one we got at the beginning of the reboot.

It's going to be huge but we do not have any measurments at the moment. Like it was said: astronomy tower could increase the height. We can't tell how deep and wide it will be. I will build a custom glass living room table.

May I ask where that info is from? Do we know about the other sets?

I hope this will not reduce our chances to get a good cruikshanks...

I gladly take any background teacher :) Grubby-Plank and Burbage would be cool. I could see Burbage in a little classroom for Muggle studies with stuff like a Rubber duck.

The likeliest speculation is, that the next part will be based around the chamber of secrets. Slytherin Common room, Bailisk as creature, boody baron as house ghost and one lesser known teacher.

I am really excited about the next expansions :) I hope it is possible to expand the castle between the main tower and great hall without having issues to put everything together at the end... I want to have a little insertable room next to the chess game with the mirror.^^´

Ok... that´s pathetic :/ I adored the minifig tumbler with scarecrow a few years ago... I wish they kept up that level of quality :/
