  1. Don't believe everything you read on the internet. This particularly "rumor" comes from We Got This Covered and, as everything from that site, is complete and utter bs.
  2. The Advent Calendar uses the 2017-2020 head from the Ragnarok, Infinity War, Endgame and Square Enix sets.
  3. The PPR's we got in 2015 are mostly very similar to the ones we're getting in 2021, especially if you take inflation into consideration. To add to that the sets you specifically mentioned as having a reasonable PPR use a fairly large amount of small pieces as opposed to larger ones. The PPR for the 2021 sets is on the higher side of the spectrum but that's what you get when sets have both dinosaurs and large pieces. A wave being based on a movie or not doesn't impact the price or PPR, the amount of used parts and their size do.
  4. If you're waiting for Jurassic sets to get good PPR's you'll be waiting a very long time. As long as these sets contain dinosaurs (which is the whole concept of the theme) the PPR will remain high.
  5. If you look at Uatu's MCU design (or just the Watchers in general) you'll see their heads really aren't that huge so a minifigure head works fine.
  6. LEGO hasn't skipped a Marvel movie since 2014.
  7. The movie comes out in late March so probably somewhere in January or maybe even early February.
  8. Man the setpictures really don't do Thanos any justice at all. He looks great, especially with the 2019 arms!
  9. I own neither of the sets but based on the fact you have a strong interest in Ninjago and don't currently own any Monkie Kid sets I'd suggest getting the Hydro Bounty.
  10. Managed to squeeze the first 2 bags of the Final Battle set in between projects. I gotta say I'm already starting to get really annoyed by the sheer amount of clear-backed stickers, there's a ton of them but only like 5 that actually needed to be clearbacked At least the figures have been incredible so far.
  11. Exactly, it's basically a hybrid of the worn and repainted versions of his outfit. If they really couldn't recolor the helmet and jetpack they should've just gone for the worn look from Chapter 14.
  12. The Boba Fett figure looks incredible but it's a bit weird at the same time. Why are the torso and legs based on his repainted armor from Chapter 15 and 16 while his helmet and jetpack are the worn ones from Chapter 14? I love both outfits but I really wish they would've just sticked with one of them for this figure, not some weird hybrid of the two.
  13. Advent Calendar leaked and it's by far one of the worst Marvel sets ever. Both the new Iron Man and Spidey totally suck
  14. Thinking about making a small shopping stand/cart for DA or Hogsmeade where a random vendor can sell some of them.
  15. Does that really confirm anything though? Because I really can't remember him ever wearing sunglasses. In Endgame he only had headphones and a Hawaiian shirt
  16. Really need to see the full figure for Korg to properly judge it. The head alone kinda makes him look like an old man with Argyria.
  17. Torso for Boba from The Mandalorian leaked, it looks amazing EDIT: ninja'd
  18. Looks like a great set! That's the point though.
  19. I'm obviously not saying that the designer(s) intentionally made the wall's patterning resemble that symbol. Someone just mentioned it to me and having had someone point it out to me I thought it might be worth mentioning As you all say, LEGO deliberately doing something like that is a borderline ridiculous idea.
  20. Someone pointed out to me that the patterning on the Diagon Alley wall in the Advent Calendar bears a strong resemblance to a swastika. I'm well aware that it's a rather strange topic but what do you guys think?
  21. The contrast is exactly why they went with dark tan for the rock base in the D2C, which looked great, so I highly doubt that was a factor.
  22. Continuing the trend of beautiful Infinity Saga boxes, too bad the set itself falls completely flat.
  23. That's generous, really generous. I wouldn't expect any more than 15-20.
  24. There's not really any substantial builds one can associate with the Bot7P though so I highly doubt there would be 7 Harry's included anyway. Only set based on that scene I could see happen is a small one with Harry, Hagrid, Voldemort and Sirius' bike as a build.
